This was the filthiest place I have ever been to. There was dog poop on the stairs, smelled terrible, beds was stained, towels was awful and stained, mold on the ceiling, cereal left in the floor,not swept or mopped it was just completely disgusting.

With what they charge for a room they could do some cleaning and update the nasty couch and mattresses. The ceiling has mold on it and broke ceiling tiles. I went and bought a bottle of Lysol to spray down every bed.

There are bugs. Place is filthy. Someone’s crusty old fingernail was on the bathroom sink. Trash was in the bathroom. Grimy floors. We can’t even look at the shower. Let alone use it. BAD BAD BAD

For the outrageous price that I paid for this location I am very disappointed. The rooms were not clean, very few towels for guest, room does not match the pictures in the photos.

Not clean!

Here’s a professional and clear way to express that experience, especially if you’re writing a review or filing a complaint: --- We arrived at the hotel and everything initially seemed fine. However, I was exhausted and laid down to rest, only to notice a chewed-up piece of gum stuck above the bed. Upon further inspection, the room appeared to have black mold and clearly had not been properly cleaned prior to our arrival. I got the impression that no thorough cleaned. Frankly, I was shocked and disappointed by the condition of the room.

Perfect location! Right on the beach with easy beach access. Rooms were clean but slightly outdated. King bed frame was very worn and mattress sagged in the middle but still comfortable. Full bed and sofa bed were great. Very bright in the room at night due to hallway lights and curtains didn’t block it out. A bit noisy but that’s not unexpected in PCB. Extra parking across the street was very helpful. We spent the majority of our time at the beach or doing other activities so we really only used the hotel to sleep. All in all, price was reasonable and the stay was pleasant.
