This hotel was so dirty. The hallways hadn't been cleaned in a month, full of trash. Please stay away. Water was dripping from the ceiling near the kitchen. Take my advise and stay somewhere else.

The seahaven beach hotel is right on the beach and next door to shakys. But check in was terrible , we had to wait in line about 30min, they were suppose to put us in a conjoined room with my friend but we were put on the bottom and they were put on second floor. The rooms were dirty and there were big coach roaches all outside our room and a couple got inside. We like the location but will never stay here again!

Roaches and construction didn't make our stay good, terrible place.

The bathroom had black mold in it. The carpet looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in months. It was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had.

This place was disgusting, the carpet was sticky the hallways smelled of mildew, gym socks and butt cheeks. The rooms was outdated the guardrailing on the balcony was barely hanging on. The parking lot smelled of a leaking dumpster that was spilling juices over into the parking area that smelled horrible. It's cheaper and cleaner to just sleep in your car.

Worst experience ever run do not stay here, fridge didn't work staff were unresponsive

Celebrating .y son's 21st birthday with clean fun! Beach view and great people around us. Made life long friends.

Some of the staff was not friendly and they didn't know what they was doing, After 3rd day finally had to go to front desk and ask for clean bed sheets, cause cleaning staff never came to room, had to ask for clean towels and wash clothes every day and toilet paper. The pool was never cleaned and had alot of sand in bottom of it. a room flooded and they cut water off so no one had water for about 6 hrs. Hotel is run down and nasty, the patio's was nasty, no one ever washed them off.The phone in room did not work. and wifi was terrible. The toilet in our room ran constantly and maternance came and worked on it and so then it wouldn't flush so you had to play with flipper in tank to get it to fill up with water, and the maternance man left us a plunger.

Would not recommend this hotel. We live within one hour of the beach and stayed the weekend for our daughters prom which was held on the beach. Choose the hotel due to location near Pier Park. This is a older hotel that has not been maintained over the years. The overall cleanliness & comfort was terrible. Will be looking for another place to stay for next year.

I was really excited about this hotel. It was on the beach. It came with a kitchen. It all sounded great for a family vacation. Upon entering the room it smell like mildew. The carpet felt humid. We made sure we were wearing shoes or flip flops the entire time. The popcorn ceiling was constantly falling off everywhere. On top of the beds, floor, food, etc. We expected it to be noisy due to spring break so the noise at night didn't bother us. One day after coming back from the beach our room was cleaned, had fresh towels, vacuumed BUT the smell of marijuana was very strong through out the room and we had to open one of the doors to get the smell out. With kids I was not happy about it. Anyways, the staff was polite and were constantly cleaning rooms (which I'm sure it's due to the popcorn ceiling falling off). Breakfast was nothing especial. Cereal, toast and pastries.

Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Front door, bathroom door and balcony door all had to be forced open. Stairwells smelled like mold.

You have to ask EVERYDAY for new towels and linens. They don't do it automatically like other hotels. Room and beds were smaller than reserved. Appliances and dishware provided in the kitchen were disgusting and not usable. Breakfast was always hot and stocked. Cleaning staff and front desk was rude but maintenance and breakfast crew were fabulous! Won't book here again!

This vacation was for a friend of mine. She got everything and more from being there! The View from our room of The Ocean was breathtaking ! Just getting to sit and watch God's Ocean was a Desire from her heart. She has Cerebral Palsy and couldn't walk much on the beach. We had everything we needed, in the room. It was ground level with no stairs , which was nice getting in and out with the walker and wheel chair. We tried one evening at sunset to walk down to the Ocean with the Walker. It was hard ,but she wanted so much too put her feet in the Ocean. We were about to give up,and 3 young strong men from our hotel ask to help us! So they carried her down to the Ocean !! She got to put her feet in and watch the sunset. They carried her back to the wheel chair. That's what I can say for the Spring Breakers! Also was walking distance to everything. I even wheeled her to the Pier so she could see everything better. This is one trip she will remember the rest of her life. And Yes we will come back to SeaHaven Beach Hotel as many times as we can. Being in the middle of everything was so great.! But that VIEW FROM OUR ROOM WAS MORE THAN WE IMAGINED !!! Plus with the help from one of the Staff there, we found out about The Beach Powered WheelChair Rental and She rented one and got to be on the Beach for a Day! If that Staff member hadn't took the time to tell us we would have never known about them!! So here's to the STAFF at SEAHAVEN Thanks for taking so much care MAY GOD BLESS YOU

The room needs updating but it was clean and it served it's purpose, loved that it had a full refrigerator and a table with chairs. There is one elevator and it was slow and needs maintenance, there was 2 stairwells, only 1 lighted by our room. Many things were within walking distance, we spent most of our time on the beach so it was worth it. We were there in January so the pool never seemed open. I wish they had on their listing that the office is closed during the winter and you have to check in by the Reef (within walking distance), freaked us out and a minor inconvenience.

Hotel room appliances are very outdated room needs cleaning it smells like smoke Furniture needs updated

I read the reviews prior to booking this hotel and thought it can't be that bad? The room is big - 2 very soft beds (sag in the middle), a table, a chair and armoire with TV as well as a nightstand between the beds. All rooms have a small patio/terrace that you can sit on and watch the waves or people watch. Everyone has their opinion on what they look for in a hotel but for me personally I won't stay there again

The hotel is beachfront and about a quarter mile from all the shops. You get what you pay for here. The staff was awesome and very welcoming! However, we had a major problem in our room. The Property Manager (Kami) instantly handled the situation and moved us to their resort across the street (Origin at Seahaven). She was so patient and sincere with us, and she is the only reason that we will be returning to the Origin. As far as the Seahaven Hotel - we will not stay there again, but only because of what happened in our room.

pictures of rooms very missleading. we rented two bed room with kitchen one bed was made the other was not. dishes in cabinet were dirty old food particles on plates and silverware. rug was coming up in places.black spots on ceiling possible mold motel description says wifi in every room not true only available at office.furniture was ruff continental breakfast was average. view was the only saving grace.

My floors were soaked because of the air conditioning. It's smelled awful!

Stay was OK, did not expect too much, but would recommend the place for people who don't want to spend too much on their extended weekend break.
