Older hotel that needs remodeling. Safe, clean and functional. Good for families. Location fantastic. Amazing view and easy beach access. Restaurant Grill questionable - the fire alarm was chirping and could be heard through outdoor area. Multiple food options in surrounding area.

The front desk clerk was nice and efficient. She had a packed lobby and tried to get us in and out as quick as possible. It is an older hotel, but the rooms are clean. The pool area was great!

Very nice place for the money. Right on the beach, beautiful! Bar and grill, beach chairs and umbrellas. Nikki at the front desk was fantastic! She found my lost cell phone and brought it to me at the bar and grill. What a sweetheart!! Thank you!!

Room needs some help

We had a decent view but the room was in poor condition. Unclean toilet, dirty walls and carpet. We were afraid to sit on the couch. It definitely needs renovation to clean up the room. But front desk person was nice.

I would like to recognize Hermina and Emma, staff working at Beachside resort. Our room was infested with blac love bugs. Love bugs were outside flying everywhere and they were making their way into the guest rooms. Management would assign a room, but not insure the room was free if these bugs when guests we’re checking in.They came to my room, both with great attitudes and quickly cleaned the place. We love these wonderful employees, made our stay very pleasant
