Older hotel that needs remodeling. Safe, clean and functional. Good for families. Location fantastic. Amazing view and easy beach access. Restaurant Grill questionable - the fire alarm was chirping and could be heard through outdoor area. Multiple food options in surrounding area.

We walked into a room full of bugs both live and dead all over the walls, beds and floor. To the point we didn’t want to set anything down in the room and it maid our skin crawl a little. When we called to the front desk to inform them. They replied with “we can have maintenance come up and blow them all out of the room via a leave blower. NO THANK YOU!

This is an old school hotel that’s directly on the beach. Rooms are very basic. Our room was very clean. Bed was comfortable with good pillows. AC cranked out cold air while being quiet. It’s a safe and beautiful area. When I’m my 20’s I would have gave it a superb rating. Now at 61 and having stayed at many top quality full service resorts I’m aware of the difference between top mid and low level hotels. It is a fantastic value. Just 5 days ago when I came to the beach with a group we stayed in a condominium resort that cost about $500/night + additional parking fees + additional resort amenities fees. So to find this in the low $100 range was really a treat. It’s on the exact same beautiful beach. I saved this place in my contact folder and plan to stay again for quick trips when looking for a simple place to enjoy the beach. The guy checking us in was very friendly and helpful and the ladies in the lobby when checking out were a hoot, big smiles.

Overall we had a really good stay. Pros: This place has the coldest air conditioning in any hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. I’m a hot sleeper, and I woke up shivering. To some that may be a con but to me it was a pleasant surprise. The staff was great. They were all super nice. They even let us get our parking pass hours before our check-in time., and let us use our parking pass hours after we checked out of our room so we could enjoy the beach longer. Since it’s not by all the big stores and hotels the beach area was pretty quiet. We never had to ‘fight’ for beach space. There was plenty of room to spread out. I don’t really have many cons other than the building/rooms themselves are a little worn. They could use some updating. The concrete on our balcony was coming up/cracking in some places, the outside cover for the air conditioner was falling off, but nothing that would make me want to leave. I found 1 hair in the bath tub when we checked in, but I could tell it had been cleaned so I would assume it fell off of the housekeeper. Also not a big deal, I used some toilet paper to remove it. Was it fancy? No. Was it a great place to stay over all? Yes. Would definitely recommend if you don’t care about fantasy, and want a quiet beach area to go to.

The rooms haven’t been renovated, it’s a step back to the 90’s. Rooms where ok at best clean sheets bad pillows good ac and good view. But broke bathroom tiles dirt in every corner blood stain on the floor chairs are dingy didn’t sit in them pictures are not what you’re getting for sure wouldn’t recommend

The hotel was in a nice quiet area. The beach was great, not that many people. The restaurant and bar was very small and limited. We had a great stay. It is not by all the attractions in PCB. The only complaint we had was there was no ice machines and we had to go buy ice at a store if we wanted it. The office had small bags, enough for a couple of drinks but not too actually keep anything cold.
