Awesome place to stay! Our front beach condo was very comfortable and clean. Our family of 4 (two kids and two adults)had a great experience. The pizza and the food at the pool was delicious, slow service but the wait was worth it
Full with black Mold , Our vacation turned into Nightmare.
We always have a good stay, this unit was very well maintained and all was working ! We loved it
We loved our stay. The rooms were excellent. Peaceful
Front desk not helpful at night, construction above our room at 7 am, garbage disposal did not work, not enough blankets in the room and received push back when requested additional, mattress hard and squeaked, did not have Wi-Fi access in room but still enjoyed time with friends and family.
Will never go there again. Resort bar and grill was horrible. Had to wait about an hour in line to order food from bar since we wanted take out while 4 to 5 waitresses stood there and watched while doing nothing and not to mention that it took about another hour to get our food. No pool towel provided and yes not even ice.
This was a good choice for our vacation. The only thing that could have been better was the weather.
Room was clean, nice and good location. It was rated 4 star but in my option more like 2-3
This resort was nice love the big pool my family and I had fun
We had an excellent stay at the resort. They have great restaurants inside the property, amazing pool by the beach.
Was told I would have a neck front room and I ended up with a room facing the golf course. Was told there was two full size beds in the second room and there were 2 twin beds. When I went to check in I asked clerk about the beachfront view and she was rude and short. Will not be going back to that hotel
The Plus side Great Location close to restaurants and about 4 mile from Pier Park, Perfect view of the lagoon pool and ocean (if you get Tower 1) Great for Kids, The Down side Rooms were small and the appliances were out date no wifi . Units are independently owned and furnished so the picture my not mach what you get which is what happened to me. Over all I give it 3 Stars for the Price it should be much nicer maybe other units are but that's a gamble you'll have to take.
Great trip overall! Pros: Nice hotel overall - Rooms, Pools, Beaches, etc. Cons: $800 for 2 nights. Check Ins 4PM Check Outs 10AM Parking was just awful. Overall it was a really nice stay but was too pricey for my taste. It was nice but not $800 nice! Panama City is beautiful but they are licking their chops for family vacations. Everything is overpriced! Spent $2500 for the weekend! Arrived at the resort at 4PM Saturday and we left 4PM on Monday! Everything we did was $100+ a pop. I wasn't worried about our spending and budgeted to spend more than what I spent but some of the prices were so crazy we stayed in and made dinner instead of going out to eat after I paid $100 for burgers & fries at Pier Park.
Check-in and out was easy with no hassle. We stayed in a villa. The villa had a living room, large bed room, king bed, two bathrooms, kitchen, washer and dryer. There was a pond or small lake in the rear, a pool for each set of villas, an ride to the beach and back. And more. We did enjoy ourselves, the people we met employees as well as other guests were nice. Didn't think charging us for possible damages upfront was right but I do understand for Spring Break periods.
The room was clean, the staff was courteous, and they have SE ER AL swimming pools. I went during Spring Break so it was very noisy throughout the night. We enjoyed the pool area more than anything. There are plenty of great restaurants and a lot of different things to do. I was disappointed with the beach though. It's very nasty. There are broken beer bottles, millions of cigarette buds, and just trash all over the beach. What happened to this once beautiful beach???? Anyway, the Edgewater Villas were GREAT!!!!!
It was excellent stay and the condo was better than expected.
Stayed by the golf course and had a nice pond in the back. We enjoyed watching the turtles swimming in the pond. Easy walk to a great breakfast onsite. The pool is big and very nice by the bar area. Could easily grab some lunch while enjoying the pool. Beautiful beach and great location!
We stayed by the golf course. Had a nice pond right behind our room. We liked sitting on the balcony and watching all the turtles swim in the pond. Easy walk to the main pool area where you can grab a great breakfast. Nice big pool with a bar area and place to grab an easy lunch while you're swimming. The beach was beautiful. Great location!
It was a weekend getaway for me & my mom! Check in was a breeze, visitors were a breeze & checkout was very simple! All fees were listed up front. All was well! We had a blast!
It was worth what we paid for, clean, nice people and enjoyed our stay to the max
