It was acceptible for my purpose which was getting out of hurricans way I was looking for cheapest and most economical way.

The hotel itself is located in a good spot, but it could really use some updates. The room itself was not as clean as it could be. The walls are textured, so dust collects easily. Also, the beds were old and lumpy. It didn't help that we killed three large roaches during our stay. We checked out a day early.

The hotel is in nice location. The view from the room was great . Access to the beach and pool amazing . The staff was amazing. The only issue I had with the place was they had a pest problem and I don't do pest of any kind especially not roaches . I have to say it but when the lights went out they just started coming out from everywhere . My girls were scared to sleep and that wasn't okay by any means. Informed the staff .... super sweet but nothing was done about it . I spent a decent amount for this room and I didn't expect for it to have bugs But if you don't mind pest this is an awesome place. Just praying nothing got in my luggage!!! I hate to say but I have to be honest . If I had know about the bugs I would have stayed even with everything else being great .

Good service. Close to stores. Beautiful view right in front of the beach.

All rooms have vast views of the Gulf! Large swimming pool. No elevator, two flights above street, one street level, one below street level. Not a lot of noise from adjoining rooms, other than very loud flushing. Comfortable room, small bath, no microwave but there is a refrigerator and coffeemaker. Nice balcony overlooking beach, especially great for sunsets. Close to many stores you may be familiar with, lots of shopping, and more good restaurants than you can imagine (especially liked Schooners). Bring necessities, no gift shop or restaurant that I saw to buy what you forgot to bring. Enjoyed my stay.

Just down to relax ....very enjoyable ...liked everything but really had trouble with the wifi.

When we arrived for check ib, we were notified there would be no beach access from the hotel due to beach restoration. We were told in order to go out on the bach we would have to walk approximatwly a half mile from the hotel. The staff said all they could offer was a free cancellation. It was going to take up to two weeks for the money to be refunded to my card, so I would have been out 200 bucks for every night we stayed and then been troubled with trying to find anothwr hitel nearby that had availability. The number one reason we booked this hotel was for the amazing beach view, but sadly we only got to see heavy machinery when we opened the patio door. We were unable to go to sleep until after 11pm and then we're woken up the next morning at 4am with the loud sounds and hotel shaking from all the machinery moving and working outside. The bathroom is extremely tiny. You have to reach behind you for the toilet paper. The room had not been cleaned as we found lots of hair stuck to the walls as well as a bar of soap smeared on the wall. The floors are tile and we're sweating badly, so unless you had shoes on the entire time, you would slide trying to walk across the room. I've had better stays in roach motels! My family will not be returning to this dump, and I highly recommend everyone else steer clear.

This hotel was fine, but had seen better days. That is to say, it is a "vintage" PC Beach spring break destination and it showed the wear and tear of several decades of crazy college kids. But it was clean, had a great view and the bed was comfortable. I'd stay there again--even though I'm a 66 yo grandma!

Generally, I am down for a regular hotel. However, I would not stay here again. The staff was less than accommodating. The room was dark and poorly laid out. There is not a bathtub. Just a shower. There is also no elevator. I suppose if you are a springbreaker, this would be fine. It's a party hotel, but the security guards are strict. They play loud music from the pool all day. This is not a hotel for families.

The room was okay. Needs updated & the bathroom was tiny & shower was not the best. The beds were comfy & the view was AMAZING.

The ocean view was excellent, nice stretch of beach, hotel grounds were immaculate and the pool was warm and inviting. The room needed some repairs such as plaster being replaced, paint touch ups, and the shower was like a high stakes roulette.....hard to regulate the temperature and blasts of scolding hot water would randomly blast you! Bed was comfortable and linens were clean. The fridge was nice. A microwave would have been nice, but not a deal breaker. The tv was old and a lot of fuzzy channels, but we spent little time in the room. Housekeeping didn't restock any coffee or cups after our first morning, but again not a huge deal. Check in and out was quick, staff were friendly. We would stay there again for sure!

Great and easy Check in. only thing missing was a breakfast. but id have coffee in the rooms and at the lobby

Once I was finally there and settled I completely enjoyed sitting on the back deck watching the ocean.

Housekeeping did not do a good job. There were stains on towels and sheets. Hair was in the shower and the cable did not work on the tv. The view of the ocean from the room however was breathtaking and made everything else tolerable.

After we checked in we were given a choice of third or fourth floor and were then informed there was no elevator, My husband has Emphysema and climbing two flights of stairs was a problem. When we got in our room we discovered there was no microwave and there were roaches in the bathroom and around the table area, We went down and told them and they sent someone up to spray didn't do much good so we went and bought roach traps and a small used microwave. We would have left at that point but because of the bike rally everything was booked. The shower was dangerous, you either got scalded or got all cold water.I will say all the staff was great they brought clean towels every day and were very helpful with directions.I know from reading the other reviews after we got home the response to this is going to be you are sorry and are in the process of remolding the hotel. You also need to inform the guests there is no elevator.

Was reasonably priced and was reasonably comfortable. Pool and grounds were nice.

Very nice location. Could not get a better view of the ocean in the beach. Balcony had a beautiful view of the Gulf.

Close to the beach. Good price. Needs remodeling. Window covers for privacy we're broke and you could stay in our room no matter what you did to close them.

Great location on the beach, very quiet location. Hotel a bit antiquated, but comfortable. Clean and nice pool with access to the beach.

The shower was never cleaned. A pile of sand was swept in the corner. The dehumidifier was never emptier by staff. I was expecting a room with a kitchen according to photos displayed. We got a room with mini fridge.
