The house was excellent. Very clean and was pretty well stocked. If you are wanting a house with a pool, this is not the house! Fortunately we had read the reviews and knew that the pool was essentially a dipping pool. Perfect for the 2yo! No swimming could take place in this pool. We had no problem with that since it was December. The only real issue we had was parking! The information provided was not accurate and was an issue as we found this out once we arrived with FOUR cars! (the house sleeps 15 so not unusual to have more than 2 cars) The garage parking that we thought we had was actually for the carriage house and the garage is tiny! Only a small car would fit. We were told we could only park two cars on the Rosemary property and that the other cars must be stored off campus at 15 a day and all the info said parking at your own risk! If I am paying for parking I expect there to be some sort of security and not a ton of verbiage that no one is responsible for the safety of your car. We managed the parking but the rental info should be updated to explain the parking up front instead of an email the day before you arrive that is still not clear on the parking situation. After we got over this issue, everything was spectacular and we would rent again . . . with fewer cars!
