4 day stay wiyh no linen swap.Never saw housekeeping anywhere in the hotel.Room doors slam behind youand practically push you out the door.asked for decaf coffee 3 times.never received any and was told to walk up to the machine near the lobby instead of making it in my room.no tissue paper available,had to go to lobby to ask for toilet paper.room was far from a suite,more like very plain.not very inviting.Probably no more IHG

In general, very nice property. Floors a little sticky, probably from the cleaner used. Hallway carpet in bad need of replacing. Stains bleached out in many places. Undesirable look.

Great value for the money. Convenient location. Super friendly employees. Sheets and towels were clean but the floors were in need of a thorough cleaning. Take slippers!
