No. They left a garbage disposal in the sink and the pipes were all disconnected. Come to find out we should have not been given that room. I was already unpacked. The next day they gave us another room so i had to pack up and move. Im still waiting for a credit for one night. Also i dont know when the last time the rugs have been cleaned. Our feet were to dirty.

Bad from the start. Upon arrival the room we chose, a King handicap room with roll in shower was not available. The girl at the desk offered another handicap accessible room. We accepted. When we went to the room it was a queen room. I went back to the desk and she argued that it was a king room until I took her to it. She then gave us another king room. We needed a room so we accepted. After we had already unloaded all our stuff for a 4 day stay we realized more issues. The carpet was real dirty, the light over the cooktop didn't work, the coffee maker was only 1 cup with 1 coffee packet. We asked for 2 more pillows and that was like getting through Fort Knox. The towels were crispy critters and they would only give us towels for 1 day at a time. The girl at the desk told me that when scheduling with a third party they do not clarify a specific room type. My reservation did say roll in Shower (Mobility Accessible). Also take note of the dates that she put on my reservation when she gave me the room. The dates reflect a day earlier check in and a day earlier check-out. With that being said our keys got turned off a day early and we had to get them re-done. With all that, tell me why I would want to book another room at the Candlewood Suites. I believe I need at least half of my stay refunded.

Staff wasn't friendly and room was not stocked properly with towels . When asking for a shower curtain for a handicapped shower was told one was not available. This created a very slick bathroom floor for a disabled guest.

Front desk staff lady was in an argument with anothier customer. Over a new blanket and sheet for a bed. The lady ended up having to call her manager. Staff just wasnt very accomadating. My keys to room didn't work.
