Welcome to your serene escape at Reflections at Bay Point! This beautifully appointed 1-bedroom condo offers sweeping views of the bay, upscale amenities, and the ultimate setting for relaxation and comfort.



The spacious bedroom features a plush king-size bed, perfect for restful nights. You'll love the luxurious walk-in shower in the spa-style bathroom, as well as the well-equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances, granite countertops, and everything you need to prepare meals or entertain in style.



The living area offers a comfortable sofa sleeper, making the space ideal for couples, small families, or friends traveling together. Step outside onto the large private balcony and take in the peaceful water views—the perfect spot for morning coffee or sunset cocktails.



Enjoy access to a massive lagoon-style pool, relax in the hot tub, or pamper yourself at the onsite Serenity Spa. Located in the tranquil, gated Bay Point neighborhood, you'll also have easy access to scenic walking paths and a championship golf course nearby.



Important Notes:

- Age Requirement: Booking/signing party must be 25 years of age or older and staying in the unit during the duration of the reservation.

- On-site parking limited to two vehicles. No exceptions due to HOA restrictions. Vehicle information will be requested prior to your arrival and submitted to the Association.

- Beach towels are not provided. Guests must bring their own.

- We only provide a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, toiletries and toilet tissue.

- No pets are allowed

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We are local to the Bay County area and booked this condo last minute just to get away and relax by the water for the weekend. And it was perfect for that. Quiet, relaxing, great views, and an amazing pool. The condo was clean and comfortable and perfect for what we were looking for.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was great. The condo beautifully decorated and well stocked. However, the unit needs a deep cleaning. The bathroom was not clean. Hair in shower, tile dirty and smelled bad. Cabinets and countertop not clean. Guest should not need to clean upon checkin. Washer/dryer area dirty as well. The king bed slept wonderful and linens were nice. I would recommend property, hopefully issues will be addressed. Wonderful view!
