Had not one problem with anything, i enjoyed my stay

The carpet and couch were worn out and filfthy. The window was broken letting flies and insects into the room. The rooms were way overpriced. The back door had to be slammed to close it and had a gap to the outside.

Very clean. Staff very helpful. Beds were great. Will book this next year.

I liked the location. The room smelled bad and no water presser

Nice view, spacious suite, but lamps and bathroom sink did not work. Another guest was complaining about lack of towels, and the clerk could not promise any more full size towels. Otherwise nice scenic place overlooking a dune restoration area and the Gulf of Mexico. Away from the bustle of downtown.

Loved the kitchens, beach view, comfortable beds, the staff was friendly and very helpful. A little hurricane damage, but didnt affect our stay.

Very nice stay for the money, building needs some work but may be due to hurricane Michael. Comfortable beds and clean!

Hot tub not working, Place run down. Staff friendly. One cup for use in spartan kitchen.

This place is tired and unkept. If we hadn't just need a place to crash for the night I would of insisted on a refund. We were assigned the four floor with no working elevator, the hot tub was not hot and the overall appearance make you think twice. After climbing the four flights of stairs with luggage we entered our "suite" which is really a bed shoved in a corner with a ceiling fan that was missing two blades, a rusty ironing board, crocked shelf's and an entry into a kitchenette that you wouldn't use if your life depended on it. The shower has no head, just a pipe sticking out of the wall. The main rooms carpet is disgusting, stains all over it, I would of never taken off my shoes. The balcony's the reason I'm giving this a two stars, the view was amazing but the big wads of gum stuck to the railing and broke down plastic furniture made me not want to even stay out there. The mattress seems to be a piece a thin cloth over springs, I think an air mattress would of been better. This place is not worth saving a couple bucks you will be happy you stayed elsewhere.

Amazing location. The entire property could use a power wash. The stairs were dirty. The toilet paper holder was broken, there was no lid for the toilet. The couch and chairs in seating area were thread bare in spots and had unknown stains. The property just had an overall unclean feel. The views can not be beat! I did not go but the pool area looked pretty nice and the beach is amazing. Overall what was expected for the price.

Hot tub did not work, first night told the desk guy, he said he called maintenance... Next day checked on the status maintenance knew nothing about it.. they called somebody said it was under warranty on what's going to have to send someone out.... Very doubtful anything here is still under warranty... Items in a room on the first floor were left out on the concrete for two full days including milk a whole chicken a giant family pack of pork chops and some steaks... Smelt real good by the last day we were there... Housekeeping comes every other day according to desk and only leaves enough for one day.... Entire roof is exposed on the 5th floor balconies...anyone spot a problem here?

The property was clean, staff friendly but the facility needed some TLC. It was a little shabby. However it was located away from other resorts making the beach less crowded which is a plus for me.

Showed up for our reservations No lower level rooms available even after we specifically asked for one so we accepted a room on the second floor only to discover it had standing water on the floor and on the counter top, no more rooms available so we had to wait for the lady at the counter to find us a room at another location the chain owned, it wasn't a very nice experience after a 10.5 hour drive, we did finally get into a room further up the coast but red tide affected the water more there, and it was a second floor only hotel so climbing the stairs or walking to and from the elevators we're our only options and me and my wife both have back and knee problems.

Hotel on the beach. Older. Comfortable. Balcony a plus. Kitchen good idea if you need that. However amenities like no coffee provided in room (behind front office) or tissues. Bathroom very small and no hooks or counter to put your things down. Beds are located one in front and one in back is ideal especially if you have kids. Bathroom divided beds. Great idea. No breakfast at this location.

Nice beach view right on the beach but Hotel needs to be severely updated staff was excellent very nice I was also told that the hotel will be demolished and a new tower will be put up in November

The hotel did not feel safe. The rooms were very run down. The view was nice but it was very overpriced and I would not stay again.

The hotel was ok for a last minute booking, but it is outdated and there were mildew stains on the ceiling and a bad patch job on the plaster as well. I will say it was clean and right on the beach and it was nice to have a kitchen. However, the amenities said it had a hairdryer and complimentary toiletries; it had neither and when we asked at the front desk they said they didn't have any. Day two they did refresh our towels, but left no wash clothes. We paid on-line at the time of reservation and upon check-in we were asked for cash or debit card for a $34 resort fee for our 3 day stay.
