The house sits on an oversized lot with 180 degrees of lake views! Bust out your fishing poles or take out the kayaks on the lake or head straight to the beach! The moment you step through the front door you are transported to an island oasis with incredible amenities that include a heated pool, private white sand beach, putting green, outdoor tiki hut and grill, outdoor fireplace, outdoor shower, covered lanai with a TV you can stream your favorite shows. Each bedroom has memory foam mattresses with down alternative pillows and bedding. Every bedroom has a smart TV to watch your favorite streaming sites. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, glassware, pots and pans as well as spices. This home has everything you need for the perfect vacation! WE HAVE A BRAND NEW POOL CAGE AND PAVERS INSTALLED AS OF 4/27/23.
