The room was awesome! Very clean and enjoyable. The staff was absolutely amazing! A very special “shout out” to Front Desk personnel-Dana & Andrew, who made our stay and an additional extended stay very easy and stress free. Also, Shaunta - Houskeeping - she made sure we had extra towels, garbage emptied and the overall room was cleaned to our satisfaction. Our Christmas vacation was interrupted and our stay extended as were hit by another car causing major damage to my car & dealing our return home. The staff encouraged us every day and made a stressful situation less stressful by providing an exceptional customer experience. Thank You so much to the Staff of At Home Suites! My experience checking in was great. Upon entering my room, at first glance it seemed ok until I noticed certain things weren’t clean and also saw a few rodents. The noise level was overwhelming and I complained to front office about it. My staff was not what I expected and I did an early checkout

Hi, my name is Marcos V. This is my 2nd time staying in this super cute vintage hotel. First time on September and now in December. The whole staff is amazing and friendly. The housekeepers are so so nice and always smiling. Concierge is 24/7. Lena, Andrew and the other guys in front desk are the best. They do whatever to accommodate you and make you feel welcome all the time. The price for rooms are very very affordable all Year round and the size of every room is huge. A lot space inside of the each room. A lot parking spots around the property. A/C or Heater work perfectly. I Truly recommend this hotel 👍😘

Room had a weird chemical smell and we found a live bedbug crawling up the headboard. We ended up sleeping in the car after a 10 hour drive. Front desk was quick to check in but was informative about the property.
