Was there for four nights in a 5 bedroom cottage with private pool. Almost two hours to check in. The room had no towels there was a broken chair broken blinds and the pool was dirty. We were promised that someone would come clean it never came until the day before we leaving in which we went to Disney so couldn’t even use it.

Mostly good but a few issues

Cottage was new and nice. Location good. Not enough hot water. Biggest issues were no clear instruction in the lobby for check in so we waited an inordinate time.Breakers in kitchen were off and found out that coffee maker was not working at 6:30 in the morning. The biggest issue was the 24/7 customer service never ever picked up or answered messages EVER. Wouldn’t book through the Rentyl branch again. Had to call main hotel to get help. Thankfully they were good. My 6’ plus sons said the twin beds were very uncomfortable but the other beds were good. Free rum punch in lobby was nice during check in

We stayed at the cottages by Rentyl. Unit was spotless with a great location. It was missing tea towels and cloths to wash/dry dishes in the sink and a baking tray/ spatula for the oven but the rest was awesome. Valet and team were all on point. Pool area for main building and our private pool were clean and maintained- would definitely return.

Property was nice and quiet. Lovely walking paths. Pools were great. We had our own hot tub at our cottage which was very nice and convenient. Down side is being a little farther away from places but we knew that going into our side which was a trade off for the quietness.

This cottage was a little house with all the amenities of home from a fully equipped kitchen, to laundry machines and spacious outdoor areas. Great for a family trip!

Need full length mirror i. Villa…and although it was clean it was not sparkling clean, saw lot of dust on the floors and stairs. Caulking needs to be redone in the showers. Very nice place to stay, i would recommend. Thank you

Nice home with a pool and sauna. Stairs are steep. Nice kitchen. Good quality bedding. One wash cloth per bathroom, but plenty towels. Had a weird smell, think it was the drains. Easy fix with febreeze. Nice balcony with no chairs. Second living room upstairs along with laundry was nice. Would sleep 8 fairly easy.

Nice. But Room for Improvement

The resort itself is wonderful. It is very convenient as there are many stores and restaurants at a walkable distance. However, we stayed at a Villa and it was not so clean. Floors did not look mopped prior to our arrival. Mattresses were also horrible and I didn't sleep well. When calling the front desk for anything they either took hours, days or the items were never delivered.

This is our 3rd time staying here. We did not love this cottage as much as we did the others. Although each room had a bathroom there was not one outside the bedrooms. We had 6 people and there was limited seating & small living room area The master bathroom shower leaked all over the floor Wish we were told there was a hot tub do we could have brought bathing suits We liked that it was less than a 10 minute walk to the Salty Rim and the shuttle to the promenade was very quick & convenient

Hi, as soon as we checked in, we went to our cottage and there was a big bin where garbage was overflowing. It was smelly and there were bugs all over it reception gave us a number to call from our cottage which never worked in the six nights we stayed there Then when you tell them that at reservation, they ignore. Beds were very uncomfortable and the first bedroom downstairs. The AC unit was directly on the head where you lay your bed and it was very noisy. The king size bed on the second floor the side that is next to the bathroom, felt like you will fall off the bed very uncomfortable. Every time I need to notify reception of any concerns I have I would have to drive up there. Internet did not work the first day.
