When we got there, the girls are at the front (Cristina) was rude and condescending. We arrived earlier and she didn't even bother to look to see if a room was available.
It's a non-smoking hotel, however, our room smelled like cigarettes and weed.
The parking is horrible, we had to park in the front of the hotel (our room is towards the back middle) there was no parking at all.
We got a call on our 3rd day in the morning asking if we had gotten our complimentary package when we checked in. We never did and it's the 3rd day we were there.
There is no safe in the room so we don't feel comfortable leaving our belongings in the room while we were out. They suggested I can bring my valuable to the security desk and they can hold it, ( that doesn’t feel so safe either).
Water pressure was extremely low, barely can take a descent shower. I let them know and said the would someone out to check, however, my friend was also staying in the same hotel and she had the same issue. Btw, no one came because we were out all day and I did not want anyone coming into our room while we were not there.
Then our keys were not working, we had to call them and they opened the door for us, then brought back two keys an hour later.
