This comfortably decorated unit is in the heart of it all in Mexico Beach. It is a great place for a small family or two couples to enjoy a great vacation.

Floor Plan: Ground floor-covered, paved parking area with picnic table and outdoor shower and foyer with stairs leading to the 1st level. 1st level-gulf front living room with sleeper sofa, TV, DVD, CD player and furnished balcony; dining area and kitchen with full size laundry room and 1/2 bath. 2nd level-Bedroom 1 - gulf front master bedroom with a queen bed, 32"" flat screen TV, DVD, full bath and gulf front balcony and Bedroom 2 - double bed, 32"" flat screen TV and full bath.
