This property did not A/C on several of their rooms. While it 100 outside in the room I was in it is 80 degrees. There never a manager on duty after 7pm. The staff does not care to resolve the issue just shuffle you from room to room in hopes you won’t come back to front desk. The person that helped was the manager on property who arrive at front desk at 9pm. I won’t recommend this holiday inn to no one and hope they stay away if they want to have a pleasant stay.

This was far one of the worst places I’ve stayed in my life! Please read all the reviews before you stay here. This hotel is in need of a cleaning crew and a renovation. Problems with room key, cleanliness, old carpet, dirty carpet, noise levels. Not worth the price and they charged my room 3 times due to the conditions in which the bathroom was. I don’t think they clean at all. Requested housekeeping services and they left the exact same dirty sheets on. Never again!

The A/C in our room was not working well, and we were told it was because we were on the top floor. Maintenance did "take a look" and then provided us with 1 standing fan. In Miami summer, this really was not acceptable. The overall hotel room was fine, but not well kept - room cleaning did not happen every day. The elevators, lobby area and eating area were outdated and dirty
