It's a good hotel with some minor inconveniences and 1 very major disappointment. First the inconveniences: 1. The Bathroom door has no lock (if you have kids, it's definitely trouble!). 2. Security stops food delivery/or any delivery at the entry way. We asked if it could be delivered to the room, they agreed, and then charged us $15 for it (without prior notice). 3. We had to make 4 attempts over 4 days to ask for a regular bowl to use (I mean seriously....c'mon). The disappointment - The wait staff at the breakfast area. Some of them were great (Sanaa', Ray, Michael & CJ). Some others - not so much. After dining there on 4 different days, I can confidently say, there is special treatment for some of the customers, while others have to wait around to be noticed (catch my drift?). Didn't think I would have to deal with this here, but I guess you never know.! (Breakfast food was good, but this one reason kept me uncomfortable every time). I lost count on how many times, many of them would look the other way as soon as they noticed me trying to catch their attention if I needed something. (And our family wasn't the only one who was going ignored and un-noticed) While we didn't regret our stay there, for these reasons we definitely won't be going back. The hotel does have a nice entry-way, and a nice look and feel all around. Pool area is a definite plus.

We had a lovely time at the Grand Cypress. It was convenient to most places we wanted to visit, and an excellent place to just hang-out all day. There was so much to do on-site, you do not need (or want) to leave. On one of the days it was my husband's birthday and we ordered breakfast through room service - my son happened to mention that it was his dad's birthday and the person who brought the food came back about 20 minutes later with a tray of goodies and balloons. It was so special and really thoughtful. The staff are all super nice and helpful - though, the birthday surprise was definitely over the top special. The only weird thing is the bathrooms - in all of the spaces - from your room to the public bathrooms - none afford a lot of privacy. But, that's a teeny-tiny issue - the rest of the hotel, the staff, the facilities, the rooms, etc. are all great and we will definitely stay here again.

Staff was really nice and friendly. Cool pool, kids loved it. Thanks

From location to amenity, everything was excellent. We used uber to disney, it was best choice ever.

Beautiful resort hotel. Secluded from the traffic and local noise. Food and drink very $$$

We traveled for business and had the best experience! Hotel looks amazing, it is clean and comfortable. The food is great and the staff is amazing.

Our room was very nice, clean and extremely comfortable! The pool was extraordinary and relaxing! We will definitely stay at this hotel again!!

Great family hotel. Really enjoyed our stay. Pool is wonderful.

The Hyatt hotel on International Drive is 100 times better. Last year we stayed their and everything was awesome. This year we chose the Hyatt Cypress and it was a big let down. Room service was terrible, my dogs food is better. The Hotel staff was not friendly to families and outright rude to my 12 yr old. The Hotel needs to have better management and use the International Drive property as an example of excellence. I rate this hotel below a Days Inn.

Everything was great except the cleanliness of the room, which as "supposedly" signed off by a manager. Not so much. Stained chair which we had to flip the cushions just to sit on and a dollop of some unknown substance on the floor. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean, but you know how it feels when the room isn't refreshing.

Room great, food at Hemmingways was outstanding--cant say enough!!

The Hotel is awesome & the staff is one of the best I've experienced owing to their friendliness and readiness to make your experience an awesome one.

The staff at the hotel is unfriendly. Self parking was a nightmare. Room cleanliness was not upto par

Like the pool area with outdoor bar and food options. The hot tub was great. Like the 24 hour on site quick grab and eat store. Beer overpriced at bar but what do you expect at a high tourist locale.

We enjoyed our stay. I thought the staff was pleasant. The pool was great after a long trip to Florida. The kids had a blast there. The room was good but if there were any cons, the bathroom shower stall doors did not close correctly causing water to leak out. I would recommend the hotel to anyone that was going to be in the area.

It would be nice if they make it family friendly hotel.

stained sheets coating on our table chair peeling off we were assigned a handicap room, no one in our party was disable, this may have been the third parties fault kudos to the parking staff, great job, thank you.

Great hotel great price close to the parks with transportation to them. Pros: The grounds were immaculately taken care, pools were clean, staff was friendly, room was very comfortable, a lot for the kids to do with the water sports, putt putt, ping pong. Overall I didn't have a problem with anything on this resort with my 5 year old and wife. But there were a few small things I didn't like. Cons: The hotel did charge $30 a day for a resort fee on top of $15 self parking fee a day. The parking lot was always packed hard to find a spot once you got back. The restaurants were good but very expensive not worth eating there your better off going out to eat for the money. So overall I would definitely recommend this hotel and give it A rating.

Everything about this resort was wonderful! The staff was overly accommodating and friendly. Our executive suite was beautiful, spacious with modern decor. The resort facilities were phenomenal . The pool was chilly but the kids pool was warmer, that's where we spent most our time. It was so nice we added an extra day to our trip. One of our best family vacations!

I always stay at the Hyatt when I travel to Orlando. From the moment I set foot on the property, I'm in love. This is my third time here and will be back. Staff is so friendly. The pool is the only pool open 24 hours. They have water sports. I repeat. Water sports. It's so awesome. Can't just stay one day. Thanks again!!!
