We traveled for business and had the best experience! Hotel looks amazing, it is clean and comfortable. The food is great and the staff is amazing.

Our room was very nice, clean and extremely comfortable! The pool was extraordinary and relaxing! We will definitely stay at this hotel again!!

Great family hotel. Really enjoyed our stay. Pool is wonderful.

The Hyatt hotel on International Drive is 100 times better. Last year we stayed their and everything was awesome. This year we chose the Hyatt Cypress and it was a big let down. Room service was terrible, my dogs food is better. The Hotel staff was not friendly to families and outright rude to my 12 yr old. The Hotel needs to have better management and use the International Drive property as an example of excellence. I rate this hotel below a Days Inn.

Everything was great except the cleanliness of the room, which as "supposedly" signed off by a manager. Not so much. Stained chair which we had to flip the cushions just to sit on and a dollop of some unknown substance on the floor. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean, but you know how it feels when the room isn't refreshing.

Room great, food at Hemmingways was outstanding--cant say enough!!

The Hotel is awesome & the staff is one of the best I've experienced owing to their friendliness and readiness to make your experience an awesome one.

The staff at the hotel is unfriendly. Self parking was a nightmare. Room cleanliness was not upto par

Like the pool area with outdoor bar and food options. The hot tub was great. Like the 24 hour on site quick grab and eat store. Beer overpriced at bar but what do you expect at a high tourist locale.

We enjoyed our stay. I thought the staff was pleasant. The pool was great after a long trip to Florida. The kids had a blast there. The room was good but if there were any cons, the bathroom shower stall doors did not close correctly causing water to leak out. I would recommend the hotel to anyone that was going to be in the area.

It would be nice if they make it family friendly hotel.

stained sheets coating on our table chair peeling off we were assigned a handicap room, no one in our party was disable, this may have been the third parties fault kudos to the parking staff, great job, thank you.

Great hotel great price close to the parks with transportation to them. Pros: The grounds were immaculately taken care, pools were clean, staff was friendly, room was very comfortable, a lot for the kids to do with the water sports, putt putt, ping pong. Overall I didn't have a problem with anything on this resort with my 5 year old and wife. But there were a few small things I didn't like. Cons: The hotel did charge $30 a day for a resort fee on top of $15 self parking fee a day. The parking lot was always packed hard to find a spot once you got back. The restaurants were good but very expensive not worth eating there your better off going out to eat for the money. So overall I would definitely recommend this hotel and give it A rating.

Everything about this resort was wonderful! The staff was overly accommodating and friendly. Our executive suite was beautiful, spacious with modern decor. The resort facilities were phenomenal . The pool was chilly but the kids pool was warmer, that's where we spent most our time. It was so nice we added an extra day to our trip. One of our best family vacations!

I always stay at the Hyatt when I travel to Orlando. From the moment I set foot on the property, I'm in love. This is my third time here and will be back. Staff is so friendly. The pool is the only pool open 24 hours. They have water sports. I repeat. Water sports. It's so awesome. Can't just stay one day. Thanks again!!!

The hotel was so spacious and the staff was so attentive i would go back again and again

We had a wonderful stay. Beautiful hotel with tons to do! Would definitely recommend and would try and stay here again!

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, rooms were clean and comfortable. Pool and grounds were relaxing and amazing, so nice to come back to after crowded theme parks! Breakfast buffet was really good with lots of variety. We will definitely stay here again!

Overall, hotel was wonderful. Rooms are clean and beautifully decorated. Grounds are spectacular with a great pool environment, lake, hot tub, patio, etc. Hotel has beautiful lobby and bar area as well as restaurant. Bikes and various types of boats are available for use by guests. A great place to just chill and enjoy the weather. The only complaint that I had was the cost of food and drink services. For example, a Pina Colada at the pool runs around $16. I watched the bar tender make it.....consisted of ice, Pina Colada mix from a milk-like carton, and a shot of rum. Seriously!
