I like all of the activities and the large pool.

The food was not good. Requested room service and food came completely cold. We called, they said it would be reimbursed . It never was reimbursed.

This property was incredible!

We like the hotel , room keepers clean so good. Nice place . Good pool . Restaurant perfect every good food .

They had some sort of cheerleading/dance event the same dates I stayed. The amenities (including basic use of elevators) were unusable. 30 minute lines just to use elevators. 40 minutes in line to get overpriced coffee from the market. The crowds made me late to just about every thing I needed to go to (I was there for a wedding). This stay was beyond frustrating.

The rooms were very comfortable with great views. The resort facility was wonderful. The staff was attentive and helpful. The elevators had long waits and were crowded (guests weren't wearing masks either). The elevator banks were only on one side of the hotel which made it convenient if your room was nearby, otherwise it was a trek.

Restaurant Lake house

Everything is was awesome in the beginning. Check in was smooth . The guy was very friendly. Our room was clean, however it was the first room close to the elevator and lobby so it got very noisy at times.. We had plenty of towels for two ppl but only ONE wash cloth… The pool area was nice and clean.. We paid $100 for an umbrella and chairs… However a waiter/waitress never came to take our order.. On our last night there, we were tired and decided to stay in and order frm UBER eats… we got a message frm the delivery person saying our food was left at the front desk.. My wife went to the front desk to ask if there was a bag of food delivered… and the attendant by the name of KATHY responded in a nasty tone “WE DONT ACCEPT FOOD DELIVERY HERE!!!” And then just walked off…. My wife came back to the room so hurt and upset because she wanted to go off, but she know that’s what they except her to do since she’s African American.. So I got dressed and went downstairs to kindly ask to speak to a manager.. The guy asked is there anything he can help with.. we explained to him the situation and demanded an apology frm the woman… He claimed she was on break at the moment and for our inconvenience he will apply a $25 credit to our room … I told him we don’t care about the credit. It’s about respect… we spent a lot of money to stay here and should be treated fairly.. I will be writing to corporate to demand an apology.. Other than that the stay was great

loved the stay and kids loved the parrot, stayed here for andianwy visit so we didnt use much of hotel, but from what we did and saw, its perfect

Really enjoyed myself. Will bring my entire extended family next time.

Clean and well maintained

The resort was beautiful and amenities were top notch. Service was also exceptional!

Between resort fees and parking for 5 days your adding an extra $400 to the price you already paid.
