Our stay was lovely. It started with the BEST customer service from Valery. She helped us stay one extra night with our time share points. It was unavailable online, however she checked her computer and said we have that same room for one extra night! Woo hoo.. so I called the marriott time share line but she didn't see it. I handed the phone to Valery and she cleared it up with her manager and they released the room. That is going above and beyond what you need to do for a customer. I greatly appreciated that since we were going to have to move hotels, and she saved us that headache. We had a great time.. and it was awesome that we got to use the world marriott pool! Our 13 year old boys loved that!! Great place to stay!!! Thank you Valery and to the manager and front desk staff at Imperial!!!

We visited during spring break with 5 adults. We used the 3 bedroom villa for 6 nights as the home base for our various trips to the parks. This Marriott is prime for their location to all the Disney parks and about a 20 minute drive to Universal Studios (depending on traffic). We are not timeshare owners, so we booked on a night to night basis through the Marriott website because my husband is a member and can gain points. The cost was much more affordable than purchasing 3 rooms at the Marriott World Center which is also on property. The unit was very clean, large and on the top floor... very quiet. The bedding configuration was 1 King, 2 twins and a queen with sleeper sofa. There’s also a sleeper sofa in the living room. The kitchen was fully furnished with utensils which made morning breakfasts a breeze. I went to the Publix in Kissimmee once we checked in, about 2 miles away. There were plenty of towels and toiletries (face and body soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion) but if you did run out, you simply requested it. There are pool towels free of charge. Being at the Imperial Palms means you also have access to the huge pool complex at the World Center. Unfortunately, we were so busy with the parks we didn’t make it there. The pool at Imperial Palms is wonderful as well and much more quiet. I would recommend a stay at this resort for families who want to spread out and relax without the expense of 3 studio rooms.

Spent a week at Vacation Marriott Palms condos in Orlando. Had a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo newly refurbished. Lovely setting. No problems, lots of amenities at the villas each day, beautiful golf course, 2 pools, activities, etc. very helpful staff. Take Uber to off campus parks like Disney and Universal studios. Only problem was noise from cars on freeway at night but you get used to it.

Imperial Palms has fairway surroundings, a lagoon, fountains. Amenities include a master bath, kitchen, living room, screened patio. Facilities have a store, two pools, gym, lighted sport court. A good staff.

Imperial Palms is one of three Marriott Vacation Club venues on the campus of the World Center Marriott at Orlando (the others are Royal Palms and Sabal Palms). All three seem generally similar, but Imperial is the largest, the only three bedroom model. There is a shuttle to the Marriott hotel but we rarely used it because it is only a ten minute walk. Next door is the Hawk Golf Club. This is an exceptional family resort that offers lots of activities and choices for families. Also, the Disney World complex is only about ten minutes away, just across I-4. The accommodations were comfortable (although the pillows could have been much firmer), except that there is a glass wall between the bathroom area and the bedroom, making for a fitful night’s sleep if someone gets up to use the bathroom, goes to sleep at a different time or wakes up earlier. The sinks are in the bedroom (why?) and illuminated by enough wattage to wake up anyone who dared to be asleep. It is strange that Marriott, usually conscious of its guests’ comfort, provides a bed/bath area that has virtually no privacy. But for that shortcoming I would have given Imperial five stars.

The family enjoyed the week stay. Plenty to do for young and old. Bonus was using the World Center Resort as well. Rooms were clean and layout worked well for us. The gas grills were a nice touch, we used them twice. Publix grocery was near by as well as Walmart. The Market Place on property was great for odds and ends. The pools were heated which took the chill off for us to use in December.

This is part of a collection of Marrriott outstanding residences on Vacation Way; to include World Resort, Royal Palms & Sabel Palms. The rooms & living areas are spacious, comfortable & entertainment friendly; for short/long visits. The amenities are great, allowing access to all of the adjacent Marriott resort's offerings. It's minutes away from the Disney & other area attractions, as well as easy access to the Interstate.

I thought hard about giving a 5 star rating. But I really could not think of any bad points about this property. Had a 5 day stay for a girls trip. We were all thoroughly pleased. Room/villa was huge and well appointed. Staff were all awesome, friendly and nice. The shuttle was a van which was always right there when we needed it to take us the 2 minute trip over to the world center. One time the driver was indisposed so the desk guy grabbed the keys and took us so we didn't have to wait. The pools and spas were nice and clean. Music was nice. The restrooms at the pool were being upgraded so you had to go out of the pool area to a trailer bathroom but it was not far. They should have folders with take out options. They gave us 3 but they were all italian. World center was awesome. You could have walked there from imperial palms but we were lazy. Starbucks and a spa/salon, several restaurants with varying price points, a convenience store food court with lots of healthy options. The pool is amazing and there are 3 full size water slides as well as a pool side bar and grill. Tons of seating and towels. I would recommend this place to anyone. It was good for a girls trip but I could also see bringing my kids back next time. Can't say enough good things.

3 bedroom 2 bath near pool, located on a golf course and includes use of the Marriott World Hotels fantastic pool with water slides. This place is clean comfortable and spacious. However, do NOT book your tickets with the concierge. we bought 5 3 day passes for universal studio's for what we thought was a good price. Two members in our party were too large to ride the Harry Potter Ride. The Universal concierge was happy to refund those 2 members the portion that Marriott had paid them for the tickets however the difference would have to be refunded by Marriott. I am a 2 unit owner at 20,000.00 a piece yet they refused to refund the 138.00. I spoke to management and several other higher ups and their response was they are non- refundable. My credit card company deemed otherwise and after I disputed the charge and sent the proper info, they promptly refunded my money. After Spending 40k and countless other dollars over the years Marriott was being cold hearted about 138$. Like I said earlier , the room and facilities are great. The concierge can jump in the lake.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this resort. Staff was extremely polite and thorough. Whoever cleaned our villa everyday did a fantastic job. The ability to utilize the Marriott World facility Was huge plus. Kudos to all who work and run this facility.
