This hotel facilities are ran down, not clean and it looks more like a motel than a hotel. Should not even been considered a resort. The only thing it has is the Water Park and its open to the public. I did not even stay. I took my bags and left. Would not recommend it at all.

This hotel was fantastic. My son had the best time. We are already planning our next trip to Florida and are planning on staying at this hotel.

I usually don't write reviews but after staying here I had to say something! Coming into the lobby I thought we were going to have a great time until we went to our room. On the way to the room we noticed lots of people hanging out in the parking lot smoking. But the kicker is when we opened the door to the room a nasty Oder hit us like a punch which smelled liked mold. Then the couch was filthy and the worst part was they had bugs everywhere. We stayed one night and after that we were terrified to stay another night. We spent more money to sleep somewhere else just cause we didn't feel clean there. We couldn't get our money back cause we booked a package deal on room and flight. We checked out early in the morning having one more night the lady at the desk asked how was our stay we said horrible and the worker laughed because she said that's what everyone was saying. I never went on vacation and had to leave my luggage outside overnight and put everything straight into the washer machine when I returned home just to make sure we didn't bring any bugs home. I'm usually a glass half full type of guy, but this time the glass is empty!!.

I enjoyed the stay. Room was clean. The people were very nice.

Good hotel for a short stay I would say, the carpet was somewhat clean and the A/C only blew so much cool air besides that everything else was pretty good clean and presentable. Pretty cheap too it's God for the price.

Good location, near major highways, restaurants and shops. Not so much a resort, it reminded me more of a Motel 6 but it was affordable and great for a last minute option.

I would never recommend this hotel to anyone however, if you have no choice and your money is funny, this will do. The rooms are very small and it looks more like a motel. If you can afford to spend more, go somewhere else. The pool hours are only from 11am-5pm so please don't base your visit on the "water park". Lastly, if you do decide to stay here make sure you request a room that surrounds the pool and arcade. All the other rooms are extremely motelish and unsafe looking.

We really enjoyed the waterpark and pools. This was perfect for a family vacation. The room was spacious, but a little worn. We were in building 6, which has keycard access only to the building and the doors are inside the building. It was also in an area that was quiet. The other building look like they surround the pools or the waterpark. This is a great place for a family to vacation. We had access to on site restaurants/bar.

The rooms stink were not well cleaned the resort fee was paid for days that the main attraction was closed and there is no standard To times

Clean room for my family. We stayed for 2 days. The water park looked awesome but was closed due to hurricane Matthew. The staff was awesome and opened the little store and restaurant to feed everyone who was stranded.

So...I picked this place because we were taking our two nephews (5 and 8 years old) to Legoland. We went to Legoland and the kids loved it. If you are planning to go there you can see all of it in a day...not including the water park because we did not see that. When we got to the Hotel...about 8pm...check in was easy...but when we got to the room the carpet was wet because the AC unit was leaking. To the credit of the Hotel...they sent someone as soon as i called. The technician came very quickly. It was a clogged drain...which he fixed...but that did not do anything about the wet rug. They used the towels to try and dry the rug but that did not work very well. The hotel needs updating but the beds were ok and the AC did work. The WATERPARK in the Hotel is the reason i picked this place. The kids loved it. Sunday morning the kids wanted to go to the waterpark right away. However, the park does not open until 11AM...so the kids had to wait in the regular pool. They should open the waterpark a little bit earlier. Take your kids for the WaterPark...they will love it and the admission is included in your hotel room cost. Other than that...the Hotel needs updating. The location is great...2 blocks from the I-4 Many restaurants in the area. Hope this helps. Gerry Q.

Amazing, it was very pleasurable. The staff was very deligent to my families comfort. The most important person was IRENE she maintained my room 9205 ( J.Martinez ) with the upmost excellence you need if not already more like her around at coco key. Thank you.

You cant beat the value of an onsite waterpark! Nice not to worry about driving or cabs to get there. While the kids splash around you can have some "grown up" time at the couple bars they have at the pool and water park. Great location, you can walk to Universal if you want, and its around many other cheaper attractions also. Rooms could be cleaned a little better.

Had a fun time at the water park and hotel staff was nice, but hotel room was old and needs to be updated! The bathroom didn't have a vent fan and found that to be weird.

The hote was dirty . The staff was slow checking people in , we had to wait about 30-45 mins to get checked in . The rooms were dirty and humid . Very below average hotel. We actually left a day early and went and stayed some where else. Didn't even ask for a refund just left . Would not recommend for anyone unless you want a sub par stay .

Me and my family stayed there from Tuesday to Thursday, so not a weekend days at all!! And payed $200 dollars /night/family room. They charged me $54 extra fee online for taxes and fees. When we got there for check in they ask for another $50 resort fee because the water park, so I finished paying $250/night because of the water park and the water park opens at 11am and we came back from universal at 5pm to enjoy the water park and was closed on Wednesday. They should open the water park earlier at least 9am. So my experience it's not a good deal pay high price for the water park hotel, if you can get in a real water parks for $34 /the whole day and pay for a comparable room $100/night with a continental breakfast included...numbers!!!!!

bathroom sink not draining for two days. no response from staff. satellite reception on tv intermittent at best. cleanliness of grounds non existent. room not serviced on second day of stay.

I will keep it short... long wait at check in but very nice and attentive. Room, was right next to pool, great! When we got to room there was chicken and sunflower seeds on the floor. In our 'clean' room, when we arrived. Called front desk, they were sending someone to take care of it. Went to dinner, came back, food was still on floor from people before. Housekeeping was gone for the night. Day 2, I cleared the area all around the food mess, to make it easy to clean up when they cleaned our room that day. Gone all day, room was 'cleaned' and yet, food was STILL on floor, in plain sight! I called front desk, they were calling housekeeping manager. Went to waterpark, had dinner, came back 2 hours later. FOOD STILL THERE! AND BUGS ON IT!!! cockroaches had found the food and our room. Called front desk again. 9pm day 2, 3 phone calls, bugs, a room 'clean' later, finally some one came and vacuumed up the food from the people before us. GROSS! I have never had that kind of dirty before. Just baffled. And each time I called they didn't seem to care, just said, "ok, will call housekeeping". There were food and cockroaches in our room and we got an ok! terrible.

I didn't like the rooms are super small the resorts fees are too high for the amenities. There is no security. they don't clean the rooms properly. The customer services there sucks I would never go back or recommend this place to anyone. I'll give it a 1 star.

We were there for a week pool was cleaned ONCE. Half the water park wasn't open most days they switch what section were open one day they said short staff the next day it was they were working on the water system. In room they had a light out in bathroom and at the vanity in main room. The toilet ran 24/7. Other than that water Park is good for small children
