Room was cleaned every day staff was friendly and helpful. Would stay here again! 4 star reason- water park water is freezing cold, big slides were under maintenance for most of the week. A bigger refrigerator would be nice.

The room was clean enough, however there was minimal bathroom supplies (towels, soap etc) and no blanket or pillow for the pull out were provided, we didn't get any even though we asked for them until night 2. Overall enjoyed the stay and would stay again.

Staff was great/friendly. Pool areas, water park, bar areas was worth the money. The room itself felt muggy/ smelled musty. And definitely spotted roaches in the bathroom area. Leaving the lights on at all times helped everytime we’d turn lights off you’d definitely flip them back on and see a roach. Grossed me out powered thru the stay but don’t think I’ll be staying here again
