The rooms are old and out dated. We had ants all on the walls and the TV keep turning up by itself you would think there was a ghost in the room with the way the TV acted.

The room was outdated and the beds were not comfortable. Too expensive for the quality of the rooms.

First, I've read many mixed reviews regarding Coco Key. I honestly didn't know what to expect when I pulled up but I had the mentality "I'm doing this for the kids..." Check in went very well and the woman spent a few extra minutes giving me some details regarding pool hours, some tips, and making sure I knew the easiest way to get to our rooms. We purchased the Family Room which was two rooms back to back - interconnected. Our family is large and consists of 2 adults and 6 kids. Since we had two room numbers, we tried to enter the room facing the parking lot. The door key gave us some trouble but a really nice woman in housekeeping came over and walked us around to our second room (which faces the pool). We were able to enter and she made sure everything was in order, which it was. The two rooms connected actually made for very spacious accommodations. The AC was cold and very comfortable. The room smelled pleasant and was very clean. The water park is awesome. Living in Florida, I have been to countless water parks and some of the largest in the country. This water park was fun, didn't have long lines, and my kids absolutely loved it! It wasn't the largest, it didn't have the tallest rides in the country, but the kids smiled as much as they did when they went to Wet-And-Wild years back. In fact, there was no complaining because they didn't need to wait for hours to go down one slide. Hotel lifeguards were AMAZING! A+++++ (out of room to type) :-(

We enjoyed spending our time outside... the pools were perfect and slides exciting... both adult and children had fun. The lifeguards were on point... so diligent and hard working. The room was ok... air conditioner made loud noise and toilet kept running... gave off a wet smell.

I paid around $300 for a night. No free breakfast Which I knew of. But the room is so small espically the bed. Even tho water park is included with room. I would never go back. Only glad I didn't stay more then 1 night. It was a waste of money. The cost for 2 adults and 2 kids should have been no more the 165 a night.

I was very disappointed in the room the rooms are not clean they smell I was supposed to receive a $10 voucher for food and drinks when I check then I did not receive it when I went to go get it they did not want to give it to me the jacuzzi was not working a lot of games in the game room did not work then never had the fire pit on I feel is very deceiving from the photos on your website I would not recommend nobody to go there and stay I would not return

This hotel facilities are ran down, not clean and it looks more like a motel than a hotel. Should not even been considered a resort. The only thing it has is the Water Park and its open to the public. I did not even stay. I took my bags and left. Would not recommend it at all.

This hotel was fantastic. My son had the best time. We are already planning our next trip to Florida and are planning on staying at this hotel.

I usually don't write reviews but after staying here I had to say something! Coming into the lobby I thought we were going to have a great time until we went to our room. On the way to the room we noticed lots of people hanging out in the parking lot smoking. But the kicker is when we opened the door to the room a nasty Oder hit us like a punch which smelled liked mold. Then the couch was filthy and the worst part was they had bugs everywhere. We stayed one night and after that we were terrified to stay another night. We spent more money to sleep somewhere else just cause we didn't feel clean there. We couldn't get our money back cause we booked a package deal on room and flight. We checked out early in the morning having one more night the lady at the desk asked how was our stay we said horrible and the worker laughed because she said that's what everyone was saying. I never went on vacation and had to leave my luggage outside overnight and put everything straight into the washer machine when I returned home just to make sure we didn't bring any bugs home. I'm usually a glass half full type of guy, but this time the glass is empty!!.

I enjoyed the stay. Room was clean. The people were very nice.

Good hotel for a short stay I would say, the carpet was somewhat clean and the A/C only blew so much cool air besides that everything else was pretty good clean and presentable. Pretty cheap too it's God for the price.

Good location, near major highways, restaurants and shops. Not so much a resort, it reminded me more of a Motel 6 but it was affordable and great for a last minute option.

I would never recommend this hotel to anyone however, if you have no choice and your money is funny, this will do. The rooms are very small and it looks more like a motel. If you can afford to spend more, go somewhere else. The pool hours are only from 11am-5pm so please don't base your visit on the "water park". Lastly, if you do decide to stay here make sure you request a room that surrounds the pool and arcade. All the other rooms are extremely motelish and unsafe looking.

We really enjoyed the waterpark and pools. This was perfect for a family vacation. The room was spacious, but a little worn. We were in building 6, which has keycard access only to the building and the doors are inside the building. It was also in an area that was quiet. The other building look like they surround the pools or the waterpark. This is a great place for a family to vacation. We had access to on site restaurants/bar.

The rooms stink were not well cleaned the resort fee was paid for days that the main attraction was closed and there is no standard To times

Clean room for my family. We stayed for 2 days. The water park looked awesome but was closed due to hurricane Matthew. The staff was awesome and opened the little store and restaurant to feed everyone who was stranded.

So...I picked this place because we were taking our two nephews (5 and 8 years old) to Legoland. We went to Legoland and the kids loved it. If you are planning to go there you can see all of it in a day...not including the water park because we did not see that. When we got to the Hotel...about 8pm...check in was easy...but when we got to the room the carpet was wet because the AC unit was leaking. To the credit of the Hotel...they sent someone as soon as i called. The technician came very quickly. It was a clogged drain...which he fixed...but that did not do anything about the wet rug. They used the towels to try and dry the rug but that did not work very well. The hotel needs updating but the beds were ok and the AC did work. The WATERPARK in the Hotel is the reason i picked this place. The kids loved it. Sunday morning the kids wanted to go to the waterpark right away. However, the park does not open until 11AM...so the kids had to wait in the regular pool. They should open the waterpark a little bit earlier. Take your kids for the WaterPark...they will love it and the admission is included in your hotel room cost. Other than that...the Hotel needs updating. The location is great...2 blocks from the I-4 Many restaurants in the area. Hope this helps. Gerry Q.

Amazing, it was very pleasurable. The staff was very deligent to my families comfort. The most important person was IRENE she maintained my room 9205 ( J.Martinez ) with the upmost excellence you need if not already more like her around at coco key. Thank you.

You cant beat the value of an onsite waterpark! Nice not to worry about driving or cabs to get there. While the kids splash around you can have some "grown up" time at the couple bars they have at the pool and water park. Great location, you can walk to Universal if you want, and its around many other cheaper attractions also. Rooms could be cleaned a little better.

Had a fun time at the water park and hotel staff was nice, but hotel room was old and needs to be updated! The bathroom didn't have a vent fan and found that to be weird.
