Nice staff. Kid loved water park. Great location. Fellow at front desk was very nice and helpful.

Our kids loved the water park! There’s a —substantial—separate fee for that though. The hotel itself is good enough, but definitely not a luxurious stay. Great location.

There was mold all over the room. The carpet was filthy and wet. The shower did not drain. There was not enough towels and no shampoo. There was no bedding for pullout couch asked for this twice and had to go down to front desk a third time and wait to get bedding. Air conditioning did nothing to remove humidity so room walls bedding and floor were wet.

Water park is the whole reason we pay 2 night resort fees there ($68). On callendar they say open. But then the whole time it was closed due to just a little rain. Old hotel. Our room is big and looks ok, but rusted at closer look. The switch turns on the whole room including fridge, tv, light. There is no way to turn off the loght without turning off the fridge so we had to keep light on all noght. Very annoying. Not going back.

We had a great experience here. Front staff was amazing. Water park was extremely fun for my two small children and the water is heated!!! Food on site was good and decently priced. Would stay here again. Con: they swapped from the kids water park area to the larger area every hour. They did not have both open at the same time.

The hotel is ok not too pleased with the resort fee which is $34 per day plus another $10.00 parking per day.

Room smelled like mold. All the big water slides where closed. You check in at 4pm and can only use water park till 7pm. Have to check out at 11am and water park done even open in the morning. Not worth the money at all. They tried to charg me for parking. And extra charge for the water park for more then 4ppl. stains all over the couch.

Great staff that went out of their way to help. Loved the waterpark and really enjoyed our stay.

The bed skirts on both beds were filthy. They had dust, dirt and splatter stains. When I called guests services I was told that the bed skirts are not changed often, however they did come out to the room and change them in a timely manner. Also the air conditioning unit in the room was extremely loud and making weird noises which kept me up all night. Not too noticeable during the day when there’s traffic outside and you have the tv on but was an absolute horror as my family and I tried to sleep. The Waterpark and pools were enjoyable, although they did not have enough staff to have all of the water slides open at the same time, which I couldn’t understand with the fact that it was a holiday but my children still enjoyed themselves.

First time staying at this hotel and me and my family had a amazing time. Only thing about the beds the pillows weren't that comfortable to sleep on so maybe that can be fixed I plan on coming again real soon.

Room was nasty and smell like cigarettes. I had a roach crawling on my wall in the middle of the night. Hotel staff was rude. Definitely won’t be returning and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone..also food was horrible for the price you pay.

This is the second time that I b ooked with Coco Key and the second time with problems. This time was horrendous. First, I had to move my room as there were cockroaches in the first room and an exposed live wire from the airconditioning unit. This took until approximately 6 pm. As I was traveling with my two young grandchildren this was a problem as we had no room to change and get settled to go to dinner. Then when we got into the second room, there were mango peels around the room obvious that the room was not cleaned well. I had my grandchildren wear shoes and sleep on towels. Then when we returned to the room, I was going to put the TV on to help my grandchildren go to sleep and the TV did not work. I called the front desk and was asked to move the furniture to see if the TV was properly plugged in. When I said that I would not move furniture (it was a large wall unit) the woman reluctantly said she would call maintenance. When an hour later maintenance had not arrived I called back and was told that he was on another job and hadn't answered her text. This was unacceptable. Finally the man came and fixed the TV. The next morning we went to breakfast and then went to go to the pool where we were informed that the pool would not open for an unforeseen amount of time when I complained as to what would I do with my grandchildren for the day. I was told it was out of their control. That in a resort is NOT how things should be handled the pool issue should have been handled.

We thoroughly enjoyed the water park. We loved being close so we could take the kids up for an afternoon nap, then come back to the park after. We were less impressed with the room. I have to pump milk for my baby and really needed a larger refrigerator than the one we were given. It was tiny, and warm. I was terrified all week I would lose the breastmilk I had stored in there. Also the AC put out cold air but the entire room felt humid the whole week. Every time we were in the room I felt like I had just gotten out of the shower. There was mold in the bathroom around the tub/shower but otherwise the room appeared clean. I would go again but probably ask for a different room type?

Issues with the bath and housekeeping. Costumer service should improve.

Every time we tried the water park it was shut down due to weather even if it wasn’t raining. They even closed the kids section even if it wasn’t raining and kids section has roof top. Couldn’t find parking if you come back late. For the price not worth it.
