I must brag on the front desk clerk Ashere. He was so very accommodating. Our check in was not till later in the afternoon, we drove for 10 hours straight. He must of noticed how exhausted we were and did not hesitate to check us into our room early. It’s the small blessing that mean the very most!!! That Ashere for you kindness!!! Also we loved the bar/restaurant in the top floor. It was top notch!

Self parking was easy with garage attached. Area is safe, clean, inside universal property. Walk over to the neighboring hotel to catch a boat to city walk and main universal entrance, free shuttle to Epic.

Okay was nice and very conveniently located, my biggest gripe was with the room. First of all, almost everything is controlled with a tablet. Want to turn the tv off, us the tablet. Turn on a light, tablet. When I'm the first one up, I don't want to feel around for the tablet to turn on the vanity light. Which bring on the next annoyance. There's very little privacy. The divider between the bathroom and the beds has these floor to ceiling, 3in slats. If I turn the vanity light on, the whole room is illuminated. No one gets to sleep in. Wouldn't stay here again.

The rooms are very modern. The floor to ceiling window gives a great view since we were on the 16th floor. Had minor issue with room temp but they fixed it immediately. Wasn’t a big fan of using a tablet to control the tv and lights tho
