I have stayed at this resort multiple times and have always had a pleasant experience. The first was a business trip but I have returned for vacations as well. Nicely maintained spacious suites with plenty of amenities. The front desk staff are courteous with quick check in and check out.

Nice rooms. Clean rooms. $9.99 a day for wi-fi in most places it's free when you pay that much money. Really close to Disney . Great location .

The one thing I did not like was that you had to pay additional cost for Internet. This amenity should be included with the price if the room. The rates per day per device is ridiculous.

Spacious and comfortable. Big screen TV but needs HD channels. Lots of pools available for swimming.

I stayed here because Towne Center was full over Valentines weekend.

I would stay there again but it would be nice if u could control the heater because it was very cold in the room but everything else was great my kids love.... thank u for your services

This was a great place - exceeded expectation. We were only there for two days but would definitely stay here again during a week long trip. The unit was spacious and would be perfect for a family. Unit was clean, up to date and had all the amenities needed for a week long stay. Highly recommend.

We always stay here best hotel for the price. Saves you tons money with fully equipped kitchen. Near supermarket and many resturants walking distance.

The Resort was great initially. Everything looked just like the pictures, we were all happy and impressed. But then on the 2nd night we woke up with Bed Bugs, Cockroaches on the nightstand, the whirlpool was dirty and we left disappointed. It could've been a good stay but the bugs ruined it.

Very roomy for my family. Very accessible to all the Disney attraction.

Based on the price we weren't sure what to expect. Thankfully, the room was wonderful! It was beautiful! The staff was great too. Not thrilled about being pushed onto a sales person about park tickets at 10:00 at night without being asked but happy otherwise.

The hotel was a great exspreciE they have amazen amenties. Wonderful place

This was an amazing resort. Very clean lot of activities for kids the staff is very friendly. Great vaction.

It was a great stay! Nothing to complain about!!! Would definitely recommend to family and friends! My kids enjoyed the activities at the hotel! Very clean, well kept!

PROS: Great location right off Rt. 4 between Disney and Universal. We decided to forgo Disney and just visit Universal Studios this visit. Travel time with traffic was less than a half hour. The room was nice enough. 2 clean bedrooms and baths, nice stocked kitchen. There was an old bureau inside the closet in the master bedroom. It seemed like it was put in as an afterthought. There were 3 large televisions with HBO. The 4 pools were nice, plenty of linens and towels available. There was a little market at the registration area for incidentals. Grounds were nicely kept. CONS: No wifi except at the registration area/main pool area. Our room was serviced daily but there were still dirty glasses in the sink afterward.

We had a one-bedroom suite on the third floor. There was no elevator, so walking up to the third floor with a baby and luggage was challenging. Furnishings were very nice; the room was nicely decorated and the kitchen had stainless steel appliances. The suite, however was freezing cold; it was a chilly day and 62 degrees in the room. Heat only comes on when the outside temperature falls to 52 degrees. I called the front desk and they sent a blanket to the room. The blanket was noticeably dirty. The blanket that was already on the bed was noticeable dirty as well. The next day, we asked to be moved to another room since their advertisement says heat and air-conditioning; not heat and air-conditioning depending on the outside temperature. We were moved to 2-bedroom deluxe suite. The suite was lovely, large and nicely decorated. It felt quite comfortable. After a day at the Disney parks, we came back to the hotel to find ants in the bathroom and on the kitchen counter. I called the front desk. They said they would spray the next day after we checked out and sent a maintenance man up to our room to wipe down the bathroom and kitchen counters. We had clothes and other items on the counters, but no food. The next day we got up to ants crawling on the wall and counter in the bathroom. Ants were crawling all over the stove. I reported this to the front desk upon check-out and told them how unhappy I was about our experience at their resort. Front desk staff said they were sorry and we left. I will never stay at this resort again, nor would I ever recommend it to anyone.

We only stayed at Westgate Blue Tree one night, but it was perfect for us. Spacious room and very close to Disney. Staff very accommodating, allowing us to check in early, but the best was my wife left something in the room, and the head of security called us after we had checked out to come claim it! Excellent, friendly service. Highly Recommended.

My brothers and cousin met up for a weekend in orlando. We saw the theme parks there and the hotel was real close to downtown disney. We loved the kitchen (It was cheaper than eating out every meal), the pools were nice (2 of them are heated), and the staff was real friendly and professional. The room had a decent fold-out (which is pretty comfortable if you stack a couple of blankets under the mattress pad and sheets they give you for it), it was mild enough that we didn't use them all. Again, a good room for a pretty good deal.

We were not pleased with our stay. The heat in the room was turned off in the complex. We had to wrap up in blankets to warm up in our room. When we checked in for our stay we were greeted by a very unfriendly staff member. We inquired about a shuttle to the attractions and were told they do not have a shuttle. (However, my son was also staying there and they were given a flyer with shuttle times for pick up for the attractions.) Every question we asked was met by an abrupt answer giving us the feeling we were disturbing her with our check in. We have stay at a few other places in Orlando and had very friendly and helpful staff to assist us. We would never stay here again and have already passed on to friends and family our impressions.

we went there for a week we had an infant and because i called in advanced they had already put in the room a crib and a high chair. Also i had a family member that had some back problems so we coulndt be in the second floor and they were happy to put us in a first floor room. The villa was great, the accomodations were perfect, we had clean towels every day, they respected our privacy and the staff was wonderful and nice i am definetly coming back. Ohh and everything was near, disney, universal evry atracttion. I loved it.
