The property is very clean and safe. When checking in to get my key after a long day I had to hear a sales pitch. Upon my lost 15 minutes the key was not issued. When checking out for 10 am sharp I was checked out automatically at 9:35 while loading my car. They staff lacks tack and communication. I would not stay there again due to the fact I was late for my engagements Friday night and Sunday morning. Just unacceptable

The kitchen had a dead roach on the floor. There was no broom or dustpan. There weren't any extra blankets. And there were only sheets for the bed.
