The first thing I noticed was a rather overpowering smell on entry to the lobby. Some kind of air freshener that I'm sure was designed to make it more welcoming, but failed at this purpose. The staff was pleasant, and allowed us to check in early. The room was on the tight side and the bed was facing a different way than I'm accustomed to in hotel rooms. The bathroom was alright, though the toilet was at an odd angle. The air conditioner worked fine, but rattled around like its death was imminent. It did make it through our one night stay. The mattress was some kind of memory foam thing that left us both achy and missing some sleep. Everything else about the property seemed nice. There were three hotels together with secured parking (this came at the cost of $10 a night.) There was a scary elevator in the Courtyard that seemed like it needed repairs. It was shaky and had trouble going.

Second room had a roaring ventilation sound coming from the bathroom. Having spent time on submarines I was not effected by sleeping with equipment noise, but my wife was.TV remote didn't work.Wasted a half hour getting a Marriotts reward #,only to find out if you didn't book with Marriott ,they aren't rewarded. Icing on the cake was they told me I could use my $25 Marriott rewards money for parking when I checked in, but told me it couldn't be used for parking when I left.

GOOD PLACE TO STAY CLEAN ROOMS very pleasant staff.

Our favorite place to stay when we're visiting the area. The staff is always very nice and the room's always very clean. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated and the breakfast buffet is always very good!

Great hotel in a quite area. Comfortable and modern rooms.

So happy our hotel has been remodeled. We stay here every year for the convenience. The rooms have been updated as well as the hallways. New beds, fresh paint, and all new furniture. Yay!

Nice hotel with a wonderful indoor pool, but parking is terrible. Lots of rooms, fee parking spots. Dont come back too late; or else you will be circling the lot for a spot. Also, only 1 elevator section for the enitre building. Access into to the building requires a far walk depending where you park.

The hotel was in a great location to get to the parks. It was difficult to get out onto the main street with traffic at rush hour. The room appeared to be great, but the bathroom was just not as clean as I would prefer. The rooms are slightly outdated. Overall, everything was fine!

The hotel was clean, the beds are comfortable. They are currently remodeling part of the hotel.

Enjoyed our stay. Beds were comfortable and room was clean. Would stay here again.

The hotel is close to Disney, but the traffic to get out of the facility was a problem. The hotel itself was great as was the staff. The beds weren't comfortable which is my only complaint.

The pros definitely outweighed the cons. Even though the hotel was in a busy area it was quiet during the times it needed to be. Friendly staff, amenities were great, arcade was a little old but that's not even an area we were looking to spend valuable time in. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious. My only complaint is the Air conditioner was a little loud kicking on. As it was running it was consistent, but when it would kick back on it gave a loud clunk noise most of the time, kinda scares you when your sleeping. However, I would stay here again. We stayed 3 nights and felt everything was very convenient to our needs!

We traveled in late, the check-in process was fast! We were a big group and they were able to get us as close as possible. Great exprerience.

Nice hotel and cheap but everything was so secretive. No hrs for pool or bar. A gate at the front made it cery hard to re-enter the courtyard.

We enjoyed our stay a great deal. The hotel is close to the Disney parks. Beautiful pool, attentive staff.

Have stayed there before The hotel lobby and bar/restaurant area has been renovated, it's beautiful. The carpeting in the hotel is very worn and dirty looking. The sheets were incorrectly placed on the bed , ending a foot or so above edge of bed on both nights. Very annoying. The bed was uncomfortable but the tv was fantastic. The room was big and made it easy to unwind. The bathroom was very clean. The window was not closing leaving a two inch gap that allowed sound to enter room. We were above trash compactors and loading dock so were woken up early each day. Housekeeping bangs on neighboring doors so loud , shouting "housekeeping " you think it's your room and they're several doors down. The pool area is clean and good looking and the breakfast buffet is great. The location of hotel is perfect. One warning to guests should be made, the Shell gas station across street was selling regular gas for $5.99 a gallon. This was no mistake , I went inside to confirm. Given the proximity to the trio of hotels and the outlet mall, this price gouging is aimed at tourists, especially international tourists. It is outrageous. The hotels would be doing their guests a favor by warning them. I will stay there again , the hotel is priced competitively, I'll fill up my truck elsewhere.

We had a great stay! Except, this women's children kept bullying my son. They were running a muck n she could careless with her snotty self! There really should be someone supervising the pool area.

the hotel was fine. It was clean and had what we needed. Check in was went well and the staff was friendly. They took my credit card for accidentals, which was expected. When we checked out they ended up charging my credit card for the room plus $20. Despite my having mentioned at check in and while checking out that the room had already been paid for... I still haven't been refunded and apparently only the accounting department can fix the charge, which won't happen until Monday....... Not a great experience but the room was okay.

THIS WAS A PERFECTLY GOOD HOTEL NEAR DISNEY WORLD. IT IS LOCATED NEAR ALOT OF SHOPPING AND FOOD
