I stayed in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo and was extremely disappointed with it. It was as if it was neglected. All the pictures on the walls were crooked, there were ants in the master bath, the fridge didn't work correctly, the toilet was constantly running, the garbage disposal didn't work, and there were no curtains in the entire condo. For the money, I expected better upkeep and better service.

Tons of hidden fees, no ieon, no phone, lamps without lightbulbs...just a seedy gloomy atmosphere.
Location very convenient for anything you need security there is a gate that no one can get in unless you have a code they give upon checking in I will come back to this place in the future and recommend to my friends

It's near a bunch of restaurants and is centralized and the community looks fairly new. What I didn't like about Vista Cay is the temperature of the condo it was warm and the AC wouldn't go down. If it wasn't for the fans I don't think I would've been able to get any sleep.
Great accommodations. Spacious and well equipped. Would definitely recommend and stay again.
This town home was beautiful and the location was a short distance from Disney, Airport, Universal Studios, Shopping, etc. I would definitely stay here again!

We were looking for a place to stay for 6 people and Vista Cay was one of the best options near International drive that accommodated our people, the photos looked beautiful, plus it had amazing customers reviews. I did my research to make sure it wasn't too good to be true, and wow. When we checked in, we were amazed. This place is beautiful!!!! It's very spacious, lots of amenities, that staff is very nice. This is the first place we will look next time when visiting Orlando. We absolutely loved it!!!
Everything was great. Will always stay here. Only issue is beds mattresses are hard as a rock but will not stop us from staying here.
Quick check-in with express check out was a huge plus. Clean facilities, location close to everything.
I booked this condo for a conference stay. I wouldn't call it a "hotel," as there is no cleaning staff that comes each day and soaps, coffee, etc. are not re-stocked each day. As a traveler who relied on uber, or taxis, to get around, it was a pain to go to the grocery store and bring back food necessities for my stay. I missed the amenities of a hotel, but this would be a good place to bring a family who wanted to cook meals in the condo. Plenty of room for many. The best part of my stay was the friendliness of the staff. The worst part of my stay was the fire ants I discovered in my clothes on the last day. I have a PhD in entomology and was in town for an international entomology meeting. The ants, specifically, red imported fire ants, were in the master bedroom and made their way through the carpet & to the bed. I dried all my clothes in the dryer (there's a positive! Washer & dryer in unit) to remove the ants from my clothing. Being an entomologist, I also took a sample of RIFAs from the lint trap. I had to switch sheets with the other bedroom to make it through my last night there. I can handle a few insects, but I'm positive future guests will not have as much tolerance. In conclusion, I will probably stay in a hotel next time.
