a lot of noise, too many people and it's low season !!

Everything was perfect. Would recommend. 3 minutes from Universal.

Staff, great. Security free parking. Beds are horrible. Cleanliness is not so good but for most stays here it’s all 4.0. This trip was great as always because of the staff but the room had hair in the shower and the bed needs to be replaced., slept in the PIt Of Doom! Hahahaha

Right next to the highway, construction right next door, dated hotel in need of a lot of upgrades.

Not only was this location great, room super clean, staff super nice, convenient shuttle to CityWalk (awesome) - we also enjoyed our bartender at happy hour and Shogun restaurant!

Todo muy bueno. La limpieza, la habitacion, la localidad del hotel es excelente.

I was stay in this hotel three time and the experience has great

I asked for an available room since we showed up earlier to check in and they were very rude and said that would not happen. I later asked a different girl and she was very nice and gave me one that was not at the main building but we were extremely tired and it would do. I asked about changing my room to the main building and they said I couldn’t do that anymore. I was demanding, but all the staff except for Viviana were rude.

My room was ready early (11am). Check-in was fast and easy. The hotel was close enough to walk to Universal and many food options. Room was quiet and clean.

This is the second year in a row we are staying at the Rosen Inn. I found it to be a great value. The staff is absolutely amazing. Alex checked us in and we really appreciated the good vibes and the helpful information he provided. The room was very clean and spacious. The location can't be beat and the price was reasonable. Would definitely choose this hotel next time we're going to Orlando

Great experience and would book it again. The room was kept clean, and the staff was very helpful and friendly during my stay there.

Stayed here before and loved the small but inviting, clean room with great beds, other furniture and in-room offerings. The shower was deplorable, however, and the door to hall not very sound-proof. With your own "white-noise" machine this can be mollified considerably. Great staff and location- close to the theme parks but also, via fast roads, to other key parts of Orlando, including the downtown area. Considering the rather pricey cost of the room, the hotel should offer a voucher system for a free breakfast at the restaurant on premises.

For the most part the hotel was great. Close to the parks, restaurants and shops. This location has two buildings. The tall building is the one shown in the pictures. Our room was in the smaller building so we were disappointed and felt a bit deceived. The wifi was very VERY slow and LTE in that area was even worse. The AC in our room was really loud and would barely work. However all in all it was a nice stay, staff was friendly and helpful. We would probably come back.

The staff were great and the hotel grounds very pretty. My only complaint is that the A/C doesn't have continous fan (to drown out the noise of people coming and going and having a great time). I wish that there was an option besides the breakfast buffet- I don't normally eat much in the morning but had to pay as much as everyone else just to get a little bit of eggs and some tea. Otherwise, a nice stay, I would stay again.

I wish i could stay here forever i definetly recommend this hotel has nice room amazing views has microwave and refrigerator the breakfast its good

I booked this hotel two days before leaving for Orlando. The set-up for the hotel is a bit awkward being that the lobby is in the back, there are two buildings, and there is a one-way parking lot. I was given a room in the second building which was smaller with "outdoor" rooms (the rooms led right to a shared balcony). I couldn't keep my curtains open for there were people walking by my room which meant I couldn't allow natural light making for a depressing room. At first I was disappointed by this but I suspect that they put adults in the second building to separate them from the families. The room was clean but dated. I was bothered by a mildew-like smell coming from the bathroom. I managed to lessen the odor with air circulation but it still lingered. Also, no one turned on the fan so the room was very stuffy at first. The customer service was very slow when I was checking out. I only stayed for two nights and would not stay at this hotel again. However, for people on a budget, it is fine to stay in.

We only stayed here one night, so we didn't spend a lot of time at the Rosen Inn. However, the front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were good for the price, if not a little dated. Everything met my expectations for the price point.

I liked that this hotel was affordable, and very clean, and right on international drive where you can find tons of restaurants and shops. It is also from walking distance to Universal studios, which I went to three times. But if you want a shuttle, the hotel provides a free one to Universal studiod. The breakfast buffet was also incredible and came out to about $10 if you purchased the orange juice. The food itself is about $8.00 and it includes everything you can imagine (pancakes, waffles, toast, oatmeal, eggs, bacon, tater tots, ham, fruit, etc.) . So you can definitely fill up! They also have a cute little gym with a few necessary machines and weights, if you want to get a little workout like me. The parking is also free there, which is great too, saves you money. Finally, they have a nice outdoor pool, convenience store, japanese restaurant, laundry mat, and arcade. Although I didnt use any of these last amenities, it is nice to know they are on the property. And if you need brochures about all the places you can visit in Orlando, besides the amusement parks, they also have tons and tons of brochures on those places, as well as coupons, so definitely browse through those. Overall, Im happy with my week stay there, which was during this Christmas 2016 holiday. I could definitely stay there in the future.

Excellent!! The staff very nice, room very clean, bravooooooo

We checked in on Tuesday December 13th of 2016 with no problems. All the staffs were very nice and courteous. I love the fact that lots of stores and restaurants were of walking distance. We took the shuttle everyday, free of charge, to and from universal studios with ease. I highly recommend this hotel especially if you're trying to budget!!
