This is the second year in a row we are staying at the Rosen Inn. I found it to be a great value. The staff is absolutely amazing. Alex checked us in and we really appreciated the good vibes and the helpful information he provided. The room was very clean and spacious. The location can't be beat and the price was reasonable. Would definitely choose this hotel next time we're going to Orlando

Great experience and would book it again. The room was kept clean, and the staff was very helpful and friendly during my stay there.

Stayed here before and loved the small but inviting, clean room with great beds, other furniture and in-room offerings. The shower was deplorable, however, and the door to hall not very sound-proof. With your own "white-noise" machine this can be mollified considerably. Great staff and location- close to the theme parks but also, via fast roads, to other key parts of Orlando, including the downtown area. Considering the rather pricey cost of the room, the hotel should offer a voucher system for a free breakfast at the restaurant on premises.

For the most part the hotel was great. Close to the parks, restaurants and shops. This location has two buildings. The tall building is the one shown in the pictures. Our room was in the smaller building so we were disappointed and felt a bit deceived. The wifi was very VERY slow and LTE in that area was even worse. The AC in our room was really loud and would barely work. However all in all it was a nice stay, staff was friendly and helpful. We would probably come back.

The staff were great and the hotel grounds very pretty. My only complaint is that the A/C doesn't have continous fan (to drown out the noise of people coming and going and having a great time). I wish that there was an option besides the breakfast buffet- I don't normally eat much in the morning but had to pay as much as everyone else just to get a little bit of eggs and some tea. Otherwise, a nice stay, I would stay again.

I wish i could stay here forever i definetly recommend this hotel has nice room amazing views has microwave and refrigerator the breakfast its good

I booked this hotel two days before leaving for Orlando. The set-up for the hotel is a bit awkward being that the lobby is in the back, there are two buildings, and there is a one-way parking lot. I was given a room in the second building which was smaller with "outdoor" rooms (the rooms led right to a shared balcony). I couldn't keep my curtains open for there were people walking by my room which meant I couldn't allow natural light making for a depressing room. At first I was disappointed by this but I suspect that they put adults in the second building to separate them from the families. The room was clean but dated. I was bothered by a mildew-like smell coming from the bathroom. I managed to lessen the odor with air circulation but it still lingered. Also, no one turned on the fan so the room was very stuffy at first. The customer service was very slow when I was checking out. I only stayed for two nights and would not stay at this hotel again. However, for people on a budget, it is fine to stay in.

We only stayed here one night, so we didn't spend a lot of time at the Rosen Inn. However, the front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were good for the price, if not a little dated. Everything met my expectations for the price point.

I liked that this hotel was affordable, and very clean, and right on international drive where you can find tons of restaurants and shops. It is also from walking distance to Universal studios, which I went to three times. But if you want a shuttle, the hotel provides a free one to Universal studiod. The breakfast buffet was also incredible and came out to about $10 if you purchased the orange juice. The food itself is about $8.00 and it includes everything you can imagine (pancakes, waffles, toast, oatmeal, eggs, bacon, tater tots, ham, fruit, etc.) . So you can definitely fill up! They also have a cute little gym with a few necessary machines and weights, if you want to get a little workout like me. The parking is also free there, which is great too, saves you money. Finally, they have a nice outdoor pool, convenience store, japanese restaurant, laundry mat, and arcade. Although I didnt use any of these last amenities, it is nice to know they are on the property. And if you need brochures about all the places you can visit in Orlando, besides the amusement parks, they also have tons and tons of brochures on those places, as well as coupons, so definitely browse through those. Overall, Im happy with my week stay there, which was during this Christmas 2016 holiday. I could definitely stay there in the future.

Excellent!! The staff very nice, room very clean, bravooooooo

We checked in on Tuesday December 13th of 2016 with no problems. All the staffs were very nice and courteous. I love the fact that lots of stores and restaurants were of walking distance. We took the shuttle everyday, free of charge, to and from universal studios with ease. I highly recommend this hotel especially if you're trying to budget!!

Location only a mile and a half from universal. The little store inside sells snacks and drinks. Awesome staff and you can't beat the price.

Was clean and quiet but very dated. A good deal for the location.

Bugs in the closet! Went cheap, regretted after check in smh

Check in process was easy and smooth, but once we got upstairs the carpets had a moldy smell. The beds in the room sunk in the middle. The service wasn't the best either we had to call several times on one same request. Rose Inn international down the road from this one is a lot better.

The location of this hotel was very convenient. Rooms recently remodeled so everything is very clean. They even provide a shuttle to nearby parks which helps if you want to save the parking fee. They have indoor buffet in the morning for a reasonable price. I'd stay again.

Night Supervisor (M) should take some Customer Service courses. He doesn't know how to talk to people, accusing hotel guests of been drunk and threatening on calling the cops. Yes, we were a group of around 15 people and we were loud. M told us to leave the lobby because he couldn't do the check ins' because of the noise not because another guest called on us. He was rude and disrespectful. To be clear his tone and aptitude were inappropriate in a place that is supposed to be part of the Happiest place on earth,

This is my first time ever writing a review. I have stayed at many different hotels in Orlando and this was the best one I've stayed at. Great quality with a great price. The hotel room was very clean, the staff was very friendly, we called the front desk to get an extra blanket and pillow and they came within 5 min. It's in a great location 5 min drive to Universal. I will definitely stay here every time I go to Orlando

It's an amazing staff that cares about your needs.

Transportation to and from the parks wasn't the best . Otherwise it was a great place to stay .
