The room set up was not convenient for a comfortable stay with a King bed inside the room. As soon as I got to the hotel I checked the sheets and there was two different types of hairs in the bed. So when I called the front desk to get the sheets changed, the cleaning crew had an attitude because I made them change the sheets in front of me. I later saw in the corner there was this huge bug and the last day before checking out I had to kill two spiders. The stay was terrible, I will never stay at Rosen Inn again nor will I recommend anyone to stay here.

Nice location walking distance to lots of places. Staff is super friendly. Great place for kids and dogs lots of grass area! Nice happy hour! Only bad thing is they only have full size beds. Nice pools except heater was not on so was cold.

Old property appears to be formerly motels like Red Roof Inn and rebranded with redecorate with evidence of red roof type structure

I booked through Orbitz, when I was checking in, I had to wait more then 30 min, because they couldn't find my name in the system and when I return home next day, I noticed they charged me another staying...unprofessional and totally disorganized. Now I have to call and waist lots of time to fix this...awful.

I was pleasantly surprised how nice this place was. It was safe and secure. Walking distance to many places. The staff was extremely friendly and I mean everyone that worked there. Only downfall is they only have double beds and it is hard to sleep in that when your use to a king size and no suites! The pool was heated, have laundry facilities which was 3 dollars for washer and dryer which I thought was expensive! Will go back again!

Looks like they bought two motels side-by-side and put a good bit of money into renovating them into a single "resort". The only thing that looks and feels like a resort is the lobby. I wouldn't fault them for that, though. The only thing I fault them for is damp rooms. It felt like I was sleeping in wet sheets.

Nice hotel within minutes of universal studios. The rooms were clean and the grounds were well taken care of. The pool was great. The only negative was that the air conditioning was not very cold and on a 95 degree day that can be uncomfortable. Overall it was a pleasant stay. I would recommend it if you are on a budget and looking for comfortable place to stay for a few nights.

Room seemed to be OK when we arrived, but in the morning while still dark I turned the bathroom lights on, saw a BUNCH of small roaches running around the bathroom floor. Also bed sheets had a menthol smell that was not very pleasant. Thank goodness we only stayed one night. While checking out let the hotel rep know about the roached incident, but she just told be that "it was very weird, and that she was sorry".

We had a very nice stay. The location was perfect. We were just a few miles from Universal Studios, wonderworks was down the road and so was Ripplies. Lego land is 45 min away but it's far from everything actually but worth the drive the kids loved it. Disney is about 15 min away. Hotel itself was good it's not a 5 star hotel but if you are looking for a nice Holiday Inn type hotel it's perfect. Buffet breakfast was good and kids under 12 eat for free with each paying adult that was a plus for a family of 4.

They charge you $9 for breakfast per adult. Kids is slightly cheaper. The rooms are ok. Housecleaning is prompt. Nice to have universal and Disney reps in the hotel. Free rides to all attractions and back. Can also print the ticketed fur these places for you right at the hotel. Bathroom felt cramped and in need of an upgrade.

The hotel staff was great! No complaints at all except they don't use fitted sheets on their beds and that was uncomfortable knowing we had to be aware of it slipping up and exposing the mattress cover and or mattress, but other than that we were pleased. Great for the price!

When I first pulled up I was a little skeptical. But once I checked in I felt more comfortable. The staff was great. The rooms were very clean. The property looked well maintenanced. This hotel offers a shuttle and is close to a strip with many restaurants in walking distance from hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel, off International drive in Orlando, Fl. Very close to Dennys, IHop, Perkins, McDonald's, CiCi's pizza, and a Walgreens. It was close & easy to get on / off Interstate 4. Best to have a car as shuttle service is limited.

The hotel room was spacious and comfortable. Free shuttle services to Universal Studio were provided.

The location is ideal for anyone who want's to be in the centre of everything. Every possible restaurant is within walking distance. Bars, clubs and shipping are all within walking distance from the hotel. The hotel has a breakfast buffet as well. The price is a bit heavy considering there better places who offer breakfast buffets for the same price within walking distance.

Will likely visit this property again. This was our second stay here.

I found a huge bug in the bathroom and it was alive. it tried to run but tripped and turned over on his back. i then got a cup and trapped it for the maid to get rid of. It was pretty scary.

Room was decent enough until I encountered several roaches.

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel and I didn't realize when I booked it through Orbitz it was the same one as I stayed before. The reason for the low rating on the room is it was obvious to me that the bathtub had not been cleaned as there was hair around the drain from previous guest(s). The breakfast is just okay not any better than the last stay. The hot food should be hot and not just lukewarm. I'm afraid to be too negative about the breakfast because last time when we did we received a reply back from the management saying, to the effect, there are plenty of other places in the area where we could have eaten. This I thought was quite rude and very unprofessional. Next time I have to be in the area I will definitely not book a room at this establishment.

The room was very comfortable but the access to the ice machine was far away could not get to the jacuzzi easy because it was at the other end of the hotel. Check in and out was really easy didn't have a problem at all there. The walls were awful and we could hear the children screaming at the pool which made it difficult to sleep. I did like the security it made you feel safe there. It was really located at a very nice area where it was easy to get to all the entertainment on International Boulevard.
