Wonderful place to relax and vacation. Would recommend to all age groups. Very close to airport.
the staff was great. they went above and beyond to take care of our needs. They even went out of their way to know our names. A great first class hotel! Jim W
the staff was great, everyone had smiles on their faces, the rooms were always clean, the food was great. The pool was fun for our grand children, the lazy river a lot of fun, and very safe. I would go their anytime we are visiting our grandchildren in Celebration Fl. Jim
The hotel is very nice and everyone was polite and helpful. We only had one negative experience with the restaurants. My family and I returned to the hotel late (730P), we planned on freshening up to have dinner. We went down at about 815p and the Kitchen restaurant was closed, so we walked over to Primo and they turned us away, so we walked over to Citron their doors were locked with people still in eating and no one was at the host counter. That was so frustrating and kids were hungry we had to walk over to the Ritz to have dinner.
Big hotel for massive guest Cheap furniture, cheap carpet, cheap breakfast,Cheap cheap cheap
This hotel was one of the best hotels I ever stayed at in my life and I've been to some pretty amazing ones. The hotel is very upscale, has amazing pools, and an amazing staff. The lady who checked us in, I believe her name was Krysta or Krytan, she was so sweet and welcomed me and my boyfriend with complimentary valet due to upgrading a room and suggested amazing restaurants nearby. The spa was amazing as well. We came for the theme parks but wanted to only stay at the hotel. We will definitely be coming back here next time we come to Orlando. The room is very clean and makes your money spent worth it! You can't go wrong with this hotel..we just came back and I am having withdrawals!
Was great as always has become my wife and mine fav hotels with its pool to it rooms always a treat
Everything is excellent except when the hotel asking me $50.00 to use the SPA, that is ridiculous for this type of hotel and for the money we are paying for a resort hotel charging for Stem room and Sauna room is not right and I am not happy about it. The SPA facility should come free of charge for all hotel guests.
Loved my summer 2015 stay here! Clean, staff was amazing, and we had fun!
Hotel is located in the middle of everything.. Need a car .. Hotel was very clean ..unfortunately the staff wasn't too helpful.. There is a $30 fee which they charge weather or not u use the facilities in the hotel for eg: golf course .. We landed there 1.am Wednesday morning and got charged for the facilities for Tuesday too.. Spend over half hour on the front desk for them to refund the money.. Staff was very rude.. Like u were steeling from them.. pool bar is very expensive ..
Hotel was wonderful, staff excellent. Room was amazing and so was the view. Really loved the lazy river w/fireworks because of Memorial Day!
Responsive and well attended, centralized and easy to get to. Very helpful concierge
Great place to stay!! Convenient location. Gorgeous grounds. Pool/ Lazy River is awesome, especially for the kids. Staff friendly and courteous. Room was very nice. Only drawback was the price of the food in the restaurants and the limited selections for kids.
Beautiful hotel and fantastic staff. Great place for the hubby and I to relax for a couple of days!
travel for only a weekend for the theme parks. The resort is huge but not very new. Staff is nice, and the gardens around the nice is very beautiful. Closed to disneyland and universal studio, very convenient. parking is not cheap either. don't remember how much exactly, but around $ 30
Beautiful resort. Golf was a bit pricy considering there is a lot of beautiful golf courses in the area.
Great stay. Clean rooms. Beautiful view. Couldn't ask for more
I have stayed there a couple of times and always enjoy my stay. The rooms are clean and the pool is great. The food is pretty good too.
We gave 5 star to JW Marriott for its 5 star service and experience. Lazy river is perfect for kids and 2 jacuzzi are clean. We loved it and will definitely go back there next visit in Orlando.
The front desk help is extraordinary! Very accommodating and attentive to your needs. Also included complimentary valet parking.
