Great resort with beautiful pool and lazy river. Grounds were gorgeous and staff was awesome! Definitely would come back and recommend!
The front desk clerk that checked me in was extremely rude and sarcastic because I booked on orbitz. Beware they hate when we book with a third party and make it extremely hard upon checking in. To pay high price for such a hotel and receive horrible check in is preposterous no matter where I book.

I absolutely loved how amazing housekeeping was. They made sure our room was refreshed everyday. Everything was close to the hotel. The only thing I did not like was the front desk. Whenever I called to ask a question they seemed to be annoyed or frustrated.

Some of the tiles on the bathroom where broken, the door handles where faded out. The mattress had a huge stain. Not what I was expecting at all.
Construction directly below our room. Why would you even consider assigning the room to anyone? Roach in bathroom. Majority of staff didnt know how to say thank you.
A/c in the room was awful, very humid, never cooled down. I was told I would get daily cleaning and for three nights nobody showed up, I didn’t bother calling as I tried not to be in my room most of the time.
Great stay! Beautiful property. Only. Imposing is there were long brown hair in the bathtub. My son and I are blonde.
Grounds were large, amazing, and clean. Not many restaurant options in the hotels. The ones that were there were overpriced and didn't provide much for a menu
