This is our 3rd stay here. The best feature of the room is, the kitchen it comes equipped with everything you'll need. The laundry. A/C. The rooms need updating. Beds are comfy. Living area needs new furniture. Pool area with boat is the best part. Kids absolutely love it. Not deep. But there wasn't enough staff to keep the line moving or opened for the slide.

It was an ok stay. They accommodate well but you have to push for it. They are dealing with a recent flood and because the hotel is carpet both hallways and rooms they have a funky moldy smell to it and its a bit uncomfortable. The pool may not have sufficient cleaning agents because my kids got very sick from being in it. Rooms are clean but definitely need an upgrade, feels like hotel from the 1970s but still comfortable making it an ok stay.

Stayed here from Aug 13-17th, with family. Excellent place very clean and convenient close to all shopping locations. Pool is amazing and a huge attraction for all ages. Have stayed in many resorts in Orlando and around the world. Def would recommend. Only negative about this place are the rooms don’t have dark drapes, besides that it’s amazing!!!

A great hotel for families

We enjoyed our stay, the hotel was clean and the staff were super friendly. However, our room was very tired and would benefit from being redecorated. The WiFi was terrible in our room.. not a huge issue for most but if like me you need good internet access for work commitments then you will struggle to get online. The AC was awesome. The pool was a great area, with the pirate ship and a pool side bar. The hotel has some nice little touches like free coffee in the lobby in the morning, a DJ at the pool some days and sweet snacks some afternoons along with some other activities. There was free transport to and from Disney, universal and seaworld which saves quite a bit of money The hotel doesn’t do housekeeping unless you pay and additional fee which I must have missed this info when we booked, however it didn’t bother us too much but we kind of like not having to make beds on our holiday.
