So we had a good vacation, and the room was spacious, however, there were roaches. I told the front desk and they said oh my gosh, we will clean it, but didn’t offer to move me. We did have a good vacation, but I was a little worried when I went to sleep that roaches would get in my stuff

Front desk staff are wonderful, big thanks to Luis. Our room was spacious, but did looked dated, beds certainly have seen its days and need to change, after two nights spoke with Luis and noted the discomfort my family and I experienced. Its not like us to complained, but Luis never made feel anyway in telling him and welcome the feed back. They changed our room right then to one that was updated, that along spoke volumes of how well the team go above and beyond for the guests to ensure they comfortable. The family did enjoy the pool but it was cold this is probably due to the constant rain, overall they had loads of fun. I had free parking which is always a bonus and we enjoyed walking over to the shopping plaza and grabbing Pizza - a plus after long day of shopping and too titrds to go back on the road. Overall we enjoyed the place and will definitely consider staying whenever we're back in Orlando.

The first room we got was so extremely outdated. The living room furniture was gross. One of the beds in the guest bedroom that had 2 full beds was so caved in in the middle that my children couldn’t move comfortably. The shower floor in the primary bedroom felt like it was going to cave in. It smelled like wet wood. The manager moved us to another room and I paid extra to have a 3 bedroom instead of 2 bedrooms. The next room was better, but not by much. The living room furniture was still gross and old. The primary bedroom had sheets and a very thin “comforter” (if that’s what you’d call it). We had a king bed and the comforter didn’t even cover the whole top, so my husband and I were both crammed together to be fully covered. When we got in the 2nd room, the fridge wasn’t on, so we had to leave all of the groceries we bought in the other room and set an alarm in the middle of the night to take everything to the new room so the fridge had time to cool down. Then, we went to the pool on Friday and they had recently painted the area around the pool. I was sitting on the edge for a period of time, and when I got up, there was paint all over my swimsuit, my hands, and all over my daughters swimsuit as well. You could not pay me to stay here again.
