Very nice staff. The external property was beautiful and well kept. Great salon and relaxation pool. Our room had extremely dated furniture, so dated that it should have been removed - beat up dining chairs. Also , our room did not look like it had been vacuumed . Found two items on the floor when we arrived. A toy and a coffee cup with a tea bag under an end table. I called housekeeping and they quickly remedied it.

The resort was everything we expected. It had all the amenities we were looking for. Super convenient location. The place was clean. Few minor hardware issues. Lock on the sliding door was lose. Toilet paper holder wasn't secure in the wall and a towel holder not secured. Nothing serious. It was quiet and didn't feel overwhelming with people. The pirate pool was great for the kids. Hot tubs were an added bonus for the adults. Loved the food options close. Would definitely stay again.

The room was not clean. The sheets were stained and dirty. We arrived late and just slept on top of the bed. The next morning when we called to explain on the bed, they said they did not have anyone to change the bedding. They did send someone up with new sheets, but when I went to take them out of the plastic bag they were in, they were all damp. We went to make the bed and discovered the mattress pad was dirty and the mattress below was all stained. It was very hard to sleep going forward thinking about the stains underneath us. The bed was so uncomfortable. The bathroom sinks were clogged. We reported it but no one ever came to assist. The toilets continued to clog. There was hair all over the master bathroom shower. The couch mattess was very thin, my son could not even use it and slept on the sofa without the bed pulled out. The room was very humid. We were very dissapointed with our stay. I did take photos of everything.

Everything went well during our stay. There wasn’t enough luggage carts available to use (had to take 2 trips). There was black mold in the shower i had. Some of the kitchen equipment was dirty.

Room was clean, great amenities, plenty of room, and easy to check in/out. Pool is heated with 3 hot tubs. Only concern was the front door...didn't have a security lock and it seemed like if pushed really hard, it would open.

The staff I met were very helpful and polite. The hotel grounds and pool are very well kept. I am a frequent traveller to Orlando and I have stayed at this resort a few years ago a few times . Sadly the rooms are in poor condition the carpets are very worn and stained and the furniture is very worn and not in great condition. The fans in the bathroom and toilet were extremely loud and screeched . This resort used to have great rooms but sadly they really need an upgrade and for the nightly room rate charged this is well below standard and it is a shame as the main lobby is lovely and the staff are very nice .
