Insects 🐜

We stayed in Orlando, Lake Buena Vista, and unfortunately the experience fell short of expectations. The room itself was quite tired and in need of attention. The toilet didn’t flush properly, which was frustrating, and the plug in the basin didn’t work, making it awkward to use. The most concerning issue, however, happened in the on-site arcade. My daughter played on one of the grabber machines that dispensed sweets. When she went to take the sweets from the chute, it was absolutely infested with insects. This was grim, unhygienic, and not something you expect to encounter on holiday. Given the condition of the room and the hygiene issue in the arcade, this stay was disappointing and I wouldn’t return.

The staff was good and the cleaning people were the best thing about this place everyday coming back from the parks walked in to new sheets new towels and no trash but that was the only good things that this place had the hotel looked ghetto and there were cockroaches in the room and they charged 20$ for parking per day as well
