Hotel was nice and clean. Staff cleaned the room every other day but didn’t always leave enough towels. Breakfast was okay and standard hotel food. We didn’t use the pool or other amenities. Location was great to access all Disney properties.

Beautifully decorated, beds confortable and place clean. Breakfast was excellent. We were vey dissapointed to learn at check in that parking fee was at a high rate of $20 per night. This information was not anywhere in the booking site, which makes the advertising misleading as it does not allow the customer to make an informed decision in advance. They should be transparent on the booking site 🙄 😒

The complementary breakfast wasn’t that great personally. The selection is fine but the actual taste of the eggs, scrambled sausage and the seasoned potato’s were not good at all. But that’s just me and my taste buds. The room smelled a bit strange but was overall clean and the beds were decent, pillows sucked though, flat as a piece of paper and no support. The location was good. Fairly close to universal and neighbors to SeaWorld. I loved how there was plenty of food options really close by as well as a cvs. $20 a day for parking is honestly outrageous. If you have paying guests, they have no other choice but to park there. Least they can do is take that extra money for a better breakfast, and idk shampoo the carpets?

The location of this hotel was definitely the best part, it is close to all the theme parks and there are plenty of restaurant options available nearby. The room was really clean and comfortable. The only complain that we have is that the lady that received us when we were checking in was not friendly at all, actually very snobbish, but it didn't really affect our overall experience.
