Hotel has great location but our room was gross . The toilet didn’t work and the bed sheets had urine and blood stains on them. I showed them to the clerk and she said she would Comp a night off . Horrible expensive breakfast $18 per person definitely wasnt worth a penny . Wouldn’t go back .

The Hotel Staff were very charming and friendly. The food at Breakfast was very tasty. The rooms were average. The Elevator needs to be worked on because it makes a loud banging noise when you are using it, sounds spooky.

This hotel does not have working laundry facilities. They’re closed and was told by staff go to another hotel. Terrible! If you care about your guest please get them fixed asap. This is crucial and they should be working and available at all times because it’s as important as running water!

Hot tub heavenly right next to the swimming pool. Pool beautiful and clean. I enjoyed the pool even though the water was probably 55 degrees. I had a polar swim at night and loved it. ( December 21-22) Close to a Target, and not a bad drive to the airport. It looks like Sea World is across the street and there’s a shuttle.

Room was good although some bits required attention like a dripping faucet, a loosely closed drawer. The lifts were a bit old and the buttons didn't light up alll the time. Breakfast was good but nothing great. The hot food was a bit unhealthy like sausages were extremely salty, other ones were a bit mediocre quality Parking isn't free either. Location is excellent for sea world, aquatica, KSC day trips. Even for paid breakfasts, it was a bit tricky to fill out the slips were provided to fill up Room number and also gratuity each time. That needs to go for already paid breakfast guests.
