Beds were to hard, pillows were to soft and basically felt like our heads just went right through the pillows. Our first rooms shower was broken and the tub filled as water came out of the faucet and shower head at the same time. Water smelled weird and we had to ask to change rooms.

Perfecto hotel para corta estadía, todo limpio, todo el personal del hotel con magnífica atención, buen desayuno y atención divina por parte de Juan..el señor que estuvo atendiendo en las mañanas del 23/24/25 de septiembre en el desayuno, yo recomendaría ese hotel 💯, muy conveniente con gasolina al cruzar la calle y muy cerca de los parques.

The property was close to the park . But no room service . Not good . & I get this is Orlando . But people working the front desk . Needs to learn English better . They were nice . The hotel was clean but the shuttle to SeaWorld and aquatica is very limited. The last shuttle out is at 11:20 and the first shuttle back isn’t until 4:20. Makes it hard with preschoolers who need to go back to the hotel to nap midday. The pool area was lacking service. There were no towels and the restaurant and pool bar were closed on a Saturday night. The breakfast buffet was not worth $15. I booked the hotel with the convenience of having a shuttle to the parks and to be able to have dinner on site.
