Room was good although some bits required attention like a dripping faucet, a loosely closed drawer. The lifts were a bit old and the buttons didn't light up alll the time. Breakfast was good but nothing great. The hot food was a bit unhealthy like sausages were extremely salty, other ones were a bit mediocre quality Parking isn't free either. Location is excellent for sea world, aquatica, KSC day trips. Even for paid breakfasts, it was a bit tricky to fill out the slips were provided to fill up Room number and also gratuity each time. That needs to go for already paid breakfast guests.

The bathtub filled with water during each shower - by the end of each shower we were standing in water above our ankles. The staff seemed apathetic when we gently explained the issue at checkout. We also experienced challenges with breakfast - the eggs were generally watery and inedible and the pancakes tasted like onions. The beds were reliably comfortable and the room was clean. A general point of concern for all hotels of this type is the switch to Keurig-type machines: without tea pods, these hegemonically favour coffee drinkers. Please include tea pods and real milk or switch back to an option that enables making hot water and provide tea bags and milk.

No hot water for bathing. No fresh towels for the second night, even though we did not tag the door. Front Desk clerk was not welcoming and did not offer any info about our stay. Breakfast was overpriced at $18 and food was limited and cold. Glad we received a discounted price from Expedia-full price would have been upsetting.
