Friendly staff. Rooms where very clean and spacious. Coffee machine, fridge and microwave in the kitchenette, but no cutlery. Breakfast items where limited, hotel was very busy over the Christmas period and was difficult to get a seat, especially when breakfast stopped at 9:30am, maybe if hours where extended, that wouldn't happen. For some reason the man cleaning the floors decided breakfast time was the best time to do this. One lift would be out of action, leads across the floor while he dried the floors. Why not wait until after the breakfast rush or earlier in the morning? You pay for parking, however free carpark in the next parking lot infront of the hotel. Swimming pool was clean, towels provided.

Room was good. Staff was good. Service quick. You get what you paid for. Breakfast wasn’t wow so I went to get breakfast elsewhere. There was garbage outside the can right in front of the elevator and temperature of the room could’ve been cooler when we walked in. Shower was clean. Shampoo, conditioner and gel body wash was provided which helped. Will stay again for a quick stay

The staff was nice. The bathroom was extremely small and the breakfast was HORRIBLE! I wish I would’ve known how terrible the breakfast was before prepaying for it. Paid for 4 days of breakfast and only ate it once while there. Definitely need to step it up if charging extra for it

This isn’t my first time staying here, and once again, it was a great experience overall. My main concern, however, is the parking situation. After paying thousands of dollars for a five-night stay, why should I have to pay an additional $20 per night for parking? This feels excessive. As an international traveler, it’s unrealistic to rely on walking or ride-sharing for the entire trip. I can understand a fee for a second vehicle, but charging that amount for one car at a place I’m calling home for several days feels unnecessary. What is this, an amusement park? Another point to note is the breakfast. While it was delicious, the lack of variety made it repetitive and stalling. Some rotation in the menu would greatly improve the experience. If I book again, I would likely skip adding breakfast for this reason. That said, my stay was still very enjoyable. The staff were warm and welcoming; especially Azaria, who truly stood out. She was accommodating, personable, and an absolute gem.
