The staff and manager were nice and welcoming. The issue was with the room itself. Bedroom had mold and a weird smell. Toilet would get clogged constantly. So that part was really concerning and the place felt kinda humid as well.

The restaurant had awesome wings and pizza. Bar man was kind. Breakfast was great and we were in a hurry so the chef made our food super fast! The room could have used a Better cleaning job but it wasn’t bad. Shower had mold in the bathroom ceiling. Next to busy road but couldn’t hear the cars.

There was sort of a smell in our room that we couldn’t figure out what it was. I sprayed my body spray in the room and that helped a bit. The worst was as we were picking up our cell phone cords from the nightstand we saw a few bugs crawling on the glass table. I took a video for reference. Very disappointed!

Tamika introduced herself as an awesome front desk manager from the minute i walkedbinto the building, she was attentive to my concerns that some guest will lie about a hotel making it seem better or worst then it truly is by there poor values or overly higher then expected values. We did not have breakfast so i did not comment on it. But the room was clean, restroom was clean, the hotel entrance was clean, it looked just like the photo on the site. We were delighted to stay and will come again when we visit Orlando. They (the managers will text you AND they reply back, awesome. They need to midrange spin type bikes in the weight room. But this place was centrally located and clean.
