The room is clean, staffs are friendly. We stayed around Christmas and the kids enjoyed the heat pool until midnight. Definitely recommend.
The options to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner were excellent! Everyone was very friendly! Fantastic staff!!!!

Close to Convention Center with a convenient walkway. Didn't like the process through Orbitz - very disappointed in the issues I had in registering and trying to change my reservation - Orbitz customer service was the worst experience I had ever had with Orbitz in all my years of membership. I will second think using Orbitz in the future and may just go direct to the hotels.
Cook at night was so rude we order pizza he was telling us to hurry and order.
