The Ritz-Carlton is family friendly resort. Easy access to restaurants, games, pool, outdoor activities such as canoeing and biking. The staff was very friendly at all times. The beds/pillows aren't the most comfortable our mattress kind of curled up and pillows were super flat but that's and the cleaning times ranged widely (9:30am one day and 4:00pm the next).

Most workers were very friendly. Pool was beautiful. The chairs were horribly chipped up and need to be thrown away. Not Ritz quality! Pool waiter was inadequate and slow. Towels: Others were escorted to their chairs with towels and made comfortable. Our attendant threw a couple towels down at the pickup desk and started helping someone else. (why??) Bar: Some bartenders great, others poor. Ordered an old fashioned and walked it back to be remade 3 times (waiter not around, then didn't assist). They forgot fruit, then added dried fruit (why?), then wrong bourbon. Finally ordered a beer. Not even 1 "I'm sorry". Embarrassing to my guests that I also convinced to stay at the hotel. Normans: Food was wonderful. Waiter was smug which brought down the experience. Housekeeping. Pretty nice people. Didn't replenish the amenities like shampoo. Really? Room service: Called 3 times to bring more Ginger Ale. Each person had no record of the request. Arrived 1 hr. 15 min. later. $40 valet? $40 resort fee? Get real. Management should address these missteps with me.

Great property, nice staff, my only issue is they upcharge for everything...internet, usage fees and very expensive drink prices, it seems like everything had a fee.....pool usage etc....my issue is, just charge me the room rate and move on. I like the 4 seasons for that reason.

I loved it. Great night. Great staff and a wonderful experience overall.

Upon my arrival and checking in, the hotel front desk did not have the package I selected and paid for prior to my arrival (i.e prepaid valet, $25 resort credit, 2 free breakfast) and 1 King bed with pull out sofa. After 15 minutes of back and forth and showing proof of package, they advised me that this was a system glitch. Needless to say, no King Bed and upon check out there was no credit for valet and $25 resort credit. I called to follow up the next day and I am still waiting to hear back and see a revised folio. Did I mention, the barking dogs next to my room! Would have been nice if I was told that there are pets next to my room. All in all, I have had better experiences at lesser known brand hotels.

We ended up changing hotels at the last minute as our other room wasn’t up to par. The staff was amazing from the front desk to the guys at Norman’s to the gals at the interior lobby bar and the staff downstairs. The ground were absolutely gorgeous and our kids had a great time. We will definitely be back!

Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel itself is beautiful in an excellent location somewhat removed from all the traffic of the parks.

My sister and I loved the hotel. Everything was as advertised or better.
