I had such a great stay at Orlando Palms Hotel! Honestly, I wasn’t quite sure what to expect when I booked, but I was so pleasantly surprised. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. The real highlight of my trip was Eli. He was absolutely incredible, so caring, helpful, and genuinely kind. He went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. He answered all of my questions, shared great recommendations, and always did it with a warm, positive attitude. You can tell he truly cares about making guests feel at home. Great coffee too and other breakfast items available which was nice.

Check in was fine. Proximity to an already sold out hotel for a conference I was to attend is the only thing going for this place. Many issues with my first room, and the morning desk attendant was not wanting to accommodate a room change. Caution.. AC unit in the first room was obnoxiously loud when frequently kicking back on through the night causing loss of sleep. No hot water in the shower next morning, no washcloths(either room), or hair dryer, in the first room. There is a mini fridge, but no microwave or coffee maker. And there are no vending machines, so make sure you carry in any beverage you may want. Lobby looks nice which is very deceptive for what you get once you venture down the hall. Carpet all over was tattered and old. Part of upstairs hallway has bad odor. Hotel needs lots of work.

The check-in staff was very friendly and welcoming. Our room had a very light bleachy smell, which made us feel as though the room was cleaned well before we arrived. Our stay was excellent, with no problems.

The drawers were falling out in the entertainment center the fridge was missing a leg and if you tried to open the door it tried to fall out of the cannet.i was over charged for my room from Expedia and staff couldn’t do anything about it . The room looked nothing like the web site. I would not recommend this place to any of my friends and I will never stay there again.

I booked two rooms and both room no hot water, they knew about it and still booked the rooms like this. They did move us to a different section of the hotel but don’t know if this was the right move. One of the new rooms they haves us have bed bugs. The staff was polite but the manger wasn’t but later change her attitude. We will never stay here. They need a lot to fix. From rooms to outside the building.

The one ice machine was out so I had to walk all the way to the other side of the building. Big issue for me ( I don’t walk very well anymore) Also room was nice except for no microwave. Staff was nice. Mostly good value.

The room didn't has warm water, I asked for assistance in the lobby, but, the maintenance person didn't show up, I return to the lobby, stayed there for 2 hours and also didn't work, we ended taking cold showers, the Wifi connection is very poor and slow after 6 pm, the furniture in the room are old, the lobby is great modern the attention was great, only the maintenance guy that never showed up, I can that there were not attention at all. Location, parking and cleaning in general are good to great
