Worth the $60 per night. Might be nicer when renovations are done.

Very clean, bright, neat, and refreshing for the price. WILL remember this place the next time I am in Orlando

The staff is really nice, but the area is awful. If you try to walk to the McDonald’s or the Wawa between 9pm-5am you will definitely see a prostitute or ten. It’s a scary area in general. Homeless people wandering around and whatnot.

Loved the room and the helpful and polite staff

I was basically racially profiled and forced to help translate for this elderly woman. She had a translating app and I didn’t help because I was exhausted and let everyone know but the night auditor basically forced me to translate when I told her I didn’t want to and I was stuck helping this lady for like 10min while she chit chatted with her male friend all because it would make the experience more “personalized with human translation” I was even more annoyed because the elderly woman didn’t seem to even understand spanish either because I explained over and over again how to get to bus and she didn’t listen so that made me more annoyed because why are you asking if i’m tellinf you where to go when I’m not even from florida and don’t even know where Fort Lauderdale is.. they forced me to translate because that was no where near my job after telling them in the first place i was tired and my 3yo son was sleeping on couch i was just trying to go to bed so that made my experience beyond horrible.

The room I stayed in smelled like cigarettes. The tall guy that worked the front desk was rude and someone from the staff kept going into my room for whatever reason and going through my things. The night before I left there was a fire alarm at 3:30 in the morning! There were signs that smoking was not allowed and there were literally people at the entrance doors smoking cigarettes.

Do not go to this hotel none of the security doors lock, latches in the rooms are broken, prostitutes are all over the area and property, got to this hotel And within a hour left the property never to return to a hotel on obt trail in Orlando area

I am a night nurse and I booked for 2 nights. I called at 1535 on the day I was supposed to check in and told that I would not be in until 8am the next morning. My reservation was still cancelled and I had to wait almost 2 hours for my reservation to be reinstated.

Very clean and updated

It's a budget hotel for a reason. Finding a trash/ice bag over the smoke detector was not ideal.

Doesn't look like the pictures, shower water pressure not good and not warm. Hair dryer broken. Beds too high.

The lobby was clean

The property is conveniently located next to 528 for access to every attraction airport. Plenty of close food choices. The hotel seems to be transitioning to new owner and branding and are continuously trying to improve. I was there for business and all my needs were met.

Hotel has potential if management is done right. Upon arrival we had to wait in line to check in for approximately 2.5 hours. Only 1 person working the front desk, no other staff in sight except a security guard. Once I was able to check in, I was told that the room might be dirty because housekeeping could not get to all rooms and they left for the day. Once I got the room it was clean, but had no towels. I asked for towels and got some damp towels. I asked for different towels and a staff member brought me to the laundry room to show that was all they had. Housekeeping was not able to dry off all the towels. Luckily I only stayed one night, but this whole thing was a joke. Hotel management should definitely get their act together.

Worst hotel with no proper cleaning
