I was checked in by a terrific staff member who was thorough and efficient. He was not flustered by the long line of people waiting to check in and he made check in and out seamless. He was polite and patient. My room was comfortable, but my bathroom was rather battered with broken and damaged fixtures. The shower was not clean with soap scum and hair from the previous guest remaining. A microwave in the room would have been helpful. The beds were clean and comfortable. The hallways and rooms had a pervasive marijuana odor. When I left in the morning there was a raccoon going through the overflowing trash by the door which startled me.

Great beds! Poor 4.99 $ optional breakfast, only 1/2 of advertised items were available and you had to search for the employee to get paper plates/bowls, no plastic knives no eggs any of any type, oatmeal bowl not available so u got to use a 2oz bowl!! No milk, unless they had some outside the room at a coffee bar.. Room: They do not automatically refresh your rooms as to make up bed, replace towels or empty trash!! Had to ask for service, day two we swapped out towels at from desk!, day three we asked four different times for room to be done and four times the request was put into computer for housekeeping!!! NEVER got done!! Had to get towels from front desk finally and put wet ones along with trash out in the hallway!! Manager was sitting behind wall in reception on day three and heard/saw the requests to do the rooms as clerk kept putting request in, but guessing manager decided to ignore it!!

This hotel was so awful. I almost got sick from the awful smell. It took so long to check in and even though I booked two rooms under my name, they couldn’t even get us on the same floor. It was so old and disgusting, I would never stay again.

The location of this hotel wasn't too bad. It was close to the Florida Mall within walking distance. Her name was Baby and she made the stay as pleasant as she could. Every evening we came back we were always hoping to see her just to say hi. She was a great employee treated us really good during our stay also adding in a little comedy and being very personable. She would be the type of employee any business would be lucky to have. Although we won't probably ever see you again Baby your Canadians are gonna miss you. Thank you so much for all the hospitality and great laughs!!!

The carpet of the room was dirty, the air condicionair was malfunctioning and the frigobar was broken. But, must of all, the back door wich gives access to our room was 24/7 open, with zero security.

Shower stall rod uneven caused water to go on floor rod needs adjusting even not one end higher that made the rings slide away from faucet causing flooding on floor. Also no wash cloths and toilet was running g all night.
