We stay at the Avanti a few times a year. It is close to attractions and food.

Wasn’t bad, but was not dazzled and there is no way this is a 4 star hotel. Room was modern, bathroom was not, shower was so low that I had to crouch down to wash my hair, I’m only 5ft 10!! Our room overlooked the pool and could hear the music until late, all the rooms have outside access, so more of a motel feel. The lobby is far away so be prepared to walk outside. Coffee bar in lobby was not open at all. Would probably not stay there again

The beds in the rooms are the worest, they make to much noise and not comfortable. Also I stayed on the second floor. We heard the people on top of us walking and dog running ALL NIGHT LONG. I would never stay here again if the rooms were free

Definitely not a 4 star hotel as noted on Expedia. Rooms have very thin walls. Noisy neighbors. Long line to check in. Air conditioner in the room was falling apart. Towel bar in bathroom fell down. Not the best of experiences but manageable.
