Rooms were clean and good beds. Pool was very nice environment for families. We are Disney pass holders and decided to stay here for the weekend last minute. I was very satisfied with the location and the staff. Nicole was awesome at check in… she deserves a raise and a promotion!!!

They advertised coffee at 7am but at 7am they said it will take us 30 minutes to get it set up. At 7:32 still not even working on getting it set up but the real issue was my husband being in a wheelchair and on the 2nd floor and the elevator didn't work when we were leaving. They said "someone would be out to fix it sometime today. I did ask for a more handicap accessible room at check in. Thankfully my husband had crutches as well and had to hop down the two sets of stairs as he is non weight bearing on one leg for six weeks. We didn't ask for much, just what was advertised. Coffee and a working elevator would have been nice. Also the sink was completely plugged and we could not get the drain out.

AC didn’t work, the floors were dirty! My overall problem was bed bugs, my legs are bitten up from the infestation and my neck. My roommate said someone was knocking on our door last night and kept knocking so he call Orlando police department. This place was not a great experience.
This started the first night and I’ve been scratching nonstop
