They are always clean, and new upgrades each year. It's the only place I want to stay in Orlando. Best part is the courtyard facing pool on three sides, very scenic, very peaceful, great views, low key, free parking, BEST location on I-Drive, Do I need to keep going? OK Their pool is surounded by sand and they have a Tiki BAR, done

They need more staff. Never had an towels at pool side had to ask multiple times and still never received them. This happened multiple days. Bar staff said it wasn't their job to follow up on towels. Had to wait at the bar long periods of time to get served. Waited almost 30 minutes one day to get a cup of coffee from the bar and I note it was NOT busy. Only had one person in front of me.

It's a two star resort trying to be a four star resort. Curtains in the room would be very beneficial to block the light. Put a door in the shower so i don't have to worry abort slipping on the floor. Add a bigger rack so i can put more than just the soap. The mattress was very very uncomfortable

I contacted the front desk on the first day in person since the Tv and phone was not working/turning on; this was never resolved during the entire stay. When I walked into my room, the floor has dirty stains (left my socks extremely dirty after walking from one of the room to their other once) as well as the desk having wet sticky spots on it. I’m disappointed with the stay sine this was the 3rd time I’ve booked with this resort. The bar and cafe staff were amazing, as well as the drinks and food made.

Very disappointed paid resort fees of 118.00,but for what. Per stated room and sheets would be changed every 4th day to new sheets, but werent during our 8 nights. The smoke alarm was hanging by wires. Told the person on duty,but was never fixed. The staff was friendly, but when asked about shuttle for Disney world was told they only do Universal studios. The heat didn't work first night,but was fixed the following day. Very noisy on 4th floor at end. Housekeeper tried coming in on last day at 900am.
