Rooms were clean and good beds. Pool was very nice environment for families. We are Disney pass holders and decided to stay here for the weekend last minute. I was very satisfied with the location and the staff. Nicole was awesome at check in… she deserves a raise and a promotion!!!

They advertised coffee at 7am but at 7am they said it will take us 30 minutes to get it set up. At 7:32 still not even working on getting it set up but the real issue was my husband being in a wheelchair and on the 2nd floor and the elevator didn't work when we were leaving. They said "someone would be out to fix it sometime today. I did ask for a more handicap accessible room at check in. Thankfully my husband had crutches as well and had to hop down the two sets of stairs as he is non weight bearing on one leg for six weeks. We didn't ask for much, just what was advertised. Coffee and a working elevator would have been nice. Also the sink was completely plugged and we could not get the drain out.

The location and price of the hotel is great. there was mold in the bathroom and we noticed they had painted over the mold to hide it. Our door was stuck and we had to use force to open it every time which sucked. the hidden "resort" fees at check in were a bit steep for it being in such need of a revamp, but you get what you pay for .... including those resort fees. Will stay again if the price is right when I go down there.

Llegue a mi habitación con el baño sucio sin teléfono duramos más de tres horas en que pidiera asistir alguien arreglarlo no podíamos usar toallas estaban mojadas después de este tiempo nos hicieron traslado de habiatacion donde el drenaje del lavamanos estaba tapado el bote de basura sin vaciar al siguiente día tuvimos que buscar a las personas de limpieza para obetener jabón y toallas limpias por que desde la mañana se solicitaron y jamás llegaron este es el segundo año que visitó el hotel lleve tres familias más a hospedar por competencias estatales de natación pero esta vez mi experiencia fue pésima

Not at all what it looks like from their pictures on this site. Black mold in the bathroom, dated and unkept. Only refresh rooms every 4 days and you have to give them 24 hours notice to even get fresh towels. Absolutely Terrible experience. Will not stay here again.

Staff was very accommodating at the front desk, my friend was in the room next to me so that made things easier for us all around. The room it self could use some improvements, our phone was broken so we felt I’d room service was needed we would have to go to the main lobby, also room service never stopped by at all for towels and the rack for which the towels are placed was coming off the wall, literally came down once on us. The rooms give Motel vibes.

The bathroom was very small and not the cleanest. It was like they cleaned behind the door with a dirty rag. Our tub was spongy feeling when showering like they tried to refinish it but water is under the paint. You could see that they cut corners by painting over the hinges instead of replacing them during renovation. There was major gapping under the door too. The room itself was fine beds were hard for my liking. Staff were pleasant but not a lot of interaction. Everything was tolerable for 3 night stay. We did not use the pool. Food at the bar was good and priced high as expected for Orlando Hotels. Starbucks in the hotel was good too.
