The rooms booked were not available at the time of check-in. Then I was offered rooms w/ beds that weren't comparable which I declined. After a short while I was eventually given two new rooms, however upon going to the room it was already occupied. The staff was unprofessional and apathetic.

The staffs are wonderful, the property needs a lot of work. Breakfast was such a miserable experience, by the time you go get something to eat it’s all gone.

★☆☆☆☆ Worst Hotel Experience I’ve Had — Avoid at All Costs I booked this Days Inn in Orlando specifically because it was advertised as smoke-free. What a joke. In the middle of the night, I woke up to my entire room filled with the strong smell of marijuana. I eventually realized people were smoking right in the corridor as if it were completely normal. The next morning, I called the front desk to report it. Instead of any concern, I was given some vague excuse about it being “medicinal on certain days.” Seriously? That’s supposed to justify smoke invading a supposedly smoke-free hotel? Absolutely unacceptable. And that was after dealing with a filthy room. The place looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned, the bathroom was old and covered in buildup and lime, and the tub looked like it hadn’t seen bleach in years. I felt uncomfortable even using it. To make things worse, the breakfast was ridiculous. The options were basically bread, cereal, and a terrible coffee — and calling that coffee is generous. The atmosphere in the breakfast area was also extremely unpleasant; some people were talking loudly and having completely inappropriate conversations for a shared dining space. It felt chaotic and poorly supervised. Between the dirty room, the overwhelming smell of smoke, the dismissive response from the staff, and the miserable breakfast setup, this stay was a complete disaster from start to finish. Roaches, bed bugs, people screaming at 3am outside, itchy sheets, do not disturb sign on the door for 3 days and the house keeping still kept knocking on the door waking me up when I work late and sleep in late. Door key not working and caused me to call police thinking my girlfriend was dead in the room and couldn’t get inside when she was just sleeping. Traumatic experience.

Ac/heat issues, water didn’t get hotter than room temperature, no cell reception (not their fault), WiFi broken. Black feet after showering. And they have yet to return my security deposit 7 days later. I prefer to stay at budget locations as I am single but let me tell you this place will make me rethink that choice every time in the future. Stay elsewhere and spare yourselves

No. The jelly was like rubber. It had to be out of date. I said something and he brought out the box. It all was like rubber. The shower didn't work. Had a roach running under night stand but the bed was comfortable. Don't recommend.

I understand that this is budget motel but it was unacceptable. Paint splatter everywhere, no remote for the tv, no trashcan, the handle in the tub was broken, the humidty in the room was terrible i wouldnt be surprised if theres mold, the dresser/cabinet door was broken, the bathroom door didnt close all the way, the front door didnt sit flush, there was a gap where the front door bolt was where you could see right into the room.

The room was atrocious. There was gum on the bedside table, stained bedsheets, stuff on the floor, hair on the shower wall, the electrical was hanging off the wall, the door didn’t shut properly, and to top it all off - a DEAD ROACH was on the floor. I was stuck 1,400 miles away from home with no other access to another hotel room so I had to stick it out. I’m not happy with the quality hotels.com provided with their hotels on their website nor their customer service of telling me it’s out of their hands to help me obtain a refund even though I booked through them to avoid things like this. I paid money to feel unsafe and unclean.
