"Daily housekeeping" claim a lie

The hotel lists "daily housekeeping" as an amenity. This is one of the reasons I booked there. Unfortunately, that's a lie. I stayed two nights and my room was never cleaned, even though I was out of the room from 7:30 AM until 5PM, and left no "do not disturb" sign on the door. Guess they do not have the intention of cleaning your room on multi-night stays. Just a bait and switch.

We liked the complementary breakfast and self service laundry. We also liked the pool and basketball area. We would recommend informing guest about the free airport shuttle policy upon arrival and having more availability. We were not able to obtain the service at check out because of no available spots. If we knew we needed to schedule in advance we would have.
