Ryan Poissant did an outstanding job of greeting us after a hectic travel day and was extremely helpful. His behavious and demeanor is exactly what was needed to welcome us to the hotel.
Clean spacious room with a great location to all medical facilities within lake Nona medical city
The room size was perfect for an extended stay. Amenities provided in the room made the place feel like home. It was good to have real plates, silverware, pans, cooking tools, and even a wine opener. Shower leaked through the door...needed a new gasket. The rest was nice.
This is a great hotel in a great location!!! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was perfect, especially in these COVID times it was so nice to have an extremely clean and well equipped kitchen and very comfortable room!!!

Great place for our short stay at the Lake Nona area. Comfortable room with great space for our kids, our room had a kitchenette with everything neeeded. Facilities would have been excellent, but Only detail was our shower had an issue with the hot and cold faucets. Breakfast included and airport shuttle are always great touches. Would definitely stay again!

Free shuttle to and from airport as well as within 5 miles radius was very convenient since we only stayed for 3 days and didn't feel the need for a rental car. Buffet breakfast and wifi are included which was very helpful. Room was nice and clean. Looks new.
Very clean and very friendly staff who went above and beyond to correct a problem we had with the reservation booking agent. We left town immediately after Hurricane Matthew hit and they made sure we were comfortable and didn't have anything to worry about. I would stay here again for sure!
