Very much enjoyed the delicious food prepared by the cook, Wendy. A wonderful start to our days at Disney.

The staff was both pleasant and accommodating and the housekeeping was great. I had called the hotel prior to arrival and in time to cancel to verify shuttles to Disney properties and Sea World. Upon arrival I learned that there was no shuttle to Sea World and most of the Disney properties. Additionally with one exception the concierge service was lacking. Also the beds were extremely uncomfortable. Breakfast however was exceptional for a hotel buffet

Close to all the resorts in vicinity: Epcot, Disney World, etc.

I have stayed at this hotel on numerous occasions because of the location. It is close to shopping, multiple food venues, and Disney. I stayed on this occasion with my 37 yr old daughter, who hasn't been to Disney World since 1996. She was like a little kid and she couldn't believe how close we were to the world and that we got free breakfast. Thank You Hampton Inn

Good friendly staff, and great location. It was a pleasant stay

I've stayed here before and both times found the rooms to be clean, comfortable and perfect for a night or two. A free breakfast is a great perk!

It was great !!! Breakfast buffet, waffle is a fun treat every morning !!! Pool is very inviting with the jacuzzi on the side .. Staff is friendly! Definitely will be back on next trip!!!

very clean , nice staff , breakfast included a major plus

Good value overall. Good location. Very close to Disney property, and many restaurants. Breakfast at hotel was fair. Will definite come back.

Good breakfast; Clean rooms; Pool till 10 pm; Good price for long staying.

Overall the hotel was OK, however, our rooms were over the laundry area and a broken washer that made a pounding sound/jack hammer sound was annoying to say the least. One morning it started at 9 am (our only morning to sleep in) and the other days were between 3 and 7 pm (nap time for our grandson and for me as I was sick with a sinus infection). The front desk apologized. I often think when you book a "great package deal" like the one we had is because you are given less desirable room locations. I will think twice before booking another "deal".

This hotel is in the perfect location to all the theme parks. It was nice and clean and had a good complimentary breakfast. The beds were very comfortable. My family will be staying here in the future.

Awesome Hotel, staff is great, my only complaint as in any hotel is the coffee.... i want real coffee

We've stayed in several locations of this hotel chain across the country and this was a sad disappointment. The hallways smelled musty & they were clearly doing some sort of construction, but had nothing to warn the guests of this. Upon entering our room, we were treated to hand-written post it notes on our beds saying all linens had been cleaned before our arrival (1-why wouldn't they have been, and 2- so unprofessional). Our air conditioner couldn't seem to get below 75 no matter what we set it at, so frustrating in the FL humidity when you're trying to sleep. Finally, there was a gaping hole under the light in our bathroom and neither of us were remotely willing to even enter the shower. We changed hotels after the first night and were told because we had prepaid through this website we weren't able to get anything back despite voicing out concerns AND being loyal members of their rewards program. As I said, we've stayed in other locations of this hotel plenty of times and they've been great. This was the sorriest excuse for one we have ever seen, not a good value at all.

Always perfectly clean, fresh bedding and towels, pleasant staff and great value for the money. Good a/c controls, good hdtv, snacks available for purchase. The only slight downside is the overcrowded (popular) breakfast buffet with bus loads of people staying here. Otherwise it would be a perfect 5 stars!

Stayed there for 6 days and overall experience was good. Free breakfast can be changed more often, though.

My granddaughter received an internship at Disney so we decided to make a little family trip of it. The hotel was very clean, the room was a little warm, and the bedspreads were lumpy, like they had been washed a LOT. Like I said it was very clean. I did have a problem with taking a shower. The base of the tub was very slippery, I found I had to hold to keep my balance. I have balance issues anyway, and this made taking a shower very nerve racking. They need to put shower mats in the rooms. One of the kids slipped in the tub, but luckily he was not harmed. I would stay here again, because of the cleanliness, but I will take my own shower mat.

We were very pleased with the welcome we received as well as the comfort and convenience of the hotel. Its location is ideal for visiting the attractions in the area and the breakfast is quite adequate. It is an inexpensive alternative to staying within the Disney property.

Good value hotel. Big screen tv in room. Good breakfast. Very close to downtown Disney

This was my family's first trip to Orland, and we basically spent all of our time at Disneyworld. While this hotel was fine for that, I think that next time I'll be staying on a Disney property. This Hampton Inn was fine. The staff was very nice. The pool was good on the day we took a break. There were restaurants and pharmacies within walking distance (but not super close; about 3/4 of a mile). The rooms were always cleaned and the beds made, although once we didn't get new towels and another time or two it felt like the beds hadn't been made very well. The shuttle to Disney World was okay, but not ideal. The reason is the timing. The first run in the morning leaves at about 8:40, and though it's free the driver asks for tips. If you want to get to any parks besides Epcot at opening, you won't make it. Not by about 30 minutes, as once you get to the Epcot parking you have to catch the monorail or bus to the other parks. That was in the morning. In the evening, the shuttle picked us up too late. Most of the time, we ended up taking a taxi back to the hotel. About $25-$30 per ride. Expensive, but way cheaper than renting a car and parking at Disney. In addition, Disney has a free shuttle service to and from the airport. It's slower than a taxi or car or shuttle service, yes, but it's free. For our group of 7, taxi service to and from the airport was going to be about $100 each way, except we lucked out and on the trip to the hotel we got a rental car for $60. Even then, I had to drop the car off at the rental place, and walk two miles back to the hotel. So, in summary, here's why next time I will go to a Disney resort: despite having to pay for breakfast, it will probably be cheaper because I won't be paying for transportation to and from the hotel; also, I will have the convenience of being able to get to and from the parks at whatever time I want, without having to pay for a taxi or arrange my schedule around an adequate but lackluster shuttle service.
