Warm and caring staff, including warm to each other, very courteous, always smiling, very helpful and accommodating

Room service was just ok, breakfast was delicious!

It was comfortable. Pool was nice. Meals were overpriced.

Facilities upkeep is lacking as is its cleanliness.

Clean, plenty of parking, quiet, conveniently located to food and shopping. Would stay there again.

Location is great for visits to UCF, not for downtown or for the parks. Remodel done nicely, but room still had an air conditioner that rattled all night long. Bed quite comfortable and room was roomy and nice in that respect, although it is a little on the plain side. Amenities left a lot to be desired. No newspapers on Sunday. Breakfast buffet would have been good but the restaurant coffee makers were broken and there was no coffee(?!) Desk staff was rather snippy too when asked about the paper and the coffee.

My only complaint was that there were no vending machines on the room floor levels. You had to go down to the lobby area to get any snacks.

I expected more from a "Hilton" - the restaurant/bar was in lobby and looked like a fast food cafeteria. The gentleman who checked us in was aloof and unwelcoming. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, convenient to UCF.

the hotel is located in a quiet but convenient place in Orlando, with neat parking lot, clean room, quiet but warm staff.

I was almost totally satisfied with this hotel. It is in a great location, near the university, restaurants, shopping. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was great and comfortable. The only small drawback was that a continental breakfast was not included. But, that seems to be the way this chain works. I would stay here again the next time I visit.

Great stay. Clean room, friendly staff, great price.

The staff was very friendly and accomodating. I asked for a chnage in my reservation as I was checking in and they were extremely helpful in making the change. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. Everything worked and met my expectations. The only thing I did not enjoy was the lack of a complimentary continental breakfast. They do have a nice eating area, but there is a charge. Very close to UCF and many restaurants, shopping. I have stayed in about 5 different hotels around UCF and this was the friendliest and probably the cleanest.

Fairly standard except for the fact that the young teenager watched drug deals and pot smoking outside the window. Staff was wonderful!!!

We stayed as a family of four and it sits just off the campus of ucf. Plenty of eating places and stores nearby, good fitness room. Friendly staff.

It's a Hilton Garden Inn. It's close to UCF and priced competitively. No complaints here. It's near the majot highways and a gas station in case you need anything.

Stayed one night & it was great. Check in was a breeze and I loved the fresh made cookies. The room was good, clean & the bed was very comfortable. Will definitely stay here again.

Nice Hotel

We visited family, I would definately book reservations again at this place. The staff was friendly, the room very large, clean, and close to the parking area. We ate in the cafe right in the lobby, the food was good. Mall close by for other entertainment.

Excellent hotel with great food as well.

great hotel. Great staff!
