I am very disappointed with this hotel. I am a frequent Marriot customer (accross all of its brands) and have stayed in Marriot hotels all over the world. I have to say, this is the worst. Terrible customer service during check inn, terrible cleaning, lamps not working and many many other things. If you are planning a trip to Orlando, do yourself a favor and avoid this hotel like the plague.

We stayed in a suite. The description on Marriott’s site is not clear so the reservation center could not accurately advise what room set up was so I had to call the hotel directly. The suite says one King OR 2 twins. It’s both. In one room there was 2 twin beds within a foot of each other. It gave the kids their own sleeping place without the norm “move over! Stop touching me” arguments. Room had living room w pullout sofa and tv, desk and kitchen w supplies and microwave , full fridge/freezer and stove as well as dishes, utensils etc. 3rd room was king bed and tv a bathroom and sink area. Not enough bathroom space for 5 but manageable. Tub large step out and down- if you have mobility or stability issue you may want to opt for handicap room as i found it risky to get out of without safety bar to grasp. Disappointed that I called 36 hours before our arrival and specifically asked for pull out couch in living room to be made up for our arrival as we would be arriving after midnight. It was not done and my kids were exhausted and a mess. I called Esther at the front desk who said she would send someone right down who never came so after 30 min We did ourselves after finding supplies in closet . Room was reserved for 5 and we were inly provided 3 towels. The 2nd day no towels but they took the dirty. Kleenex box empty on table and not replaced or trashed. Breakfast area huge but during spring break staff could not keep up w plates and utensils to get the food. I strongly encourage them to add 2 waffle-makers as the line was always 10+ deep and we never got but 1x right before it closed. Pool is and hot tub very nice w a bar at pool in evenings. Hot tub water looked like it was in need of a clean though. Game room w arcade games and a air hockey table was fun. Billing: online reservation for prepaid rare. Never billed until we checked in. Esther at front desk told us our Marriott card was declined and she tried a few times. She told the person in front of us as well he was declined. We called our bank to ensure a travel fraud freeze was not placed on card and confirmed we had no balance and there were no attempts at an authorization. Esther let us know she had tried more than once what was in the system (same card) and we asked to please swipe. It went right through. Very frustrating at 1am. We bought food from pantry and was td pizzas were $5 each and were charged $9 each- one was to be free for being a marriott cardholder. We will need to call for an adjustment. Overall hotel :b Housekeeping: c- Front desk: d Breakfast: b -high volume of people and while trying to keep up they didn’t Pool/hot tub/game room A- Pool bar A Room A. mattresses comfy, room great for family. We stayed here for 2 nights while going to magic kingdom. We used the pool the first night. It was nice. The free breakfast was good. Location was good. Our 2 bdrm unit was big. Bed was comfy & we all slept great. I definitely recommend.

I stayed her on my last night in town after staying 3 days at a Disney resort. Next trip I will be staying here. It was huge , like an apartment. Living room, kitchen, two separate bedrooms, and two full baths! And it was nice big flat screen TVs in both rooms and comfortable beds. Beautiful pool area, and no lie, best free breakfast ever. The dining room was huge and it was the biggest buffet I have ever seen. It had everything you can think of, but just for fun I ask the man if they happened to have gluten free bread, ( I never get to eat bread) can you believe it he went in the back and brought out a bagel and a muffin! And trust me I’m not easily impressed. From now own it’s my go to hotel for this area, and I will make use of it with my annual Disney pass!

We stayed in a 2 Bedroom Residential Suite overlooking the main street. It had all the amenities required for a comfortable stay, including a studio kitchen and basic utensils. The breakfast spread was too amazing, especially the "make your own waffles concept" !! The property is well connected with all the major attractions, restaurants and shopping outlets. Will visit again really soon.

First time at this hotel and won’t be the last. They were great to Accommodate us with early check in. Beautiful room with amazing pool and great customer service. We loved how it’s hidden and quiet. Definitely can’t wait to be back.

We truly enjoyed our weekend stay at this hotel! Front Desk Staff was very friendly and helpful upon check-in. Every time we walked by the front desk, Someone was always there to say something nice. It's the little things that count! Room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast was amazing and good quality to choose from. My little one loved the Mickey waffles! This hotel was a short ride to Disney World, which is awesome with a little one. Stores and food are right down the road from this hotel! We will definitely come back and stay at this hotel!

Went on a quick Orlando adventure, great proximity to the outlet mall which was our destination. Clean room, organized staff. Breakfast 🥞 good too,, Mickey mouse shaped waffles tasty. I had a room facing the freeway and at first was apprehensive,, room was actually not loud and I’m sensitive to sound. We we do comfortable that we had pizza delivered and enjoyed a nice evening at home, has a feeling of an apartment vs hotel. Sort of unusual bathroom arrangement as only one and accessed Thur master bedroom. Space compensated to somewhat dated decore.

We stayed at the beginning of Feb. 2018. From check-in to check out everyone was very friendly and helpful. We interacted mostly with Megan and Josh at the front desk. They should be commended. One day the complimentary cookies weren’t ready and Josh found us poolside and brought them to us. It has been a couple of years since we’ve been there and we noticed all the renovations. Very nice. The location is convenient. Unfortunately, traffic is always heavy on the main roads. We will stay there again when visiting the area.

Truly enjoyed our one night at this hotel. They were overbooked, and still accommodated us in an upgraded suite and no extra cost. Gerard and Isa were both amazingly helpful. I had to get ready for a party before 5 and they made it possible for me to get my room in time to shower and get ready. The suite we stayed at was both comfortable and super clean. The beds were very comfy as well, we will be back! Pool was heated and clean.
