Super easy access right off I-4. Walking distance to several nice restaurants. Easy drive to local attractions. The parking lot was well lit, the rooms were very clean and updated and the staff was super helpful with day planning. Great experience here and we will return.

The food an service was excellent, and the Staff did all the little things to make the trip perfect. My 4 year old son told the front desk staff his birthday was coming up during our stay. Every day the staff made sure that our family was taken care of, and the night before our checkout the staff gave our Son balloons and his favorite candy for his birthday {which they realized because every evening he asked me for some}. This was only one of the many items they did to make our family welcome,

Poorly repaired doors (obviously from a domestic incident), non working remotes, lack of TV channel guides to find channels for kids, gross stain on couch, slow and dated LG TVs and the holy grail of Marriott...mattresses (they were brutal). I've often recommended their residence brand and credit card to friends...but won't be associating with it anymore, given the unsatisfactory Mgr response. Cleaners were ok, but couldn't help to think they were cutting corners as the maintenance staff had. Far below par and certainly not worth the $300 spent there. Breakfast lacked the variety we enjoyed in past years as well and was very crowded. A big drop in value, comfort and service from our previous stays there. I complained and the mgr said he would speak to staff, but clearly there is an issue from the top with this hotel. He also offered 5000 Marriott points, but I was so frustrated with what happened, I told him to keep them...

at the beginning the hotel seems to be very nice, after we did the check-in the receptionist told us we could enter the breakfast even if we did not pay for it. the disaster started when we entered the room, we were four adults and we payed for 2 double beds. what we got is one double bed and one opened sofa that 2 adults could ever sleep in it. we did call the receptionist. they did not even try to help us. finally we slept 3 adults at the double bed and one on the open sofa. I must add that we put the bed linen on the sofa by ourselves. what a shame :( . in addition for all that, the water in the shower weren't hot. needless to say we didn't ask for help with that.

Despite calling ahead to inform staff that we would be checking in late due to staying at parks all day, front desk downgraded our room--for a family of five--to a handicapped accessible room with only a kind sized bed. The bathroom door did not close, the grouting in bathroom was dirty and dingy. Waste baskets and hotel accessories were shoddy Walmart quality. Hallway carpets were dirty. In addition, after arriving at 11:00 and not having enough space to accommodate five guests, the hotel's consolation was a meaningless $50 off.Particularly offensive was hearing front desk disparage other guests that were unhappy about accommodations as well and threatening to give away their rooms if they didn't like what they had--as retribution. The next day we were moved to a room with two queens; however, the bathroom door did not lock, the faucet was loose and the grout and bathroom were still dingy at best. We consistently use Marriotts as our hotel of choice, yet this hotel came nowhere near the usual Marriott standards. A disappointment--don't stay here. Had a much better stay at a Red Roof on the way home!

I was there in December 2017. The first night, tv and/or cable was not working. They came but cannot fix right away. Second day we have to call for towels; although they know (because we were paying for a party of 7 people) they left 2 towels in each bathroom...and it happened again every other day...we have to call. We were there 6 days, never vacuumed. We forgot a curling iron in the bathroom drawer; next day I called to send to pick it up and they said "there was nothing there". The curling iron disappear...

Loved staying here for our holiday vacation. I am not only a Platinum elite member, but a Marriott Vacation owner. I usually stay at a vacation club, but this stay was last minute and could not get in. Hotel was conveniently located near Disney, and had the best breakfast buffet I have ever had staying at a hotel. I wanted to add a day to my stay and the staff was so accommodating it impressed me. Mind you I was there Dec 25th through the 30th. I was also grateful to get a ground floor room since I don’t like elevators. Will not hesitate to stay here again if needed.

As platinum elite members of Marriott we have come to enjoy the consistency of service and cleanliness the brand provides. We typically stay at the Marriott Vacation Club for our frequent family trips to Orlando, however, this was a last minute trip and very few hotels had availability over New Years weekend. It’s no wonder this establishment was vacant. From the minute we set foot onto the property it was a disaster. The 3 staff members (Megan & Josh were the worst) who did NOT greet us at the desk had the worst attitudes I have encountered in a long time. We tried to confirm - as the website states - that pets are only allowed on the 1st & 2nd floors due to 2 of the 3 of us having pet allergies that we advised the staff of. They said yes. We found out later when we got to our 5th floor room that this was not the case because 3 doors down was a tiny dog that constantly barked. After trying all 3 cards multiple times with no success, we went down to the desk to find out what is wrong. Megan got a total attitude stating we must have put the keys next to a phone and when that wasn’t received well, she proceeded to tell us how to open the door using the handle as if we had never done it before. The second set of keys didn’t work either. We ended up having to move rooms because the lock was broken and before we left the next day we encountered 2 other people who had the same issue. I also forgot to mention the hotel hallways and rooms smelled like wet dog and a musty locker room. We diligently worked on moving to a different hotel but ended up having to stay for two very long nights. The smell was terrible, the rooms were not cleaned as there was a dirty towel found when I came back to my room the second day exactly where I left it, someone else’s hair was in the second bathroom when we arrived, the flyer that was shoved under our door the night we arrived was still there when we got back the second night which confirmed they didn’t vacuum and there was hair in one of the showers. This hotel was by far the worst experience we have ever had as Marriott members. If I could give this hotel negative stars I would!

Beautiful hotel rooms that were very cozy. It is family friendly and has a great breakfast buffet. Theresa and Danielle at the front desk offered great customer service. My room was very clean with beautiful interior. I was told by the front desk that they recently renovated the hotel. It is in close proximity to groceries stores, shopping outlets and restaurants. Great choice and location! I will definitely back with my family for another stay.
