Refrigerator didn't work, fire alarm went off when taking a shower. Plumbing noises

I truly enjoyed every second of my time at this hotel. The staff was incredibly pleasant. The place was very clean, the hotub was amazing and the pool was just awesome. It's convenient to Disney, seaworld, aquatica and some of the other theme parks. 10 10s across the board for this place.

Hotel offers free shuttle to Disney and universal (which seems to be rare for both parks in the area). Breakfast was $10 per person unlimited buffet home cooked food. They even had omelettes. They also offered delicious chocolate chip cookies during the day for free( I don't even like chocolate chip and they were still good). Nice pool, jacuzzi, and basketball court. I stayed for 99 bucks a night...awesome deal. Plenty of stores/places to eat within less than a 5 min drive away.

Nice hotel for the price close to shopping area and restaurants

My mom and I came for a vacation to see The Mouse and a mini family vacation and this hotel was clean and the service was great! We would definitely stay here again! The only thing I would change is perhaps add a back door to the hotel instead of having to walk all the way around the building when coming back after 9pm. The parking lot was pretty well lit, but we just wanted to be inside the safety of the building. That is the only thing I could come up to change or improve. Great STAFF!!

We were very pleased with everything at the hotel.

I needed a room last minute. It was a very nice hotel. Room as clean, bed was comfortable. I didn't get to do much at the hotel as I got there late and left first thing in the morning. The only complaint I have is that for the price of the room I would have expected a free breakfast. I stayed at a hotel that was just as nice the night before about 15 minutes away, for $25 less and it had a great breakfast with eggs, sausage, waffle maker, etc. They were booked up this night, which is why I stayed at the Hilton. I booked the room fast on my phone and didn't realize that there was no complementary breakfast. I wouldn't have stayed there if I had realized that. It's my fault for not checking, but I stayed at a Hilton Garden in Tampa a few months back and there was a complementary breakfast there, so I guess I just assumed (which you're not suppose to do). I was happy to get a nice room last minute. It was just me, so the breakfast things wasn't a huge deal. If I had my wife and kids with me, that would have been a bigger issue. The only reason I wouldn't recommend this hotel is because there are hotels just as nice, at the same price, within 10 or 15 minutes that you can get a great complementary breakfast at.

first of all, I reserved for the king bed room but upon arrival, they gave me two queen bed room without saying anything. So I went to check if I reserved for the king bed or not, and front person told me I did but they had no king bed room left. So they were going to move me very next day. They didn't. They did not keep me updated whats going on. also house keeping. It wasn't clean as it should've been. other than that, it was ok.

Just needed a place for one night, this was a good easy in, easy out place to stay.

Checking in my child to the Disney Academy. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean, well laid out. Hotel a little hard to get to.

I regret booking this hotel, I was in a rush and wanted a nice weekend getaway. It did not meet my expectations in any way!

Love the Hilton garden inn. People friendly, from the moment you walk in you feel refreshed with their calming color choices and staging. The rooms are clean and the breakfast is wonderful.

The hotel is very close to Downtown Disney, shopping and restaurants. Beautiful lobby area and great breakfast. My wife and I went to DisneyWorld in May of 2014 and had a pleasant experience staying here at the Hilton Garden Inn. The price is why we stayed at this resort.

Bed not comfortable but room was clean. Breakfast was good and service was very good.

The hotel is very clean, and very well located, close to universal and Disney area, very clean and very quiet.I LOVE the 12 check out. This will be my next staying hotel for now on.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel, great location near Disney Parks and friendly staff. Will stay there again!

good experience, friendly clean hotel, pool was nice but needs a tiki bar, would have been better, breakfast was good at hotel, hotel bar was small and too expensive

We are usually safe with picking a Hilton Garden inn, however this trip fell very short. Our room had a major smoke smell, no shower curtain in the bathroom, only 3 towels for a double queen room. We called the front desk. They gave us a shower curtain, no towels and offered nothing to help with the smoke smell. Luckily we only needed to sleep otherwise we would have checked out and left. Will never stay here again.

I'm a fan of the Hilton Garden Inn brand and have stayed at a number of locations for quick, affordable stays. My room could use some TLC: worn carpet, cracked ceiling, crumbling drywall. But it was clean, beds were comfortable, and staff was very professional. With the construction at Downtown Disney, and the mess that is usually Interstate 4, the location was rough - 45 minutes to get from the Magic Kingdom to the hotel around 10pm.

Took my niece and daughter to disney for her 7th birthday. Hilton was suppose to put something in the room for her birthday (balloon, fold animal towel, something) they DIDNT. When we checked in, the manager, made it a point to tell us about tbe "sleep number" on the beds, they DIDNT work. Bed were no better then sleeping on plywood with a blanket on it! Pool and hot tub are shared by another hotel and are very small with very few chairs. Breakfast isnt included with the $110 a night.
