I recently stayed at the Hilton, and I have to say it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The check-in was smooth, and the front desk staff Ms Kristi Rolle was genuinely welcoming and helpful. She took care of every little kinks we had in our stay. My room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was super cozy, and I really appreciated how quiet and peaceful the room felt after a long day. The breakfast was another highlight — plenty of fresh options, great coffee, and friendly staff who made the mornings even better. The hotel’s location was very convenient, close to everything I needed but still calm and relaxing. Overall, my stay at the Hilton was beyond my expectations. The service, cleanliness, and comfort truly stood out. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant and stress-free hotel experience.

It was our first time staying here and probably the last. Upon checking in, a young lady was assisting me and then a young man came out from the back and started flirting with her as she was still trying to check me in. Very unprofessional on his part. And then, upon entering our room, the toilet was running and it was not flushing. We kept calling the front desk and no answer. Finally, I went downstairs, told the young man from earlier our situation and he was non-chalant about our problems. Mind you, it’s almost 11pm. I went upstairs and waited for the maintenance guy to come. 15 mins went by and he never came. I called the front desk again and spoke to the same young man, he stated he told the maintenance guy the wrong room number. So it took another 10 mins for the maintenance guy to fix our toilet. Overall, not pleasant, definitely could have been a better stay. And you need more parking spaces, especially since you’re making me pay $30 a night to park.

Unfortunately this hasn’t been great. We booked for location, but it was not what was shown, we booked for the pool but it was too dirty to use. There was no drinking water in your room. The staff were friendly though

Front desk not as welcoming as you would expect, no staff says hello while you pass, the room we got smelled, mattress had large dip, the bed frames made so much noise, I tried calling to the desk, the cord to the phone was broke. Got a new room, the girl could not direct me to which direction we had to go, the new room had hair in the tub and a dead roach.

The room I thought was clean until I found a couple cockroaches near the coffee pot and in the bathroom..... I had booked the hotel with intentions to use the hot tub, but it was out of order during my five day stay. I was also shocked that we had to pay for parking. That was not noted when I booked with Expedia. Additional costs that I was not expecting.
