I do not recommend this hotel unless you have a car. I had chosen the hotel as the information for the hotel indicated it was a Disney friends and neighbours hotel and had a free shuttle to all the theme parks. It did not. Only one shuttle, going to Epcot or Universal, neither one our destination and at a weird time. It is also at least a 20 minute walk to any shops or restaurants. In addition, I was under the impression per website information on the hotel that breakfast was included. It was not. The first night of our stay we wanted to use the bathtub. No plug for the tub. Called the front desk. Not helpful at all, after two calls and no response we wound up using a k cup as a plug. Water does not get hot and the water pressure is not good. I definitely would not recommend this hotel and will book somewhere else next time.
