One of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The moment I stepped into the room, there was a strong odor coming from the dirty carpet. The curtain was missing, allowing sunlight to flood the room early in the morning. The bathroom was completely unacceptable—the shower had a large ball of hair hanging from the handicap bar, and several towels had dark stains on them. I called room service multiple times to have the towels replaced, but no one answered. I eventually had to go to the front desk myself just to get clean towels. To make matters worse, all of the ice machines were broken except for one on the second floor, while my room was on the fifth floor. I will never stay at this hotel again and do not recommend it to anyone.

The room was very clean and the proximity to all of the Disney parks was amazing!! The staff was very friendly and would go out of their way to be helpful for anything we might have needed! This is the second time we have stayed at this property when going to Disney parks! I highly recommend!

Every staff member I interacted with was amazing!!! The breakfast selection was also pretty great! The restaurant in the hotel was good and we are able go order head and take the food into our rooms (as there is no room service). However, I wish the menu had more options. The furniture in the room was pretty dated (my office chair was breaking apart), but its as expected with the price. The bed was comfortable though! Overall a wonderful stay. The best part is the staff though.
