This was the best hotel I’ve chosen for a stay in Orlando. The location was great, the staff were helpful, friendly, and even amazingly generous! I loved the shuttle to Epcot, as that was my selected park for this trip. When issues arose, the staff handled it quickly. I appreciate everything about this hotel!

Terrible experience, housekeeping isn’t done on a day to day basis, went to ask for new towels and the hotel receptionist told us to reuse the towels that were on the floor, I find it very hard to believe that a hotel Chain this big doesn’t have a surplus of towels. My father was in another room the ac was broken, there were no other rooms available they told Him he had to stay in the room with no ac.

Don’t go thinking there is theme park shuttles to all parks as they only go to Epcot and Universal. Between the extra charge for breakfast and having to Uber to the parks might as well stay closer and pay the extra money.

We were very disappointed with our room. We were on our honeymoon and decided to stay in Orlando for another couple of days. The bathroom has rust around the door frame and when I turned in the faucet in the sink, after getting dressed, it came out so fast that my clothes got soaked and I had to change. Left the hotel for about 5 hours, it is now 3:00 pm, and the room was not cleaned and the bed was not made. And no housekeeping in sight. Not to mention non of the ice machines are working except for the one on floor #2, and we were on the 7th floor. When picking up my order from the restaurant, last night, I asked the front desk for 2 additional pillows, being that I had back surgery and my wife is recovering from stage 3 Lymphoma cancer, after calling the front desk numerous times without an answer, they finally answered but it was at least 3 hours later, and we finally got our pillows. The 2nd day of our stay we ran out of toilet paper and had no clean towels to shower with. Again called the front desk and still no answer. I spoke with the manager when checking out and he offered me points andni advised him that I did not want the points that i would prefer my money being that i dont see me and my wife staying in any more Hilton Hotels no there will be no need for points. Being a Hilton Honors Member I am extremely dissatisfied. Please refund my stay to the card on file. Sincerely, Mr. Cunningham
