It really depends- my view for reference between ok to good overall. Pros: 1. location is very good and close to theme parks. 2. Outside landscapes and environment are clean and well maintained. Stuff is nice. 3. Refrigerator is nice and daily bedding cleaning can be arranged 4. Parking is gated. Opportunities- a. Booking might be tricky- when booked it, it was advertised as free parking and breakfast included. When arrived, was asked to pay $50 for parking and breakfast not included but available to purchase. b. The room smells unfavorably due to old carpet

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times over the years, this was my last stay there. The room was not as clean as I am used to. Water was lukewarm and TV broken. I did not like the way I was treated after asking for a fix. I do not enjoy being treated like a child and the eye roll from the hotel reception was not necessary. My first stay at Rosen was in 2016 and I am very disappointed that the old fashioned way of customer service is sadly gone.
