Walked in our room to find a bug crawling across our bed, one on the tv stand and one in the bathtub. I have stayed in many places and have never see that before. They gave us a new room but it took everything not to sleep in my car. The last thing I want to do is bring roaches back home. I will not be staying here again.

Ok for an inexpensive place. They have started charging $10 for parking. Didn’t like that. Elevator very slow. Did not see any luggage carts to use. No breakfast. Room was clean and nice. Restroom and shower and lavatory in good shape.

The location was great! The pools were nice. The service was really good. The people were very nice and accommodating. The building itself is out of date. It hasn’t been updated in years and is in desperate need of basic and cosmetic upgrades. Just a little upgrading would go a long way and you’d be able to charge even more for each stay.

We had a one night stay for the parks the next day and it was a simple check in and check out. They made sure to bring plenty of toiletries for the room and extra bedding all in a timely manner. Was very pleased with our stay. Will stay again
