Nice property its worth the extra cost to stay there no complaints

Good local escape for friends and family. Easy acces to Universal parks.

Nothing. Property is in need of updating. Room had broken dresser pull and the lock from the shudders were missing. The mirror was de silvering. It was ok nothing excellent. On top of it all the car valet damaged my car.

It is very close to Universal Studios. It was a nice quite room. Nice spread out with pools. Club benefits were great with breakfast & evening reception. Great experience!

Superb! We came here as a family group of four adults to celebrate mom’s birthday. We were automatically upgraded to adjoining harbor-view rooms, which made it easy for us to socialize. Beds were comfortable, rooms spacious and clean. Couldn’t have been better!

Beautiful hotel! The service was great and the rooms were spacious!

Great hotel, with beautiful grounds. Plan on walking a lot during your stay, and taking multiple elevators to get to your room. Other than that, the hotel is AWESOME!

Beautiful hotel, but a bit worn out. Nice atmosphere, good shops, beautiful outdoor seating for evening enjoyment, multiple dining options. Just an older hotel though- not fully set up the greatest. Having to go do different floors and outside to then go into the wing where our room was and then go back up different elevators. Things just looked worn- doors looked broken, wood trim was damaged, just like it was a bit older hotel- which it is. Big family pool looked amazing- sand bottom, fun play area and slides for kids, movies in the pool at night. Great transportation around Universal, boat or bus- or you can walk. Boat driver said it was a 28 minute walk to the parks. Nice room, BEAUTIFUL view of tropical trees and lush gardens. Great advantage of having the express pass free with stay- but other onsite hotels do too. We paid a high price for this hotel to check it out- we think we would rather stay at a different onsite hotel. Fun to try it though.

Beautiful hotel fashioned after the Italian town of Portofino, really feels like being in Italy. opera music is piped throughout the piazza most of the the time for additional authenticity. Built around a beauitiful man made lake with boats and a dock with a water taxi boat that transports you to bustling citywalk and universal studio parks. The route of the boat has beautiful well kept landscaping and vegetation. We liked the buffet breakfast at the tratorria del Porto restaurant onsite, but its pricey , running us $90 with tip for 3 people every morning. The beach pool is beautiful. Food and smoothies poolside were great. We stayed 6 days which was too long. I think 4 days is more than enough to cover 2 parks.

Upon arrival to room, room had food crumbs on floor , asked for different room or upgrade, hotel could not accommodate. Took 2 days for hotel staff toget my daughter a comforter for her bed. Restaurants were excellent with dietary needs.

First time staying here. Beautiful resort and friendly staff. I would definitely recommend it.

Great experience, very good for Universal parks if you need Express pass. Staff was helpful.

A wonderful way to spend time with family & friends.

Had a great time for my daughter birthday weekend. The staff was exemplary!

This hotel had great restaurant, not crowded and with a very helpful staff. Beds were more comfortable than home! Loved the nightly concert.

This hotel is the absolute best of the Lowe's Universal Hotels. Always timeless and beautiful. Elegant and eloquent! Just picture perfect!
