The rug and door were a little damage not in pristine condition but the beds were super comfortable. I came in from a flight at about 11:00 p.m. and the check in person was a bit rude.

Overall, this hotel was fine to stay in for one night before an early morning flight. It is very close to the airport and does have a free shuttle to and from the airport, which is a nice amenity. The room and the bathroom were both quite clean. The fixtures and carpeting are quite worn and dated. My room was missing one of the two curtains to block out light. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Be aware that breakfast does not start until 6 AM. I missed that because I had to leave for my flight at 5 AM. Overall it was a good stay. No real issues.

The room was clean and reasonably priced. The pool area was a little dated and hot tub was not working. Like the pool, the hotel.is a little dated and can use some sprucing up. The staff was friendly enougn. Not too much interaction, so i can not elaborate one way or another. There is a $10 parking fee charge per day which i did not know about until.i arrived. The continental breakfast was fair. 2 star hotel with a no frills stay.

Our first room was AWFUL, we had to change. Second room was ok for the quick overnight, but would not stay there again. Sort of run down and in need of TLC. I will say, the front desk and housekeeping staff were great and very helpful.

The three of us arrived at the hotel at around 5:00 PM, but we had to wait for several hours and did not receive our room keys until nearly 10:00 PM. When we finally entered the rooms, there was a strong unpleasant odor. Additionally, unless we specifically requested housekeeping, the rooms were never cleaned. Despite the long wait and inconvenience, the hotel’s only gesture of compensation was to waive two days of parking fees—just $10 per day—which felt quite inadequate given the situation. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this hotel.

We were put into a "dirty"room when we arrived after a long day of travel. Urine on toilet seat, toilet paper on the inside rim of toilet. Spills on nightstands. Crumbs and a toothpick on the carpet. It was obvious the (old and dirty) carpet had not been vacuumed. Upon checkout we were told it was a "dirty" room that had been "cleaned" by front desk associates because of staffing issues. We asked for another room but were told we had the last room available. If it wasn't 2 in the morning, we would have left.
