Castle Hotel, Autograph Collection

I requested their romance package and it was delivered in a way that was quite special and it made my stay that much more enjoyable!

A unique boutique hotel on international drive. On a road loaded with expensive huge mega hotels and outdated dilapidated dumps sits this gem of a hotel. While not the most opulent it is a cut above most with unique interesting touches at every turn. Exceedingly quite and safe with only a little wear and tear around the edges it is a great place to stay with cleaner than average rooms and one of the top three most comfortable beds I have ever experienced in a hotel. It is relatively small and is definitely not a spring break hangout with life everywhere—many times you feel you have the place to yourself. The pool is high class and sits just next door to one of the best steak houses in town and just moments walk from all the activity of international drive and the better developed side of sand lake road. My only gripe is the daily charge of $15 to park your car—we all have enough of that nonsense at the theme parks. You have lots of parking space, be a little less greedy. Otherwise it’s a four star experience at a three star price. Definitely one of the best on I-drive if they’ll just do away with the extra money grab to park your rental car overnight

Excellent location, hotel and service Good facilities and various options for leisure activities

The Hotel was under some renovations due to the storms so we took that in stride being that it was something that could have been helped. The feel of the hotel in the lobby and public spaces was very cool, but our room was not even close. Out dated and dingy carpet on the floors and the mattress had to be at least 12 years old. Extremely sunken in and the springs were loud and over all felt like something out of the 80's. I would. It recommend this hotel to others

This is a wonderful place to stay at. Great food at the hotel restaurant. Everyone is fantastic.

I do not like that they charge the parking. all the hotel is just fine.

Perfect location, right in down town. Perfect for couples. 15 min away from Universal Park

No microwaves in the rooms, no movies on the TV, the ice machines didnt work on any floor. menus were plain and boring. Nothing spectacular

great location and very cheap for the area. super fancy hotel.

Stayed for one night after a trip to Jamaica, close to the Airport. Great room, modern hotel, comfortable bed, A/C, amenities. The hot tub was so relaxing after our flight. And to top our evening and vacation, we were able to watch the fireworks at the Magic Kingdom from our room - perfect ending. Thanks!

Great. Hotel was located amongst many restaurant options.

Small shower. Water spills out side tub because too much pressure

I carried my wife here for her birthday and she absolutely loved it. She said we would definitely be visiting this place again. Lots of restaurants nearby and close to universal studios. Outstanding!!!

Me and my husband stayed for our 10 year anniversary had a great time..will stay again

It was picturesque. My only concern was that the walls are very thin and the halls were noisy.

Very friendly and professions staff. Beautiful lobby and bar. A lot of fantastic details. Pool and pool area just perfect! No babies, no big families, only couples...

This was our second stay. The hotel really looks like a fairy castle. The staff is always smiling, rhe room is clean, the pool is great (round with a large fish fountain in the middle), the hot tub is hot, (almost too hot), and we love the purple chair in the room! Bigger pillows next time would be nice.

I loved the look of the place. The only thing I did not appreciate was how I asked for late check out which would be noon and they said no problem and I had a male room service cleaner open my door at 9am for cleaning. I found this to be obsurd when regular check out isn't even until 11am. He only knocked once and didn't even give me time to make it to the door before he was already opening it.

This hotel was great, very clean lots to do there. However, they double charged my card. Carlos was very friendly and got it fixed ASAP.

Staff was very nice, receptive & helpful. When I called the front desk to have my suspicions of down bedding confirmed @ 10:30 pm, housekeeping was up in 10 minutes w/ new bedding. The full breakfast they served had REAL eggs, lots of fresh fruit,& great variety; it was a great way to start our busy days of touring Disney. The location was not a far drive; maybe 20 non traffic minutes. The pool also had nice foliage around it; something that didn't show in the photos All in all a good choice for our family
