Did not like cc machines one next to the other at check in. 2 guests being checked in at the same time with no privacy. NO WATER in rooms, no espresso machines in rooms! Would not recommend!

I stayed 2 nights before a cruise. First night I had to sleep on a couch because the bedding wasn’t ready after I requested sheets and covers TWICE! They gave it to me on day 2 and I had no problem then.

My daughter and I found ourselves in a bit of a predicament before checking into The Castle. We had initially stayed at a different hotel where she suffered a severe allergic reaction. To make matters worse, the hotel was in extremely poor condition. The next morning, we quickly decided to leave and booked The Castle within an hour. Upon arrival, an African-American gentleman with glasses at the front desk was incredibly hospitable and welcoming. He kindly allowed us to check in a little early so I could store my daughter's medications in the refrigerator. His kindness and understanding meant so much to us, and I truly appreciate his generosity. The Castle itself was absolutely beautiful so clean and well-maintained, especially for a 30-year-old hotel. It was a joy to stay there! We've been before, but this experience was extra special. Thank you again for making a stressful situation so much better!

Megacon weekend

It was what we needed. To be close as possible to the convention center and for it to be a nice place. Its not the ritz but it not a holiday inn either.

Their gym was not open in the morning. Went twice to check but they said come back so could not work out not even single day. Had to call the reception 2-3 times for house keeping and towel service. We had to pay $90 for the parking even though we went for the conference and parking is suppose to be free. Did not like the ambiance.

Over priced and not in the condition the photos showered. Dirty with multiple dogs barking while trying to rest. Recommendation to look elsewhere if you’re looking for restful sleep in a clean room.

The hotel was clean, nearby attractions we liked and the front desk staff was great. However, the cleaning personnel started at 8am banging on our door. We told her we didn’t get to sleep until very late and would need the room until 11, and went back to bed. She then proceeded to yell across the hall at someone, talked very loud right outside our room and banging metal objects so hard against the wall in the next room that it rattled our headboard and bed. Then banged some more metal in the room across the hall. She kept all of this up until 10am. First and last time we will stay here.
