Not enough staff

I didnt like that supposedly the cameras weren't working! Someone broke into my room and stole items and cash! And all they told me was there was an investigation, no comp, no anything. It was disappointing that i would go on vacation to a place where i thought would be secure, just to have someone break into my room then being made to feel like it was my fault! Not the best experience.

I went into to this location at 12 at night tired from a Hawaii trip just needed a room and was waiting for someone at least 40 min at the front desk then they come out to help me to then convince to use a app to book a room because it will be cheaper I book the room from a 2nd party (orbitz) saved only $10 , I was tired and just wanted my room already , to then wake up say check out is due I had to explain to the. At the door I had booked the room till Saturday he said ok lay back down phone ring I answered and front desk saying I past the check out time so I explain again I had the room till Saturday they then said I don’t see it because it was book thru a 2nd party so I said i will get dress and come down and show them my reservation from the app. They said ok we will figure it out , as I get up and look my card was charge the $109 from orbitz then the note charge me $125 then another $125 and then $675 I got down and they say it was a mistake they will refund me my money and here we are 4 days later still no refund , and I didn’t even stay to Saturday because I felt rob and bullied for my money.

Trying to get ahold of anyone is near impossible. Room smelled like mildew. Definitely needs updated for the cost. I did like that the hotel had a few buildings of hotels. I just felt the cleaniness could of,been a little better.

The pictures on the website make the hotel look beautiful, however when you get there that is not the case. The rooms looked run down and felt dirty. The air conditioner barely worked. The smell of marijuana was annoying, it was everywhere you walked in the resort. It was a good thing I was only staying for one night.

The Wyndham Orlando Resort on International Drive has seen better days. Our room's window had gaps the blind did not cover (so Peeking Toms could indeed peek). The (heavy) door to the room required that it be lifted to close. No elevator to 2nd floor on our side of the building (not sure on other side). Hard haul for heavy luggage. Had to pay for parking on top of room. For a dated establishment with serious maintenance issues; the room cost (before parking charge) was unreasonable. We had a late check out of Noon (none alter despite website). Housekeeping entered out room at 10:45 AM & again at 11:30 AM (different housekeeper). Will NOT stay here ever again. Nice restaurants nearby though.

This property was older and had a weird smell. For the price I could t stay there. The staff was great and refunded my money on spot.

I loved all the pools and hot tub availability! Nice staff and they upgraded us to a nicer room!

They had ants , house keeping didn’t come daily I had to call for towels

everything ok except beds where full bed my family of 4 barely fit

When i got there i was told that my reservation had been cancelled. I have no idea why, they didnt/couldnt tell me. I made reservations about 1 week in advance. This was my honeymoon. I got married nov. 21, 2020, my reservation was for the 21st check in and check out on the 24th. I had to resort to The Hampton Inn. This was not a good way to start my honeymoon.
