I loved the location of the property. It was in great proximity to everything, including restaurants, bars, parks, and the highway.

The King Suite was very spacious. I loved that the A/C unit was on the other side of the room, unlike most hotels that have them near the bed.. I didn't wake up stuffy.

I checked in a was told there was an extra hundred and some dollar fee they said Otbitz didnt tell Me about.

I did not enjoy my stay. My credit card was charged an extra $120 because the front desk said I requested 2 breakfast vouchers ($40) and they assumed that I was going make additional charges during my stay which was only for 1 night, so they put an extra charge of $120 on my card. Luckily I get a text message whenever there’s a charge on my bank card. Breakfast vouchers were never mentioned to me at check; only the $40 deposit and $30 resort fee.

I like the location of hotel. I feel we shouldn’t be charged the extra resort fee if we weren’t there to utilize the amenities. I’m sure they are nice and all but we were only there for one night and not there except to sleep

Great amenities, heated pool, fitness, sauna and steam room! Very friendly and helpful staff. Wonderful breakfast. The only complaint: website says they have theme park shuttle, which is true, however, the shuttle is only to universal, not Disney. And it was very inconvenient that it didn’t run more often. The evening pick up from universal was only two times: at 5:15 and 8:45 - which was a big gap for us. It would be great if eve times were every hour.

Honestly this place is a wreck, the bathroom in my room was disgusting, the whole room was humid and smelt of mold, even with the AC at 71 degrees. The cleaning staff tried to come in my room twice between 730 and 830 am, despite the do not disturb sign on the door. Overall after paying $140 bucks for one night I am very displeased. I wish I could get my money back. Find a different hotel.

The property and room where ok. Asked for a poolside room and was told we’d get one until we walked into a room that faced the parking lot.

This place is a dump. Felt like I was staying at a low income housing project. Stayed in building 6. Horrible views.

some lights were not working (or broken), controlling the AC unit was not allowed, somewhat dusty floor, hint of fungal smell in the air, cheap coffee maker, and many more!

It was close to everything. However, I did not sleep well. My room was next to the ice maker. All night, all I could of hear was that ice maker.

Room was nothing like the picture I saw!! I was missing half the room.. was charged $30 for the use of amenities that I didn’t use (it should be optional)

everything was good...................................

Check in time was after 430pm . Staff was not helpful
