Hotel is nice. We have stayed here before. It appears some rooms have been updates more recent than others.

Overall the resort was nice. The only issue, in my opinion, is that all of the rooms open directly to the courtyards which leaves them open to the elements and wildlife. I saw at least to tiny lizards in my room during my weekend stay and one giant insect. It's not the resort's fault, it is Florida and bugs and lizards are everywhere but it wouldn't be as much of an issue if you were staying at a hotel that was more of a tower. It's just something to keep in mind.

Hotel staff didn’t explain their extra fees that were included , bed sheets had some stains on them , mangers were very unhelpful.

The room did not smell good, it was clean but had a musty smell. The AC did not cool the room. When we checked in the key wouldn't work and maintenance had to fix the door. The restaurant was good.

Hotel is in a perfect location rooms are nice and clean but my vehicle was hit by a staff member on the go cart and they said because no witnesses or them not having cameras they couldn't do anything to help resolve it

4th July wknd getaway Soured by this Wyndham stay. A Motel would have been Better. Having tea on the balcony,Not here, Grimey balcony facing parking lot, sliding door difficult to open then realize at 1am after returning frm City Walk It did not have a lock/ had to call maintenance, found insect on curtain, few lights didn't wk.Ask to change the room/ was told they could not because we didn't book them.

Five stars, worth every penny , good clean rooms , close to all the main attraction

I do not like to be charges twice for a hotel stay. Better now?

Every time I'm in Orlando i have to book here! It's always clean and the location is prime. Especially because you can walk to WaWa for breakfast, snacks, lunch etc... it's in the same parking lot as Walgreens and some great restaurants! The only complaint I have and I hate to even mention this but it's happened twice with me staying here on two separate occasions. The room wasn't serviced when we returned from our day of play. Theyre environmentally friendly meaning the sheets aren't changed (no problem), but I at least wanted new towels, washcloths and the trash removed. that's what bothered me I'm not exactly sure why it wasn't serviced but the front desk sent someone over with new towels. We did lose our dinner rsvp;( because of the time it took. Perhaps I'll reiterate with the front desk that I want the room serviced every day at checkin next time.

Room was not clean. Lousy restaurant. Extremely expensive drinks. A/C sounded like a jet plane in the room. Even the pool chairs were dingy and dirty.

My wife and I stayed from 7/30/17 to 7/6/17. It was a wonderful experience. The facilities were great with the exception of one the ice machines in building 11 was not working the entire stay, but the room was excellent as well as the other facilities. The staff was second to none. From the front desk personal to the housekeeping personal were great. I can assure you that your establishment will be highly considered when I make my next visit to Orlando.

Close to everything, didn't really even need the rental car! Clean, beautiful grounds, and even baby ducks to feed!

I found the desk staff to be just fine. My room was pretty bare bones (and didn't look like the pictures, no pretty pillows or floor rug). The bed was comfortable. Amenities were basic. While this hotel is connected to a conference center it felt more like a place that a family of four on a very limited budget, who do not travel frequently, would stay. When I went to the bar for a cocktail and asked the bartender what bourbon they had, he replied "Jim Beam." I ordered a beer - very limited selection consisting of mainly Budweiser and Miller - because I figured he wouldn't know how to make a proper Manhattan. I travel a lot for work so I have been spoiled a bit and expect a better experience. I will say the property is well located.

1st time in Orlando & everything was beautiful! I just love that motel & will be back soon

Nice Hotel, nace staff.close to universal st udios .

The rooms we not as nice as the pics. The floors were dirty and shades were all twisted n hard to pull the chain. I was expecting a room with a view, not of a parking lot. I asked for a view since it was my birthday weekend. There were no chairs outside to enjoy the sunset & rise. We weren't unpacked and had a screaming child in the room next to us. I asked for a different room because of that and no AC. They fixed the AC but the child screaming and cried until 1:30 am and then back up at 4:30 screaming. I asked for another room but was offer a maintenance would come. But wasn't offered another room which I found very disappointing and having to loose sleep & vacation time over. The hot tub was clean and a nice area. The pool was not heated as they said it was. The things I was looking forward to, just weren't provided like we thought.

Difficult to navigate had to go through restaurant parking lot to find our room. Would only give us one parking pass for our 2 cars. Had an event at hotel when we returned couldn't park by our building due to all the cars without parking passes were parked there. When checking out 3 days later we had to drive out of the way to go to the front to check out due the parking lot being blocked off for a wedding. A lot of restaurants in walking distance.

Staff service was good and quick. Hotel had parking. Room was ok. King bed room not available when we checked in. Great location, near universal boulevard.

I requested a king bed, when I did a check in they gave me two full bed. Very disappointed.

Hotel was more than we expected. It was clean, nice and close to a lot of good restaurants and atractions.
