This hotel has nice grounds. It looks pretty. Kind of like a Monet painting, once you get up close it’s sketchy. It is right next to a ton of things through an old parking lot to the grounds. The view from a room from the Parking lot side would be ugly, so I was excited we had spent more on a deluxe double with garden view. ...until I rounded the corner from the parking lot to find my room was a room with a view of old cement block of stairs. Bummer!! I called the hotel to ask if I could switch to another room as I had booked online for a deluxe with garden view...it was 10 pm after a long travel day as I stood outside the crap room on the phone with my luggage. My exhausted parents told me while on hold to just go in as we were tired. Then my phone dropped the call. The employee of the hotel knew which room we were in so I assumed she’d call me back. The grounds are pretty but my room was not. Cramped, nothing special, no microwave. No call back from the staff. Majorly disappointing. Don’t pay extra for a nice room.

The property is very well maintained. The garden is so beautiful. Everything is made to relax and enjoy! It has two pools and nice restaurant.

SUPER friendly staff, very welcoming! A/C wasn’t functional at first. Maintenance came and quickly rectified the situation. Television remote was also missing. Again, maintenance fixed the issue. Overall, for the price it’s not bad and really close to all attractions.

Property was nice in general. The housekeeping service wasn’t good. After first night they just replaced towels and didn’t make bed. After second night we came back in room by 300 pm and still no service and was told it would be done by 430 pm but we were leaving following morning so we declined service

Bath tub was dirty and appeared to have not been cleaned prior to my ari al. But the staff was great and the room was very comfortable.

Our flight was 6 hours, apparently the card didn’t go through and at 2 am when we arrived the hotel was sold out.

Pretty disappointed with the place. Stayed there for lithe heated pool which had he heater kicked off and no one was aware of it. TV was broken and needed a maintenance call same with coffee pot. Air vent absolutely disgusting. Health center wasn’t accessible and the playground wad closed. Room was musty and smelled of mold. Ants all over the bathroom. Left early and would never go back.

Very pleasant experience. I would definitely return for another stay

horrible! looked like an old howard johnsons, painted. booked one king, none available, got two full size instead. Did get "vouchers" for breakfast, but that was already included in the price. Room door looked like it was broken into and then just painted, the sliding glass door to the balcony did not lock. No security what so ever, You didn't need a key to go from building to building, every lock was broken. the pool was closed. sign saying they were a green hotel and to conserve water, reuse your towels, but at the same time, you had to run the water very long to then just get luke warm water, no hot water. we walked around the corner to see a maid go into our room, then she came back out, looked at us, went back in and by then we were at the door, and she was "oh,is this your room" when we said yes, she just turned and walked away. she didn't have a cart with her or any cleaning supplies. why didn't we move to another hotel? we were there for a convention and all the rooms everywhere were booked, believe me, we tried

The hotel was nothing extraordinary. It was older and I was expecting more luxury, considering it was a Wyndham.

Room was clean and spacious but had sugar ants.. we saw them in both bathroom & bed area... Internet great at times, bad at other times

AC did not work for a night . Water did not drain after shower!!

It was very well maintained and the facility are very clean. When I go back to Florida I will make sure I stay in this facility again I will recommend this resort to everyone.

They charge a resort fee whether you use it or not. They don t offer free shuttle to the Parks, when cheaper hotels do, for the price they dont include bkfst, other hotels offer same location and include much more. Finally your just using it to sleepbif your visiting the Parks.

Hotel is nice. We have stayed here before. It appears some rooms have been updates more recent than others.

Overall the resort was nice. The only issue, in my opinion, is that all of the rooms open directly to the courtyards which leaves them open to the elements and wildlife. I saw at least to tiny lizards in my room during my weekend stay and one giant insect. It's not the resort's fault, it is Florida and bugs and lizards are everywhere but it wouldn't be as much of an issue if you were staying at a hotel that was more of a tower. It's just something to keep in mind.

Hotel staff didn’t explain their extra fees that were included , bed sheets had some stains on them , mangers were very unhelpful.

The room did not smell good, it was clean but had a musty smell. The AC did not cool the room. When we checked in the key wouldn't work and maintenance had to fix the door. The restaurant was good.

Hotel is in a perfect location rooms are nice and clean but my vehicle was hit by a staff member on the go cart and they said because no witnesses or them not having cameras they couldn't do anything to help resolve it

4th July wknd getaway Soured by this Wyndham stay. A Motel would have been Better. Having tea on the balcony,Not here, Grimey balcony facing parking lot, sliding door difficult to open then realize at 1am after returning frm City Walk It did not have a lock/ had to call maintenance, found insect on curtain, few lights didn't wk.Ask to change the room/ was told they could not because we didn't book them.
