We had to switch rooms 3 times because the air conditioners do not work well at all,. Could not get the temperature below 72 in 2 different rooms. Looked like black mold on the stained lamp shades. Beds need to be rotated as there are noticeable sunken in areas near the heads of the beds. The main entrance doorways that are to stay locked for security, are always open. Staff was really friendly...atmosphere around hotel was very nice as well. They just need to upgrade some things.
The room smelled very musty. When we laid down after traveling all night our sheets felt damp.
Not a safe place to stay, I stayed for 5 days I had a house keeping one time I had to keep on calling for towels and toiletries, the room smelled humid, got robbed inside my room i will never go back to this hotel
Need clean , the room smell bad and the phone is no Service
Room was full of ants and spiders, one of my belongings was taken from the sunbed I was sitting at
It is nothing like the pictures, super small the room smelled humid, roaches in the bathroom and the workers at the check in counter acted like they didnt want to be there. Overall i would never be back there
I loved loved loved the landscaping. It was beautiful, colorful, with winding walkways, pools, fountains, and I could hear water sounds from the nearby fountain in my room, very relaxing. The beds were amazingly comfortable, the A/C was very chill, and the water was really hot (it annoys me to pay a good price for a hotel room and only have tepid water when I want a good hot shower). The only nice-to-have that I could recommend is for the restaurant or room service to stay open a little later as most local concerts don't end until after 11 pm and the hotel restaurant/kitchen closes then. But there are nearby restaurants. It would just be nice to be able to go back to the room and have an informal dinner while kicking back.
Maybe you guys should clean more.
I have stayed here many times over the past 15 years or so but had not stayed there in maybe 2-3 years. It has really become run down. The room needs updating, the grounds are full of trash, the pool area floor, tables and chairs were disgustingly filthy, we stayed 7 nights and they changed the towels and trash maybe three times and that was it... and one of the times I had to ask them to do it. The clientele staying there spent late evenings yelling in the hallways and yelling outside in drunken revelery, the laundry room was so dirty that when some of my clothes fell on the floor I considered them too dirty to wear. The lobby to the hotel is so far from our room that we might as well been in an apartment by ourselves. I will not be staying there again
The rooms need to be upgraded. My tub was filthy and the water did not completely wash down the drain.
Horrible. Had no shower curtain, a/c didn’t work properly, hole in bathroom door, and lost internet for 2 days. Ridiculous. And got a 240 extra charge. We will fight it. Never again and I’ll make sure salsa Congress never use them again
Very convenient. Property landscaping and atmosphere very nice. Rooms pleasant, but a bit dated. Value good.
I love staying here. Its really relaxing and quiet even when there is a convention happening.
Check in took 20mins bc of the lack of staff. The room was okay, but there were ants crawling all over the bathroom counter. The hallways seemed dirty and hot.
Need to update bathtub
Not a very clean property
first of all i pay for everything in advance but had to leave a $80.00 despite that i did not get back ... and also the bathtub was stop up and then we started to see little ants in the room that was the worst night of my life never again P.S the pictures that they advertise is very phony...
