WiFi was an issue. To get the Free WiFi the room was advertised with on Orbitz, I had to register as a member of the Wyndham Rewards program. Since I declined becoming a member of their rewards program, that meant no free internet. The front desk refused to provide me with a WiFi code and told me that the only way to get "free" WiFi was to register as a member or otherwise pay for it. Since I disagreed with the lady at the front desk, I asked her for her name and then she went off on me. She accused me that I was threatening her with her job and and that she was only an employee , etc. It was only after I walked away from the front desk that she quieted down. A bizarre experience over a free amenity that I was supposed to get with my stay since it was included with the room I reserved.

Room smelled terrible of mold. The room was clean. The front desk reps were great. Elevator did not work. Everything is old and the AC did not work.

Nice overnight stay. 4 minutes from MCO. Great rate and hotel much better than I expected. Close to every restaurant and store. Food trucks outside the hotel. Room was very clean. Comfortable bed and pillows. Decent tv and channel selection. Staff were friendly on check in and checkout. Big room and bathroom. I’d def stay her again and would recommend this hotel.

Although the room itself was nice, we found the bed, a king, was inadequate-it sagged significantly in the middle, which made for uncomfortable sleeping; this mattress should have been replaced! It’s questionable whether we would elect to return here.
