Only complaint is the carpet, sticky in spots and needed a cleaning, even in the hallway. Otherwise room was clean, breakfast was good, check in and out was easy.

There is a new owner at this property, and he definitely cares. They are working hard a satisfying each guest and they have plans to up date the property. They couldn’t be more friendly, welcoming and accommodating

The staff was friendly, the breakfast was nice. Love the hot tub, however the staff don't ask if we need the room clean. It should have stated that we need to request that service. Which we shouldn't have to do, since the sticker in the bathroom says they will clean every three days. The hotel need some renovation in some arrears. and equipment in others. However I had fun for a week then got sick during my second week. Sorry to say I had to leave the place earlier then my original duration.

At first glance, the hotel seemed acceptable. We weren't looking for anything fancy—just a clean place to spend the night before our flight from Orlando International Airport. During check-in, we were surprised to encounter an unexpected $15 parking fee, despite the website clearly stating 'free self-parking.' Around 6:30 PM, we dropped off our luggage and headed out for dinner. When we returned to the hotel, we were appalled by the cleanliness. The walls had black mold, and the elevators were in terrible condition. Our room looked to be on the lower end of clean, but it wasn't until we pulled back the covers that we found bloodstains on the sheets, stains on the bedspread, and what appeared to be bodily fluids on the pictures by the bed. My husband contacted the front desk, and they informed us that the manager would reach out the next day regarding a refund, as we certainly could not stay in those conditions. We packed our bags and left to find another hotel at 9:30 PM. We made our reservation through Expedia, who was very helpful and even contacted the hotel on our behalf for a refund. Unfortunately, they couldn't refund the $15 parking fee since it was paid directly to the hotel. I was told to call the manager, Paul, to request a refund for that fee. When I called, he explained that they couldn't refund the parking fee, citing a new city ordinance, leaving us out the $15. He also mentioned that I was lucky he approved the refund for our room since it was marked as non-

Did not appreciate the $15 per car per day parking lot fee. We were a one night passing through guest, not long term traveling via air and attempting to park for free while on a trip. Consequently, we will be crossing off your facility for future trips.
