I booked two nights and left after one. That alone should say enough.
The toilet in my room made a constant noise all night. When I reported it, I was told they were fully booked and couldn’t switch my room. Their “solution” was to turn the toilet on and off at the knob near the floor — not exactly acceptable for a hotel stay.
To make matters worse, I was only three doors down from the exterior exit, which slammed loudly every time someone came or went. Between the toilet noise and the door slamming, sleep was nearly impossible.
Breakfast was another disappointment. The area was overcrowded and the food was cold.
The beds were not comfortable at all, and the pillows were terrible.
Even though I only stayed one night, they refused to issue any kind of a refund/credit. I chose not to stay the second night because there was no way I was dealing with these issues again.
Overall, very disappointing experience. Never again.
