The room felt open, spacious, not just clean VG new and high quality. The bathroom was immaculate, room service was fast and accurate. Front desk was great. Pool - jacuzzi - gym - basketball area was great. I wished I could have stayed longer.

Amazing hotel. Love the pool with the lazy river. Amazing helpful staff. Very clean hotel. Totally enjoyed my stay

Called my bank to see transactions from my stay at the hilton, and was told that unauthorized funds have been taking out of my checking account without my knowing. Was charged items in the room and didn't used anything, at least they admitted to being wrong.

We had an amazing stay at the Hilton Orlando! Pool and lazy river were so much fun! Room was comfortable and clean for my husband and I! Also very convenient and close to attractions! Highly recommend!

The experience was fantastic but couple things didn't like was the bar closing and the kitchen so early by the pool. The second thing paying for parking a car you pay lots of money the parking should be free since you pay all the money to stay there. Everything else was great!

my experience was great i loved the pool and the food. the gym was great as well. the food was great at the bars.

I stayed here 7/23-7/30 because I attended the 2017 Zumba Convention. Its a very nicely appointed hotel and located near the Orange Convention Center. Our King bedded room was fantastic! Duvet cover on comforter was a bit problematic because it was cumbersome but we adjusted. We had what was called a Pure room. An air purifier that ran 24/7. It was a nice touch because when you do Zumba for an amount of time, you perspire heavily, and when you are changing clothes 4-5 times a day, the room can get funky. LOL Our only problem that took almost 2 days to resolve was a grocery ordered that I placed and had delivered to the hotel. It was supposed to be held by Bell Service and while it was, there seemed to be confusion WHERE it was. I called, I texted and finally my husband went downstairs to see where the heck it was. The bell service brought it up piecemeal. Cold items were brought up last. My flat of water and Coke were labeled and immediately brought up. I NEVER EVER got the small 8 pack of Gatorade because they couldnt find it. Ive had stayed here before and never had this problem. I did appreciate the pool staff who would announce it was closing for safety because of lightening because you know how some people will ignore safety announcements! The restaurants were a little pricey but the food is excellent!! Especially Davids's Sports Bart and Grill.

Excellent hotel connected to the Orange County Convention Center. All of the staff are extremely friendly. There are lots of great amenities including a huge pool with lazy river and quiet adult area. It's a wonderful place to stay!

Book this last minute and was very pleased with the pool areas. It is off the path of I-Drive so having a car was very helpful. Make sure you read the fine print as their is a $25 per day resort charge.

I was moved and the room I was moved too was old looking... I was not expecting that in a 4 stars hotel

Great pool area with a lazy river and quiet pool, rooms are clean, and pool facing rooms have an amazing view.

Room was very nice and very clean. Facilities seemed dated.

Hotel has a great location for convention center & international drive. Awesome pool with water slide & basketball courts. Great find & value!

Trouble checking in, waited 1 hr for a bowl of soup and nachos, wasn't told if $20 self-parking fee. Inadequate bath linens. Non working internet.

The food selection was very minimal. I ate at the Bistro for lunch and it was very disappointing. The grill and bar by pool is a nice concept but limited food selection.

The good things about this hotel are that the staff is excellent and the room service is quick and available until 11pm. My complaints are that the restaurants and bars are usually closed, and are bland and painfully boring and generic when open. Also, $15 per day for wifi and it only allows one device. It doesn't even give you the option to pay extra for a second device. Need to send a few quick emails on your laptop? Too bad, you already connected your iPad last night. Being stuck in this hotel for a conference feels like jail when room service is the only pleasurable experience to be had if you're too tired to venture beyond the property. I've stayed at all of the convention center hotels near International Drive, and this one is is by far the worst value. It's kind of like spending a few days in purgatory.

Good solid 4 star hotel with walkway to convention center. Attentive staff and good food.

Hotel was perfect for our weekend getaway from the restaurants & bars to the pool! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return!

Nice place just went to sleep there since I spent all day in the parks . Very clean . Just a minor issue with housekeeping who came into the room while we were sleeping , quickly realized , closed the doors and left. Happened the 2 days we were days but no big deal . Overall nice stay

Good, safe, clean hotel with friendly staff and ample parking space.
