Amazing pool
They only provide housekeeping service every 3 days of your stay. We requested for a housekeeper 3 times, no one show up to clean our room until 2 days later. I had to requested 4 times for it to be done.
So lovely. We were there during a renovation and look forward to going back once the place is finished. The pool is perfect!
Hotel not staffed and open up enough for guests. Only 1 restaurant open for dinner and limited menu and long wait time. Again breakfast carry out and long lines just to get a cup of coffee. No valet. No carts around for check out and had to find my own. Long lines at pool bar and service as well.
The hotel was beautiful and heated pool along w the heated lazy river were the highlight of our trip. It was pretty busy and they still managed to get our pool side orders to us quickly. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Would definitely recommend!

The property was beautiful. The staff were friendly and helpful. I have stayed at this hotel many times in the past and will continue to do so. My only complaint - I would like to see a water bottle refill fountain.
Beautiful hotel! We love the lazy river and pool! Our only disappointment was the restaurants were only open on the weekends, but there were plenty of restaurants close by!
while the Hilton itself was lovely, I was disappointed deeply with the high-level management. A team of nurses along with the National Guard was dispatched to the Convention Center next door to provide COVID screening for the citizens of Orlando. The Hilton housed the National Guard for the duration of the project, but the nurses were told the COULD NOT stay. I don't know if they would have gone so far as to physically remove me from the property, but they refused to renew my reservation once they learned of my role in the national crisis. They could have been heroes in this story, they could have gotten news coverage for their role in helping our country, but instead they acted cowardly by discriminating against a trusted profession of people caring for the terrified and anxious public. I sent a few messages to the management, and a few days later they apologized and offered to let me back in. Sorry, Hilton, while your apology was heartfelt and seemed very genuine, it was too little, too late. You have shown your true colors and it will be the last time I spend time in your hotels.
The property was a great place to stay. I would stay there again. I wish the restaurants would have been open during out stay.
I wish that there was less expensive food options.
They didn’t clean our room two days out of four. Various problems with our keys. WiFi was slow and spotty
I did not like the $35 service fee and $24 parking fee added on in addition to the regular charges. I personally feel the $35 service fee.. especially.. should have been already included in the hotel charge since Everyone needs to pay this. $24 plus tax is also pretty expensive for daily parking.
Everyone who worked there, from the valet and Bellman front desk person maids, and maintenance individuals, we’re all polite and incredibly professional and pleasant
