The Ultimate New 15 Bedroom 14 Bathroom Paradiso Grande Resort Villa Only Minutes To Disney

Welcome to Paradiso Grande! The newest resort-home community by Park Square Homes is the ideal luxury destination for families, friends and large groups to vacation, or a place to call your full-time residence. It is perfectly positioned in the heart of Orlando’s famed attractions, shopping and dining, and minutes from Orlando International Airport. All residents and guests can enjoy the Aquarius Clubhouse’s swimming pool and lazy river, game room, café and fitness center. Well-appointed single-family homes are all designed with the latest modern features, thoughtful finishes, appliances and private pools and covered lanais. Each home expands two-stories with large gathering spaces and an array of bedrooms, most with private ensuite baths. Stylish vacation living in the heart of Orlando. Paradiso Grande will be built in phases, starting with single family homes with future townhomes coming soon.

Paradiso Grande Resort is the newest and most exclusive short-term rental resort in Orlando. With an unbeatable location on I-Drive, upscale rentals and amenities, and as the only short-term rental resort in Orlando offering single-family vacation homes for sale and rent, Paradiso Grande Resort is making a grand entrance. And buyers are lining up early.

Nestled on International Drive, Paradiso Grande Resort is the FIRST AND ONLY Short-Term Rental Resort located directly between Disney World and Universal Studios. With SeaWorld right next door!

It also boasts access to great shopping and dining, the Orange County Convention Center, plus world-famous attractions like the Wheel at Icon Park, via I-Drive itself.
This area has long been a popular spot with visitors to Central Florida.

Of course, the hotels figured this out early on. These days, they use their influence to keep short-term rentals out of the city of Orlando (Orange County). But Paradiso Grande Resort is an exception.

Thanks to a grandfather clause, Paradiso Grande Resort is now the FIRST AND ONLY short-term rental resort in Orlando where you can rent single-family pool homes.
