Loved the Hotel and Food, great pictures items related to Arnold Palmer's life. Bar is very classic, wood paneled and very comfortable. Food excellent and very good prices. Staff Outstanding. Golf course is PGA Tour stop and great test but $$$$Expensive. Not for the budget golfer. Overall great stay.

Everything about staying at Bay Hill is excellent.

Bay Hill offers a great spot to play some golf. The staff is welcoming both at the lodge and at the golf course. The lodge rooms have been redone and are quite nice. The course itself is iconic Florida golf. Difficult but not overly penal with wonderful conditioning and nice variety.

Easy, quick checkin, rooms are very clean and welcoming. Very close to Universal.

We have stayed here on several occasions. The customer service and accommodations are always excellent!

I booked this trip as a birthday present for my wife. Well to start off, I had put in a request for a king bed and had even called earlier in the day, prior to arriving, to ensure that the room we received would have a king bed. We arrive and I get us all checked in while my wife was waiting in the car. We walk to our room only to discover two full size beds...not even queens. I know this for a fact because I happened to have a measuring tape in my car. A solid 54" in width... That wasn't going to work, so I went back to the front desk to ask if I could change rooms to what we requested, I was told that no they were all booked up and other rooms were reserved for annual members. I think asked if there were rooms with actual queen size beds, and the guy in front informed me that for all intents the hotel considers those beds to be queen beds. At that point I gave up and figured we would just deal with it for one night. We get back to the room, I set my book bag down in the corner and notice all this dust everywhere and a weird stain in the corner. It was as if they hadn't vacuumed or cleaned in there, ever. Then I realize the tv was around 24", extremely small for such a large room, but usually not a deal breaker. The actual furnishings were nice, and the bathroom was great, but both my wife and mine's overall impression was, meh... For being this huge resort with such a distinguished name I would have expected way more...but it was underwhelming and disappointing.

The hotel is located on the beautifully landscaped Bay Hill Golf Course. The staff was great and the hotel has a small northern lodge vibe to it. Also, the beds were super comfortable, but the pillows were just a little too fluffy. I saw on another review that you can get different pillow varieties at the front desk. So that may be an option. Overall great stay though.

Everything I have to say is POSITIVE. The employees are very friendly and welcoming. The dining rooms are spectacular along with the food. A very nice selection on the menus. We ate breakfast and dinner there and every meal was a delight. One thing I must mention is the shower and bathtub are lacking safety bars which I feel are very important. The non slip substance was worn off the tub which made it very slippery. Our experience there, however, was wonderful. Oh, one more thing...the view from rooms and dining room is beautiful.

Great place. My only negative comment would be if you want a late cup of tea or coffee, there is virtually no way to get it without leaving the property, as there is not anything in your room to prepare it and we were told there are no microwaves anywhere on the property. So if the cafe is closed, have a plan B. Other than that, great location.

The hotel looks like a very upscale country club which I suppose it is most of the year. The food and service in the dinning room couldn't have been better. Very close to all the Orlando attractions.

very good experience. we had a good time there the room is super clean and the external environment is excellent. convenient to everywhere. Highly recommended!

Beautiful place to stay! Very clean and the staff were fantastic, friendly and very helpful!

This was a last minute trip to Orlando... most hotels were booked solid. Hotel was ok, little dated, but staff was pleasant, and price was reasonable.

Take Arnold off the name of this place, it would still be a gem. Add his name to it, it's unforgettable.

I really shouldn't be sharing this jewel because yes, I wish to keep this place to myself but APBayHill and their wonderful staff need to be recognized for the excellence that they demonstrate every time we visit. The staff are wonderful, the location is very convenient to attractions yet you can relax with peace of mind and luxury. Again, please do not share this too much or we will be both unable to secure rooms at this wonderful place.

We were looking for a last minute hotel in Orlando and to my suprise we found the Bay Hill Lodge. I've always heard about the golf course but the lodge was fantastic. Lots of history for golf fans and the value was exceptional.

This benign a mature upper Class Golf resort it was very peaceful; ie, not hearing kids run up and down the halls as you would at a Disney resort. The lodge was so quiet I felt like we were the only ones there. Very friendly service, prompt room service, food was great too!

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we were treated like valued family members. The food was delicious, the spa amazing, the staff wonderful.

Old school style hotel/lodge, very friendly staff and a super nice place to stay. An exceptional value and experience in itself, if you enjoy the country club/golf atmosphere you cannot go wrong.

Everyone workingvthere has a great attitude, couldn't be nicer or more helpful. Graet off season rate for room.

Thank you for your feedback and for choosing to stay with us. I'd like to point out, if I may, regarding golf rates... We have multiple seasons.... price ranges from $100 (June-sept) $150 (Oct-Dec / Apr-May) and up to $325 leading up to our PGA Tour event in March. At $100 to play a championship course and to walk in the footsteps of legends like Mr. P is priceless.... a good value... Mr. Palmer never wanted the Club to be an elite environment, he wanted it to be accessible and affordable to everyone in Armie's Army... We work hard to continue to live up to Mr. Palmer's standards and take great pride in carry on his traditions! Please to return soon...
